Cute little brewery a little out of the hustle and bustle of pearl. We rode bikes there and they have easy bike parking for locking up. The Hazy was delicious, and service was friendly and helpful. They were setting up for some live music just as we were leaving on a Saturday afternoon, sad to have missed it!

Was getting my car serviced around the corner and had 90mins to kill, figured I would try Vision Quest. Great beer and fun atmosphere (although it is 1:30 on a Thursday, so not many people here). I get it hops later in the day. Had a BBQ food truck, but I wasn't hungry. I will definitely come back

Visited visionquest on a Thursday. It's a fun place. Very colorful brewery with chill vibes. Service was good. Beer was tasty as well. Patio is miniscule though in the parking lot essentially. They probably see some cool sunsets over the flatirons though.

    Stouts and porters galore!

Cool name and logo, and maybe the best selection of stouts and porters of any brewery we've tried since moving to Colorado. I enjoyed my flight of the Chocolate cherry amaretto stout, endless lunch dessert stout, and the magical liopleurodon. The first one was probably my favorite, and the last one, with its strong chili pepper taste kind of wore on me by the end. My wife enjoyed her vanilla alley, but with its 14% alcohol, she wisely decided one was enough. This brewery is kind of a hole in the wall back in a warehouse area, but the vibe was cool, the bartender was friendly, and the beers were good. We hung out in the outdoor area in the parking lot with our pup, enjoying a nice Boulder summer day. Will definitely be back.

Awesome tasting beer at VisionQuest Brewing!

Vision Quest Brewery has been on my radar for a while and I was delighted to get it fitted in to the plethora of breweries I was paying a visit to on my trip. Beers are most definitely unique and out of the ordinary. I got a smoked beer, something I don't see very often called the Lichtenhaner. As I said. Very unique . This beer had a blending of smoky(obviously) with lemony and woody flavors. It definitely provided a unique beer experience and one that I was fond of.

Fantastic service, amazing beers with a variety of brews that aren't common. The stouts and saisons are killer. The space is filled with trippy art. The beertender was generous about letting me try different styles and gave good recs. I was here on a rainy summer day and it felt great to have a beer with the garage door wide open watching the rain fall. Cool names, funky styles, if you're looking for a non generic brewery, this is the place.

I had a most excellent time here at Vision Quest about a month ago. In the heat of summer, I was so disappointed with Avery I thought there must be a better way in Boulder. I looked up nearby breweries and saw this pop up. Glad I did! I loved the sour in the taster glass, notes of raspberries were perfect. The peanut butter stout was great as well, definitely kicked my butt good. Love the atmosphere and scenery inside, reminds me of a hippy den! Love the low down chill vibe, I'd be here all the time if I lived in Boulder. Can't wait to come back soon!

We were visiting from Massachusetts and this brewery was highly recommended. We went in there on a Saturday evening. The parking lot was a little crowded but we finally got into the bar. They had live music playing. We got our beers. They had a space jam sour that I got and I really liked it. I rated it 4.5 on Untapped. But overall, it seemed like an okayish place. The beertender couldn't offer a lot of suggestions and we couldn't get any tasting. They had well designed apparel and attire and glasses, but I wasn't feeling it. I really have to get in on the place to buy it, We had our beers and then left. Rating is going to be 50% for beer, 30% for service and 20% for everything else. Beer: 4 stars @ 50% = 2 Service: 2 stars @ 30% = 0.6 Everything else/location and general: 3 stars@ 20% = 0.6 3.2, rounding to 3.0.

Kiwi Herman New Zealand style lager whatever that means. It tastes like a hoppy lager=bomb.com

Best beer in town, chill ambiance, interesting people, friendly bar tenders, they are good at more than just IPA's although they kill it at the hazys. Lately, since it is the summer, I have been more into craft lager, and the lagers at vision quest are so crisp and refreshing, they will make your brain tingle. Stop on in and get yourself a few.

Nice brewery to stop by after a hike. Staff seemed a bit frustrated about being out of things and did not provide the best customer service. Which I completely understand..totally sucks when things aren't running smoothly. The beers were good, the price was decent. Wish there was music playing in the background and wish they had the AC running. It was hotter than hell.

Some friends and I were on a quest for some beer. Pedaling away, the vision appeared on the horizon and we rejoiced. Okay. I'll be honest. Vision Quest Brewery isn't much to look at on the outside but it's fun on the inside. Games, music, more stickers than you can count. Crazy beers (or at least the names) and there's nothing wrong with that. I'd recommend something but who knows if it'll be on tap when you arrive. Instead, I'd recommend checking this place out and the others in the immediate vicinity while you're at it. No driving required, though a little stumbling may be in order if you overdo it at Vision Quest.

    Bananas IPA. Delicious!

Small, delicious brewery just on the edge of town. They were following Covid protocol stuff. More importantly they are pouring really good beers. The beertender who helped me out with some selections guided me the right way. I'll be back when I'm in Boulder again for sure.

For food, we each got a side Caesar salad. Large and with lots of flavor, they were very good. We each then got the Mediterranean pizza. I added chicken to mine. My wife liked hers, while I was disappointed in mine. I didn't find the flavor to be great, and the crust was rather flimsy and disappointing. Pizza here on our first visit had been great, so again, this was disappointing. Service was friendly enough. I'm sure we'll be back again.

From game days (televised or board/card) to happy hour catch ups I love coming here for the laid back and family friendly vibes. I've enjoyed having my birthday party here for the last handful of years (they have amazing event space). As it's family friendly my crew always feels happy to bring their well behaved little one along. While my friends are sure to bring activities for their kiddos (books, toys, educational iPad devices) some folks aren't as considerate. I've definitely had the unfortunate experience of kids running amuck while their parents are fully attentive only to their brewskis. This was particularly disturbing as I've been recovering from a knee injury for several months and my partner has often been with me and on crutches. Would love to see people take more responsibility for their children's behavior when taking them out in public for everyone's safety. While it's Boulder afterall I hold hope that parents will look after their kids if they decide to bring them in or drop them to the nearby kiddos climbing facility if they wanna play. Looking forward to many more good times with friends at this awesome locally owned gem.

You will have to go through an app to pay for parking. This place only accepts cash. They do have an ATM on-site, if needed. As for the food and beer selection. Both were great. I was torn between the bison burger and the junk burger but decoded to go with the Junk Burger. It was literally cooked to perfection (well done chef!). As for the beer, they had 18 to choose from including two gluten free options. I could decide so I went with a beer flight which allowed me to sample several in my typical range of beers. Our server didn't seem too happy that we showed up today, the food took about 30 minutes to get to us and the fried pickles and the Cuban weren't very yummy, we didn't finish either. Disappointing. Luckily we found street parking so that was easy too. It's a cash only restaurant (or local personal checks) and while it wasn't a problem, we had cash, we probably wouldn't have come here had we known that beforehand. One of our favorite things during the pandemic when restaurants could reopen was picking up their in house chicken pot pie. It's my husband's absolute favorite chicken recipe which I used to make myself. Though I am unable to make it now that l have lost a lot of vision and not a single one we have bought elsewhere was sufficient until we ordered from The Post Boulder. After a short time it became too labor intensive for the Post to make in house back then with limited staff so they contracted with a pie facility in Denver. Compared to their own it was merely adequate so we moved on to there other in house specialties.
