    1L beers

Love this Prost space much better with easy parking compared to their OG location, but glad they've grown to be in this spot. Food has been consistently yummy and the beers are tasty. The restroom and the dining hall has always been clean. Employees have provided great service. The only thing is if coming here when they're busy, they typically have a long wait of a line for beers so it's kind of a bummer to get 2nds or 3rds to have to wait in line again but that just goes to show that they're doing well. Don't mind the wait if I get the 1L beer. We really love the Vienna beer braut, wings fried crispy with sauce on the side, and fries. Love that they open the garage doors in the summer and have the same space heated in the winter. Very happy they're bringing business up north and no need to trek to Denver for great atmosphere.

Prost is the gold standard for German beer in Colorado and maybe even the US! This Prost location is beautiful. It has large open communal seating, great outdoor space, and a private area for events. The bar is large and has dozens of taps; they'll quickly get you fixed up with a wonderful beer. The food is also great, with several traditional German foods, such as schnitzel and knockwurst. You can't go wrong with their food or drinks. It's truly a blessing to have such an amazing brewery in Northglenn.

Prost has really grown up. They still operate their facility in NW Denver but have moved on from brewing at Avery and have a large production facility in Northglenn. This place is great. The staff is friendly. The tap room is wide open and has high ceilings and lots of natural light. They have a really nice patio, food, a great bar...really everything you need in a Brewery. As I scan the tap room I see several cornhole setups that I assume can be used by patrons. I had the Helles, which is very flavorful and light. It's earthy but also carries a nice roasty flavor to go with light hops on the back end. I followed it up with a Summer Lager, which is a Helles type export lager. It has a delightful malty flavor and is slightly bitter as it finishes. Light aromas of apple and leaves. Swing in, this spot is great!

German-Style Fast Food is a great way to put it... and way better than your standard fast food joint, for not much more. Between the hubs and I, we were quite satisfied... (I love white sausage while he doesn't & i wasn't crazy about the slaw but he was - all about balance!) The place is huge, absolutely massive, with both private & communal tables - who doesn't love options? The space is definitely designed for spending ample time when stopping. You order at food at one counter (brought to your table) & drinks at another (take with you)... You bus your own tables, tho staff will grab empties in passing - so, you may not have to. It's busy, very busy, but well-ran. The clientele are diverse & all were enjoying themselves. Self-guided tours on site. I'd definitely come again.

We only went for the food, maybe that was the mistake but I seen this being featured on the news and they spoke so highly of the food that we had to try it. My Husband used to live in Germany so he had high hopes but we were disappointed. Maybe we shouldn't have went to a brewery hoping for good food. The vibe was great and the staff was nice but that's it. If I ever return I'll give a beverage a try but the food is a no for me!

This is such a great addition to the Northglenn community offering indoor and outdoor seating- great for a group gathering or simple visit. The long tables offer great seating options and the layout of the facility is very well laid out with bathrooms on both levels and view into the fermentation room. The bar is typically one line with multiple bartenders helping assist the line. It may look discouraging but it goes fast! The food is all amazing and they deliver it directly to your table. We love having Prost here!

There's much to love about this brewery. They offer a nice selection of craft beers, a few wines, ciders, and even cocktails. The food is yummy; I also like the convenience of ordering at the counter and having it brought it to your table. The space is huge and can be very, very loud at times. For that reason, my group opted to seat outside, where we listened to a band while enjoying our drinks and food. I must highlight the spaetzle and the hummus topped with roasted veggies, both were delicious!

Popped in here on our way north from Golden and was blown away by the size! This place is as true to a modern German beer hall as you can get - long family-stye picnic tables, high arching ceilings and picturesque fermenters behind tall glass windows. There was a line to the door, but we cut through and sat at the bar, and were helped immediately. You pay for your beer (or cider, or wine, or frozen cocktails) at the bar and then order your food at another counter in the rear of the building. My husband and I snagged our drinks, placed a food order and waited for a bit. They have small discs with GPS in them (maybe?) so the servers bring your food to your table. We ordered the Jägerschnitzel which came perfectly seasoned, piping hot, and on top of delicious spaetzle. While it's very loud inside, and very crowded on a weekend, the service was fast and friendly, and everything we tasted on tap, and from the food menu, was delicious. We'll be back on a week day so we don't have to fight the crowds next time!

The image shows the exterior of a beer garden with a prominent yellow 'BIERGARTEN' sign on a red building. A black archway with the word 'WILLKOMMEN' (welcome) spans the entrance. There are outdoor seating areas with people, and a dog sitting on a large rock near a person on a bench. The scene is set against a clear blue sky, indicating it is daytime or early evening.

