Arvada is really turning it out with excellent breweries! I've been here a few times, and the first time LUKI really roped me in with their special pickle beer - so elusive, I need it again. Went here on 12/21/24. Met some friends here. It was their first time. Very fun atmosphere! A couple of TVs. Decent size patio. Bartenders were friendly and attentive. I really enjoy stoping here from time to time for a good selection of beers. They also have a rotating food truck schedule if you're also hungry. There are plenty of board games you can borrow and play while enjoying the beers. There is also an outdoor area with several fire pits. And of course, it is pet friendly as well. Luki's is a great neighborhood place, a living room extension with calm human patrons, well-mannered happy dogs, beautiful babies and toddlers whose parents bring them friendly-like-- don't just tote them irritably. I love the rotating beer menu, the quality and nature of their products, which are as close as I can get to the magic of cask ale, in Colorado. Food trucks aren't quite as reliably excellent as they were a couple of years ago, but the standard is still remarkably high. Special applause for Deun Deun Box and Cousins Maine Lobster. It's a fun taproom with posters adorning the walls and a chance to enjoy a beer under a "tent" at the bar. I tried out the Trippy G.O.A.T, an apricot and tangerine saison with a 23 IBU and 7.3% ABV. I've been here a few times now and I've finally decided to give it a review. Staff-A+ Beer-B Environment-A Typically this place is fairly busy and has a food truck or food nearby, so take that as you will. There really isn't enough seating for how busy they can be, but that isn't a problem they can fix. They have flights and some changing options for drinks. I would choose this place over a lot just because I feel comfortable in there and able to play some games that they provide. I would say it's family friendly and definitely a nice place to hang out if you get a seat. read more

Great brewery with awesome peeks of views! Love that they had so many fire pits and patio tables available which made you want to sit outside! They also have a great indoor space as well. I went here for the first time last night with my boyfriend. It's a nice space - it was clean, dog-friendly (with dog bowls and homemade dog cookies available), they had games, and polite staff. The boyfriend says the beers were pretty good. I don't drink, and they have kombucha, which is what I look for at breweries when I join him. The only complaint I have is that the kombucha they serve is a brand that only does sugar free, which was TERRIBLE. I would come back if they switched up the brand, or if it was okay I brought my own. They had karaoke last night, and the karaoke host was fun. I think the microphone should have been louder, and the background music lower, so you can hear people better. Maybe I'm only saying that because most of the people singing were pretty good :) It got pretty busy for such a small place, so I wish it was a tad bigger, but that's harder in the winter when the patio isn't open! read more

This is just a great brewery in West Arvada. Plenty of parking. Great IPAs on tap. And I love all the little fire pits on the patio. This is a great place to drop by with a couple friends to enjoy some beers and feel safe outdoors and socially distanced. read more

Stopped in on Luki's opening day. Luki is going to be a great addition to the area and maybe they can help revitalize the shopping center the brewery is located in. I was at the bar alone and he was great with all patrons. The beers were all very good and on point, wish I could have more than the 2 flights. Luki just opened a week ago today and we've been chomping at the bit to check it out. Finally made it today and we are thrilled! They had 2 hoppy IPA's for my husband and he got a couple to go and they had a raspberry wheat and (un)Red that I loved and also got 1 of each to go! I really want to rate Luki higher because their beers and most of their staff is top notch. Unfortunately, the leadership team/management is bringing down the overall score. Every time we go in there, one of the managers is sitting in the first booth on her laptop. There are only four booths and this person is constantly taking up one of them regardless of how busy the brewery is. During our last visit we walked in and this manager was behind the bar pouring a beer for herself. The actual bartender was in the back making food for a customer. The manager did not acknowledge us or the other two people who walked in at the same time. She just walked back to her booth and ignored the customers. This is a constant issue where we see the bartenders working their tails off and getting zero support from this manager. Luki does a good job of making new beers, changing up the beer menu, keeping up with trends, supporting local youth athletics, etc. Their bartenders are always going above and beyond by coming out to tables to get drink orders, cleaning tables immediately to make space for customers, and being all around great. Too bad management can't do the same. read more

Yeah - so the brain trust at LUKI posted they were hosting a Pierogi food truck tonight. What a shit show. Obviously - not one single person at LUKI tested the food - HORRIBLE. I'd rather eat refried beans out of a dead man's ass than to stomach that crap again. So much for date night..... Zero seating indoors at 4:20 for an event that was advertised to commence at 4:00pm. However, if you have a toddler, c'mon over - plenty of kiddies occupying adult seating playing UNO with their mommy and daddy. LUKE Brewery - really? Is this a day car for kiddies, or an adult relaxation joint. I'd venture to guess the former. Does Colorado Liquor Enforcement communicate to LUKI that a place that serves alcohol is for THOSE OF US OVER THE LEGAL AGE OF 21?
