This place is WAY bigger than I thought it would be. The food is really good and I ended up getting a white Cosmo which was soooo delicious. My husband got a flight of Pilsner, Kolsch, Hefe Weizen, Vienna, Summer Lager, West Coast Pilsner. He said he liked the Summer Lager the best. read more

Great food, quick service. We got together with some family for a relaxed, chill lunch/dinner. It is loud inside, but that's the point! We brought the kids and they had a great time hanging out. They have a huge lobby and outdoor seating area. The food hit the spot, especially enjoyed the pretzel! We will 100% be back for more! read more

The beers here are so great, but the food makes me want to come back for more! Having a German Oma growing up, I've missed some of the homemade food she'd make and Prost's sauerkraut brings me BACK. I had the brat with sauerkraut and it was delish. We had the pretzel to start which was also very good, and my boyfriend reported positively on his schnitzel sandwich! It's a grab and sit down area inside, but everyone was so nice that we spoke with, and were very open to explain anything if we had questions! read more

My husband said I was undersold this place, and on a second visit I think he might be right. The space is HUGE and has lots of little rooms that can be reserved for private events of all sizes. There's a shuffle board table, which is super fun. The chicken doner was out of this world good- super fresh ingredients, with taziki that was heavy on the dill plus another sauce that gave it the perfect amount of kick. It wasn't on the board, but it was on the online menu, so the person at the counter was gracious enough to make it. Hopefully they put it back on the regular menu because it is my absolute favorite thing. The loaded fingerling was also really good, but could have used more cheese and a few pieces were burnt. The cinna-berry dessert was fab- candied nuts and ice cream are my new look for at a restaurant. We did the jagersnitzel again and it was stellar- double the cranberry sauce and put the fried onions on the side to make it chefs kiss perfect. Grapefruit radler- really light, not too heavy on the grapefruit. Very low on the abv but super drinkable Vienna- just brewed yesterday and not on the menu, so smooth. My 2nd favorite beer I've had here so far Summer lager- despite being a lager, this is not a light beer to me. Very heavy on flavor complexity. Too much for me but my husband loved it. Elderflower margarita- a little more sour than I was expecting, but good. White cosmo- sweet, not too cranberry heavy. Served with fresh cranberries and a sprig of mint as a garnish. Espresso martini- very coffee heavy, not too sweet. Served with dark chocolate shavings which were delicious as a garnish. Pretty heavily caffeinated Bohemian pilsner- if you like complex but light, this one might be for you. This was my favorite beer out of the menu that I tried. Definitely plan to go back and thank you for a great night Prost! Food and drinks were both on point. read more

Expensive, but great time out! The drinks were great. I'm not a huge beer drinker so I enjoyed having cider and cocktail options. The Winter Cosmo was amazing!!! We ordered a bunch of food to try different things & we were pleasantly surprised by how much we liked everything! Bacon cheeseburger, brat, pretzel, fries, all very good. We will try the apple dessert next time we go. Our 2 year old had fun running around and seeing all the other kids there. It was nice how loud it is in there so we didn't have to worry at all about her volume. ;) And definitely worth mentioning, the music was ON POINT (if you're like me and still listen to the pop-punk music from the early 2000's). read more

This brewery is rather large and quickly packed full for a Sunday lunch time. I'm especially happy about this type of fare in this neck of the woods because sometimes you just need a fresh pretzel and Currywurst on a crispy bed of fries. The salad was not memorable next to the other favorites but a good option for the vegetarians. My toddler love the outdoor area to run around afterwards. This would be a great place to take visitors to! read more

Prost Brewing - Massive sprawling brewery has only 1 bartender, resulting in long lines at 2:30 on a Monday afternoon. - Breweries Near Me - Northglenn, Colorado

Five stars!!! I'm so happy a cool spot opened up in the North burbs. It can be limiting on finding places to go hang out near our home, so this is so exciting. We brought a large group on a Sunday afternoon and luckily found a table right away. It's a really large brewery and there are tons of tables - even a bunch outside which will be awesome for summertime. There's no waiter service, so you have to go up to the counter for beer or food - not the same lines either. They seemed long and intimidating, but surprisingly the wait isn't long at all. They are super efficient. We tried a bunch of different food items: poutine, sliders, pretzel, charcuterie, Reuben and delicious steins to wash it all down. The poutine was as unreal. Amazing mushroom gravy and lots of cheese curds. We brought the little ones with, the place is very family friendly. There were tons of babies and kids there. We tried to play shuffle board but that was quite hard! Only a few points scored. Super excited to go back to Prost! We loved it. read more

I loved the sausage board, veal brat, jalapeño beef, regular German sausage and one other. Very good but not $32.95 worth. The Jaegerschnitzel very good $17.95, thick cut pork, needs to be pounded thin! Two cocktails from the the bar, $27.50. All in all, if you are of German descent you will enjoy this place. I am Czechoslovakian so that is my kind of food. Glad we went but, probably won't come back. It's way to PRICEY! read more