This is not just another beirgarden this is definitely a new way of drinking beer. The set up is nice and clean. And the servers make sure you don't have an empty glass. The pretzel I ordered was nice and soft plus the dipping sauce was tasty as well. A good pairing with the beer.

This place is great! They have everything, from craft beers, created at the brewery to wine, to cocktails, nonalcoholic, drinks, and food! I've been here a couple times and tried multiple things. The food is great and if you are ordering beer, you get a large pour for your money. There is ample seating and even an outdoor area with fire pits to hang when the weather is nice. This is a great place to come with a large group for dinner and hanging. It does get a little loud due to the open nature of the building, so I wouldn't recommend this for a quiet intimate hang. There are vegetarian and vegan options to choose. Most of the food is German, but there are some American choices as well. There's a soft drink machine too. Overall, this is an excellent addition to Northglenn!

I came up here for the craft fair in Northglenn and saw this brand new place I guess his one around Lodo too which I've never been to but my goodness they've got like six loggers different types of loggers and then they have the iba's ipas and also the non-alcoholic drinks and their beer sizes all the way up from a taster to a What's called the dust boot which is 68 Oz anyhow a really nice brand new clean Place several levels huge outdoor patio great menu also if you like German food especially sausages like knockwurst and then they have great German sauerkraut bratwurst not worse single dogs lots of french fries and peppercuffs sauce which is very German

We found an empty court and began a simple singles game--nothing disruptive, just enjoying the space that was clearly available. The courts are first come first serve per the Thornton Rec Center Employees and website. Moments later, an older woman came over and rudely told us that singles play wasn't allowed and we needed to play doubles. Not only was her tone unnecessarily harsh, but she insisted it was a "rule," despite there being no signage or clear policy anywhere stating that singles games were prohibited. If there is an empty court, people should be able to play how they want. The courts are supposed to be first come, first serve, but it seems like a group of older regulars have taken it upon themselves to control who plays, how, and when. My husband and I are giving this five-star review not because our experience with Church Ranch Event Center was without complication, but rather because their staff handled a challenging situation concerning our wedding with grace, compassion, understanding, and follow-through. My husband and I are a same sex couple, that were seeking a rustic-chic event space and Church Ranch's space was absolutely perfect. The outdoor area was a beautiful and unique space for our fall wedding, of 100 guests. After we paid the initial deposit to Church Ranch, we received their planning packet and were surprised that all of the language in the packet was customized for an opposite sex wedding, without options to make selections that would apply for a same-sex couples (the language referenced "brides", "maid of honor," "bridesmaids", and traditions that would not apply or be relevant to same-sex couples). This concerned us and we edited the form, as much as we could, to reflect our intentions for a same-sex wedding with persons of different genders in both wedding parties. We then went to our first wedding planning session and they had chairs setup for us, with a wrapped "bride" ribbon on one, and "groom" on the other. On the day of the rehearsal, the event planner came in and asked for the "bridal party" to stand on one side of the room. I interrupted her, stating that there was no bride and that there were two grooms. After this third incident, we called Church Ranch, less than 24 hours before our wedding was to occur, and spoke with Lillian about our concerns. Lillian handled this difficult conversation with grace, understanding, and regret for our experience. She was not defensive for one moment and took immediate responsibility, stating that Church Ranch should and would do more training with event staff on handling same-sex weddings. That night, she contacted all of the people who would be helping at our wedding to remind them of our same-sex wedding the next day and to discuss the appropriate language to use/steps to take to ensure that the event was executed appropriately. She also indicated that Church Ranch had changed their planning forms to be inclusive for same-sex weddings, based on some comments that we previously included on our wedding planning form. The next day, on the day of our wedding, the event planner apologized to me, in person, for the mishap during the rehearsal. Her apology was genuine and she was committed to ensuring that we had the memorable, magical, and special day that we had been planning. The event planner was very understanding, expressed remorse, was not defensive, and did everything in her power to make our special day what we had hoped for. Ultimately, on the day of our wedding, everything was executed perfectly. The venue was beautiful, our guests were so impressed, and we felt that Church Ranch created an event that honored our love and commitment, as a same-sex male couple. We all make mistakes. Including Church Ranch. Their willingness to recognize when they make a mistake, not be defensive, and take actual steps to make the situation right, is uniquely admirable. It is refreshing to see a buisness, like Church Ranch, listening to feedback, being open to how weddings are evolving, and being willing to make changes in their operations to make sure that their customers have an amazing experience on their special day.
