Went for Colorado pint day and was pleasantly surprised. Cool little spot with a typical Colorado craft brewery feel. The bartender was especially nice. He was quick and helpful and seemed to have a great rapport with the regular customers. The beers were ok. I tried 8 different ones. My favorite was the Frost Bite. A mint chocolate oatmeal stout. It was very good. Their blood orange ipa was especially good as well. Their honey red "cream ale" is definitely not a to style cream ale so heads up if you're ordering it expecting a cream ale. Their peach blonde was pretty good as well. I wasn't a big fan of their Mexican lager taco matic and the peanut butter blonde. I'd probably try the cherry Belgian strong again as well. Overall they do have some good beers and some that I wouldn't try again. But they're worth supporting!! I wish they would have something that talked more about their beers. As a brewer I'm interested in some of the ingredients they used in their brews so I can understand more of what they are shooting for flavor and style wise. read more

I'm glad I have a cousin in Brighton because it means I get to visit Something! It's a little tricky to find the entrance from the back (black door at the top of the stairs) but once you're in it's great. They had a dungeons and dragons room, some arcade games, and a paint and sip event. The beertender was awesome and I had a great chat with a local. I enjoyed a couple beers. 1. Cobbler Cart, a cherry pie sour with cinnamon. Wow! Refreshing, unique, and delicious. The cinnamon finish really makes this sour amazing. 2. Rage Quit, classified as a mid-coast IPA, it included citrus notes and nice citrus flavors. I'm looking forward to my next Brighton visit so I can swing by for a pint (or two)! read more

My husband & I just happened to stop by Something Brewery on their 6th anniversary - and boy are we glad we did! Their menu was expansive and included a ton of unique beers - from sours to stouts - I was so impressed with all of the cool options! It was incredibly hard to choose, but I ended up going with the Oreo milk stout & my husband went with an IPA. Both were so good!! Only complaint was that they weren't offering flights that day - if they were, I truly would have tried everything! We'll be back! read more

Getting another brewery off of my list to try for the Denver metro area! Always love exploring the Front Range and having craft beer experiences there! For Something Brewery we had the Nerd Alert, a Strawberry Sour. Some sours are feel are just a big sugar rush and completely defeat the purpose of the name "sour" but in this case I didn't think I got a sugar overdose with Nerd Alert. Strawberries are already very sweet so I was a little bit cautious about how sweet this beer may be. But all in all it wasn't as sweet as I thought and was enjoyable. The wheat feature in the flavor balances out a lot of the sweetness which made me a fan of the beer more than I anticipated. A very pleasant surprise! read more