Went here on 12/31/23 & 1/14/24. Atmosphere is awesome. They have their beer and guest taps. Bartenders and staff were great. These beers are always fantastic! So much room! Big patio that will be great in the summer. A few tables upstairs but most downstairs. The food is great. Good size servings. Just a great place. Their Vienna Lager is fantastic. Love that is so close to where I live. Will definitely be back. Cheers! read more

Great place, very clean. it has an outdoor patio. We can take your dog out. Also have a stage out there for live entertainment. We enjoyed a flight of beers, and all of them are very good. This is all we needed for lunch, as far as drink There were three of us for lunch so we ordered several items to share. We got the Beirgraten Board 3- meats and cheese with candied walnuts, bread, fondue cheese and other items.' we also ordered Spoetzl mac & cheese, Ruben at a pork schnitzel. Everything is good. We will try again. I will definitely recommend this place. The portions were good size The service was excellent. The doors were open when we got there to create a nice breeze, but when I told the management staff that I wanted to sit, play someplace warm, he said no problem we will close some doors. I have a feeling I found a new place to hang out. Very good job. read more

This place is pretty big. Lots of space, and it recently opened-about a month. Fun menu items to try! Lots of sausages to try. The pickles were good too. We ordered the German sausages and pretzels. Both were really good. The service was quick for how busy the place was. We went on a Saturday afternoon and they had a live band playing some great music. The inside is really nice and the outside patio is great. Stopped here after flying in to DEN to calm the traveling-with-a-3-year-old nerves before checking in to our Airbnb. Super cool spot--beers were great as was the food. If you like large cafeteria style seating then you'll like this place. Big and open in side with a party room and more private seating upstairs. Large pet friendly patio downstairs. You walk up and order style. Everyone one was very friendly but for the price I'd rather have a traditional restaurant style. The food was okay, very rich. The best thing we had the Mac and cheese spaetzle. The poutine was traditional but too salty and the hamburger was overcooked. read more

We came here for the first time tonight. They don't have waiters or waitresses. Who wait on you. It's kind of cafeteria style. There was a big line and we were reluctant, but that line moved very fast. The beer was average, but the staff were out of this world good. They were friendly. One bartender smiled. They all talk to us. Even the manager came up and chatted with us twice. That in itself makes me want to go back. I've lived in Germany, I write about Wine and bear, consult, breweries, and wineries, and I think there are a few things they are missing, but I enjoyed it. read more

Prost is a pretty neat place. They have plenty of seating and it's a fairly open venue with a neat outdoor lawn area. It's also dog friendly so bring the pups if you're so inclined. Beyond the atmosphere, the food and drinks are pretty good. I wasn't interested in much off the menu, but I had their fries and as simple as they are, they were some of the tastiest fries I've had in a while. Soft drinks are available as well if you're not a beer drinker. I can appreciate that they want to be health conscious--at least, that's what I assume their reasoning is--but come on guys, put some sugar or honey in your lemonade! Both their lemonade and iced tea were unsweetened, which was a bit jarring when you take the first sip and wonder where the taste of diabetes was. But, they have sugar packets and all that so you can sweeten it to your liking. Aside from the lack of sugar as a standard deal, this place is pretty chill and a nice environment to hang out or play board games. read more

New in the area, and so exciting to see how busy it is!Especially during the winter time, can't wait until the weather turns up this summer as a beer garden... but anyway the drinks are always tasty the well crafted German style beers, my personal favorite is the Dunkel but not afraid to switch it up the their variety! Different glass sizes to choose from, even the famous "Das Boot" The seating is family style, sit anywhere you can squeeze in, I personally don't mind as an extrovert. My introverts get a hype man and you'll love it! It is still a family friendly place so the kids can eat and be with you. The cleanliness and servers are on top of it! read more

Great addition to Northglenn! I host a monthly meet-up group, and we've had a few visits at Prost. Everyone is always impressed with the beautiful space, ample parking, and selection of beers (Prost and rotating drafts). For those not looking to drink alcohol, they do have a blonde NA option and yummy kombucha. Decent selection of food! I'm vegetarian and enjoy the hummus plate. It can be very loud inside, which makes conversations involving everyone a little difficult. I'll be curious how the garage doors being open in the summer impact that. read more

We ordered online, just looking for the authentic German food. Having lived in Germany for several years and being married into a German family, I have had many authentic German meals, both at home and in restaurants. I was really looking forward to those dishes that I missed like the Jägerschnitzel, red cabbage, und Spätzle. The Jägerschnitzel ist die only thing that came close. The red cabbage tasted like it was just boiled sauerkraut. I was expecting braised red cabbage served to order. The Spätzle was the most disappointing though. I imagined those dense knotty noodles, sautéed in butter that brought so much comfort over the years. This was not that. These were puffy like American bread, no butter on them whatsoever and they tasted like they were fried. Furthermore, they were also burned. Half the things we ordered were burned. The sauerkraut tasted too much like horseradish. And the fontina cheese dip had way too much beer in it to really enjoy the taste of the cheese. I'm sure the ambience is absolutely amazing, but that's not what we were there for. I will not be trying Prost again, unless I am looking for a good beer and a good time out. If you are looking for truly authentic German food, please look elsewhere. I'm sure it's not terrible, when it's done correctly, but it's definitely not authentic. read more
