My husband and I are brewery lovers and this is a new great one! While we won't be locals because this is in Boulder and we live in Arvada, I will definitely come back when I'm in the area. Ambiance - loved it. Lots of blues and wood and industrial vibes. Everything was modern and minimally styled but there were lots of nice touches (reusable glasses on the water cool station, some board games, complimentary brewery stickers and dog treats). Also the bathrooms!! I am still smelling the good soap on my hands like twenty minutes after. Also for the ladies - there was a very nice "shark week" box in the bathroom containing NICE tampons, pads, wipes and Hershey's chocolates?! Who does that. As far as the beer; my husband and I split a flight - most were from their 4 Noses line (El Jefe stout, strawberry banana velvet milkshake beer, and Silhouettes cocktail-inspired ale), and we got a turkey tail sour brewed In conjunction with Mycolove farms. Yes the flight was expensive but all the beers were phenomenal so I didn't really mind. Overall really loved this place!

An excellent pale Czech style lager!

We had a great Czech Style pale lager from Wild Provisions and really enjoyed it a lot! Very drinkable and thoroughly enjoyable! Further investigation shows that this brewery specializes in other Czech Style beers besides this one which I find very exciting! Looking forward to trying out more beer from this brewery and make sure I explore as many of the Czech beers as I can. Steve is Czech so it would be a crime not to have him return with me. He enjoyed this pale lager as well so his inner Czech approved! Hooray!

I thought this was a fantastic place, definitely one of the best breweries in town. I've lived here for three years and it was my first time! And what a time it was. I went after a hike on Monday night, half hour to closing. I saw no one in the parking lot, but the bartender was inside. I walked in and he was kindly inviting me. Even though it was an odd day to drink, these are my Fridays now and I was looking to relax. I've never had a brewery to myself before, and it was great to chat with Eric, my friendly bartender. I first tried a big ole mug of their Czech Pilsner. What a perfect treat after a hike. Cool, crisp and refreshing, and not too alcoholic. They have a whole side of 4Noses Beer too, since they partner with them. Next up was the Berry Vanilla Aged sour ale. It was very good, like a cross between raspberry and cranberry juice. Both were great on a warm spring day. Eric was amazing and very nice, and I will definitely be going back soon!

We did a beer tour - we don't drink beer but has such a ball on the tour. I learned so much about this location and the ladies are so fun to work with.

Huge fan of this spot! Wild Provisions is an offshoot of 4 Noses, specializing in delicious sours & "old world brewing traditions." I've loved most of the experimental brews I've tried, but they also have an extensive list of 4 Noses beers for those looking for something a bit more traditional. The beer menu definitely offers something for everyone! Wild Provisions also typically hosts a rotating food truck, which makes it the perfect way to spend an evening. Love trying a few sample beers & being able to grab dinner at the food truck. The space itself is also awesome- they have a large outdoor patio and a garage opens up the the main seating/bar area. Their covid precautions (hand washing, masks, QR menus) made me feel super safe. Thanks for creating a great & safe atmosphere, Wild Provisions!

Incredible beer, lovely staff, great space & good food trucks! This brewery is crafting quality beers through their traditional brewing methods and equipment. They have two different Koelschips, Foeders, and lagering tanks. I loved the farmhouse beers and the Czech-style lagers. The space is super clean. There's comfortable seating between their lounge, bar, and beer garden. Definitely recommend this new brewery!

We started with a flight and ranked them in this order: * Holy Craic Irish Red Ale (#2 for my wife) * Golden Boy Kolsch (#1 for my wife) * Steel Cut Stout * Twisted Amber (neither liked) * Dublin Magic Irish Stout (neither liked) After the flight, we both enjoyed two of the beers we enjoyed the most. For food, we each got a side Caesar salad. Large and with lots of flavor, they were very good. We each then got the Mediterranean pizza. I added chicken to mine. My wife liked hers, while I was disappointed in mine. I didn't find the flavor to be great, and the crust was rather flimsy and disappointing. Pizza here on our first visit had been great, so again, this was disappointing. Service was friendly enough. I'm sure we'll be back again.

From game days (televised or board/card) to happy hour catch ups I love coming here for the laid back and family friendly vibes. I've enjoyed having my birthday party here for the last handful of years (they have amazing event space). As it's family friendly my crew always feels happy to bring their well behaved little one along. While my friends are sure to bring activities for their kiddos (books, toys, educational iPad devices) some folks aren't as considerate. I've definitely had the unfortunate experience of kids running amuck while their parents are fully attentive only to their brewskis. This was particularly disturbing as I've been recovering from a knee injury for several months and my partner has often been with me and on crutches. Would love to see people take more responsibility for their children's behavior when taking them out in public for everyone's safety. While it's Boulder afterall I hold hope that parents will look after their kids if they decide to bring them in or drop them to the nearby kiddos climbing facility if they wanna play. Looking forward to many more good times with friends at this awesome locally owned gem.

Nothing has changed whatsoever. From the funky mural on the garage door to the sticker-lined walls of the cooler to the remote location on the less popular side of Boulder, Vision Quest is proof that us beer lovers still long for breweries of this nature. See Andrew H's recent review for his spot-on analysis! The beer selection rocks. Pales, porters, IPA's, lagers, sours, stouts, and ambers. Quality over quantity, while still maintaining a variety of flavors. I was in a pale/IPA mood last Friday, and the Hoosier Head and Boombox were quite tasty. Only a few seats at the bar, but plenty of seating indoors. If the weather is nice, you'll find everyone sitting outside staring at the mountains. They host community events, vinyl nights, have a bunch of board games, etc. These are the breweries of yesteryear. The one that skyrocketed the craft beer movement. They are a dime a dozen these days. Vision Quest is one of them, and you can still find that magic here.

Granted the ambiance here is very fun, it feels 'college' in the best sense of that term. The young people running that taps and hanging out gave me hope for the future. Crazy that chill college breweries like this still exist! Especially in a town with basic-ass hotels for $700/night.

One of our favorite things during the pandemic when restaurants could reopen was picking up their in house chicken pot pie. It's my husband's absolute favorite chicken recipe which I used to make myself. Though I am unable to make it now that l have lost a lot of vision and not a single one we have bought elsewhere was sufficient until we ordered from The Post Boulder. After a short time it became too labor intensive for the Post to make in house back then with limited staff so they contracted with a pie facility in Denver. Compared to their own it was merely adequate so we moved on to there other in house specialties. As we were ordering gold specials for Sunday!s big game, I saw that the daily specials now include Chicken Pot Pies Thursday's so we went to try it. This ficus a personal size freshly made this morning it was nice to have for a meal with a side salad. But though good, it was not as hearty as the one we loved 5 years ago. Staff was friendly and attentive and my husbands favorite beer (El Korn) was on tap and my iced tea was customized perfectly . We even brought most of the salad home as it was a large serving for a lunch. We'll be back on Sunday for our wings and other treats that we need to pick up. And we can come back again for a lunch or dinner as the have more items for people like me who cannot eat fried chucked, with their grilled chicken or salmon.

Instead, we sat near the front at one of the long, communal wooden tables nears. Service was speedy and friendly.