Oh my, my, my! First off I have to tell you, I love the bartender JOHN! I think if you're going to be in the restaurant business, you need to find people like,John and Kacey, they need to be cloned. What a little gem this place was for us. We have a blast but can only drink a couple of their beers. If you are not a IPA fan well let me tell you they only have one Lager (beezknees) and maybe one or two sour beers. I am a Lager or Ale girl And so is my husband, there wasn't much of a choice for me! These breweries need to think more about the non-IPA drinkers and give us a little choice. This was my only complaint. I loved the decor, I love the size at the establishment, it had a wonderful feeling. They have something going on every night and a few nights a week they have a Romine Food Truck. There is a little sausage/hotdog cart outside that we indulged in and the young lady that runs that was so fun and cooked my jalapeño sausage perfect! We ended up sharing a table with what we believe became some new friends and as it turned out we had many things in common and also were able to join in on some conversations and people around us. I started this off with the "oh my, my, my". We are talking to a person out of Colorado Springs and knew the series called "Homicide hunter" which is based on true events that happened in Colorado Springs. You can find it on the ID channel. Okay, so I may have found this place on Instagram. And I have no shame in that. They were advertising a Blue Raspberry Lemonade kool aid Sour, an Avocado Lime Gose and a Little Debbie Swiss Cake Roll Milk Stout. Wow. A blue beer? Count me in! The beers were decent - somewhat of a novelty, but they were what drew me in. No doubt they make fun creations of beer. The atmosphere is really fun. Perfect for a first date or a few drinks with friends. There's a decent selection of seating up front, seating, outlets and games lead your path to the bathroom and barrel room. Music was on point - new found glory, sublime, basically anything you'd find on my iPod nano from high school. Parking isn't hard to find and they bring in food trucks so. After checking out the Brighton Chile Festival this past scorching hot weekend, a cold beer was more than necessary. So my friend and I made our way to Something brewery to check it out. Let me tell you, there's definitely something special going on here! ATMOSPHERE: The story behind the name can be found in their attempt to foster an inquisitive atmosphere for beer enthusiasts. They found that many of their guests would request, "something light, something dark, or something hoppy." Boy they sure take that adventurous way of thinking to heart. In fact, emblazoned on the walls is a large mural stating "Something..." followed with various descriptors. All of which they totally nail. The brewery is tucked amongst some other shops and restaurants along Main Street. Out front they feature a small sidewalk style patio and offer a variety of food trucks serving up their wares curbside for their hungry patrons. Inside, in addition to their adventurous motto, there's ample exposed brick, natural wood floors, and local art adorns the walls. Their tap listing is cleverly displayed on pallets propped behind the taps. BREWS: It's been a while since I went to a brewery and wanted to sample EVERYTHING on the tap list. However, that was just the case this past Saturday as I browsed the offerings Something Brewery was pouring up. My fear of missing out was peaking, so I opted to sample a flight of their entire menu served up 4 at a time. While IPAs tend to be my least favorite, I found myself really digging on the Haze and Juice. It is how I feel every IPA should be - juicy, hoppy, not too sweet, and not too bitter. Plus, it had such a fabulous light hazy color. They had a variety of "Slush" brews on tap that featured a very fruit forward and sour profile. The saison, Pineapple Express, was very refreshing. It had wonderful juicy pineapple taste upfront with more of the typical saison spice and herbal notes on the back end. The real stars of the show were their collaborative brews with Wiley Roots Brewing Company - Two Headed Monsta. Two coffee imperial stouts: one with Oreo and the other with hazelnut. Holy delicious! Each is brewed up with Greely's own NoCo Coffee. The coffee was processed in such a way that it didn't have a bitter taste whatsoever. I believe I heard that it was cold-brewed to achieve this. The Oreo Stout was clearly a tad sweeter than the hazelnut. They recommend mixing the two for an even more unique taste. One of the other patrons suggested getting a pack of Oreos to eat with your brews to up the flavor profile. If you're a stout lover - these NEED to be on your wish list! BEERTENDERS: The beertenders literally made the visit. They were so incredibly personable! They made a great rapport with everyone. Even joining in on a fun counter top game I was playing with my guest and asking our input on songs to play. I can honestly say I don't think I have ever had such fun and interactive beertenders during my various brewventures. They were incredibly attentive as well, our glasses were never empty. The patrons were almost as fun. From discussing the various brews, recommending additional offerings, and helping select our dinning plans - they had great things to say. Something Brewery definitely has some fantastic going on. Not only can I not wait to return for future visits, but I plan on bringing back any and ALL of my beer loving friends! read more

Something Brewery is one of the best craft breweries in Colorado. They have amazing brews for all different palettes, so everyone is sure to find something that they enjoy! Not only are the brews amazing here, but they also have the best staff imaginable. John, Jeremy, and Natalia, and Kelsey are the best beertenders I have ever met and really make you feel comfortable and at home. You will feel like you have known them for years, and eventually you will have known them for years because you kept coming back. The beertenders here really are a part of what makes this brewery so successful and totally needs to be said. This brewery is perfect for any occasion and any group of people. I have brought friends here, made friends here, and even taken my work colleagues here for an after work drink. You can feel comfortable bringing your children here(human or furry) as they have games(arcade, board games, ect) for the little ones and patio seating for the puppers (they are still allowed inside though.) They have a bunch of great food trucks that come by as well, that are washed down perfectly by the brew of your choice. Since COVID became a thing, you are required to wear a mask upon entering and any time that you are out of your seat at your table. This ensures they are able to keep providing us all amazing beer and the ability to sit down and meet with our friends and family. Like another reviewer said, check your political bullshit at the door. If you want a beer, you can wear a mask. If you can't wear a mask, then you must not want a beer that bad or to experience a great time at this brewery with friends, family, coworkers, or even just by yourself. My husband and I LOVE Something Brewery!! It's been our 'go-to' date night!! When you walk in, you already feel so welcome. The staff is great and very friendly. Jeremy Cumrine is someone we see very often and he has definitely become a family friend! My husband likes the Hoppy Beers and I like the Stouts and the Porters. It's awesome because they have SOMETHING for the both of us!! Right now they have a Pumpkin Vanilla Chai Porter and a Caramel Covered Pretzel Oatmeal Stout. Those two are my absolutely favorite!! So delicious. We love going on Friday nights especially because Something Brewery has partnered up with the Dumpling Deli Food Truck. You have GOT to try their dumplings!!! We really love this place and are so glad it's close to home. Most of the beers are tea infused giving it great flavor. They have a great assortment from wheats to stouts, porters to double IPAs. You can bring your kids, they have plenty of games and an Xbox (and you can bring your own Xbox games) and they also sell Kombucha and soda. Plenty of takeout menus to order from neighboring restaurants. Service is always good and the bartenders are great. I read a review where someone said they sat outside on the patio and their bloody mary was bad - I think that's the wrong restaurant since there's no patio and they only serve beer! read more

First time yesterday and LOVED it. #1 they allow dogs which only makes things 1000 times better. #2 loved the beer. All I kept saying was "how do they do this".
