Amazing Colorado cider! My favorite is Bee Hoppy, it has a nice crisp finish with tastes of hops, citrus, and honey.

Love this place, only took us 4 years to visit and they are down the street! Great pizza, wish there was more feta on the one, cider is so good!!! Love the variety of flavors!! We will be back with friends in tow

Love this cider! Tried many different kinds, my favorites are the blueberry hibiscus and lemon basil! Really cute cider garden too, wish I lived closer so I could visit more often! Try the cider, you'll love it!

Having been in literal hundreds if them, I can easily call this the nicest and the most unique "tap room" ever. The view is comfortable and nice, and the drinks for the setting. Hammock chairs seal the deal... The cider is pretty good. They pride themselves on not adding non-apple-juice fermentation bases, so their cider is a bit light and not as sweet as some. That said, it's well done and very drinkable, fitting a nice summer day perfectly. My favorite was the peach agave (maybe because it was a bit sweeter and more complex with the extra fermentation sugar), but everything is certainly solid on the lineup. The location is absolutely perfect. Go if you're kind of in the area, you'll be happy you did.

Outdoor seating and several different ciders to try! Fun yard games, soccer billiards, bean bag boards and lawn Jenga! We had two different flights and four different woodfire pizzas! The Margherita is a must have!

Such a fun little place! Pizza is amazing fire oven pizza! You can sit outside, drink cider, eat and play yard games! Who knew this country gem was so close to the city. Wouldn't have known about it until they had the wild coder wine festival. We will definitely be visiting a lot!

We had such a GREAT time at the cidery today! They were dog friendly and our pups were able to run around with us but more than that, they have the BEST CIDER IN COLORADO!! And a lot of fun outside games and places to sit! They seem great about whatever and I bet you could rent the space out or even bring food and drink cider with a killer view!! Love love love this cider and so happy I finally made it to the brew spot! Go if you can :)

So I was shopping in the nearby Walmart, which is the ONLY place I have been able to find CO…read morepostcards. Before I left the parking lot, I decided to do a "brewery near me" search. Imagine my surprise when something hitherto unknown to me popped up, Collision Brewing Company. Wow, gotta go. Great place with unique offerings, I particularly liked the "Oil Skick", a black IPA. Photo attached. But I was impressed by the great service at the bar, and the menu. I'll be uploading some menu pictures in a bit, but what really caught my eye were the pierogis! I regret being in a hurry, as I would have loved to have tried. Next time, and ther will be a Next time.

After a day of swimming in the St. Vrain, we had food on the brain. We weren't looking for a…read morebrewery, but for a menu that would work for each person in the group. Collision's offerings looked promising. Dining near the bar was full, so we got a whole room with windows aplenty to ourselves. Our waiter modeled good service. He greeted us quickly, brought waters before I could pick a beer, and quickly returned with my suds and took our order. We strolled down a hallway to the restrooms, passing games in the cool blue light. The bathroom was clean. Urinals are half kegs. I cracked up, then explained them to him. The expansive menu looks surprisingly diverse. I could have had pierogies, birria tacos, chicken fettuccine, PB & J, or one of the selections of burgers and sandwiches. I chose the French Dip on Asiago bread with a cup of green Chile. I could only eat half a sandwich, but knew leftovers would be gone by morning. This was one of the better French Dips I have had in a while. Green Chile? I came here from New Mexico and am not often impressed. This stuff was truly hot and had great flavor. Win win. The kids' steak plate has to be one of the best values I have seen eating out in Colorado. $10.95 w side. It stood out and did not disappoint. One of them was more well-done than medium rare, but stayed tender. Great seasoning. Beer: I l checked ratings, finding their highest-rated brew, GTA, a barrel-aged rye stout that definitely exceeded expectations. I agree with the high ratings. Shout out to our server for letting an adult who wasn't very hungry grab a kids' steak. Shout out to the prices, which would provide value even with lesser food. My sandwich came at a 2019-20 Denver price, at least $5 less than equally good comps in 2025. 4.5 stars round up to five. Recommended.

They seem to have a large number of home brews. And for the sports lovers, such as myself, there are plenty of large TV's. In short, I will be stopping by here anytime I am around the area.

We visited Mirror Image regularly. We went yesterday 4/11 for an early dinner. They were busy, but…read morethere were plenty of tables. We ordered our pizza and my husband very specifically asked for no mozzarella, but ALL ricotta on his pizza with the detroit crust. The girl seemed confused but didn't ask to clarify anything. The pizzas came out and were dropped at our table with no napkins, plates or silverware. My husband got up to ask for silverware and the annoyed bartender handed him silverware, got back to the table and realized there were no napkins in the bag that holds the silverware so he got back up to get napkins; very annoyed, the bartender handed him napkins. Didn't dare ask for plates, parmesan or red pepper flakes, so we ate off of the pizza trays, even though we were sharing pizzas. Then we realized my husband's pizza wasn't the detroit crust. Whelp, no one checked to see if our food was ok. We were completely ignored the whole time unless we flagged someone down. So, once again, my husband got up to go get someone. They took the pizza and then one of the staff came to our table to tell US what we asked for, which was completely incorrect! She started to clarify what the detroit crust is, which we know what it is, been there a lot. And then says, 'You ordered no cheese!' Um, no he didn't! He ordered the detroit crust and no mozzarella with all ricotta. Isn't ricotta a cheese? She said, 'Oh, well there was some confusion.' No apology and if there was confusion then come back and ask us before making the pizza. Again, we were completely ignored and the blonde bartender was SO rude to us. Not sure what we did except eat at your business. Not sure why we were completely ignored the whole time and treated like we were a burden and they didn't want us there. They were visibly annoyed. We weren't nasty in any way and were gracious. I'm still upset that my husband even tipped, honestly, I hope it went to the kids in the kitchen only. All they did was take our order, tell us what we ordered, and ignored us. Not asking for special treatment, just decent and kind service. Awful. And we drive a ways to eat at this establishment. Never again!

That beer is called Redrum and it's a very solid Red Ale. I liked the Red Drink (a light farmhouse ale) even more. The loaded fries are solid bar food at a reasonable price. The environment is suitably sci-fi modern with some cool pod type booths and lots of metal. I don't have a lot of cause to come to Longmont normally, but when I do, I'll come here.

If you don't want to deal with all the congestion in Longmont this is your place. Easy on/off from I-25 just a couple miles west. We were on our way to see a concert at CSU and decided to stop for some dinner and a brew. This place delivered. My husband and I are both sci-fi geeks. The decor is fantastic. My inner geek was nerding out. We had our son with us so the three of us ordered dinner. He got the schnitzel sandwich on a pretzel bun with fries. They had an orange soda that he enjoyed. My husband got the Outworld Burger. A brisket burg with bacon, smoked cheddar, burger sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle. For a side he tried Stoemp, a Belgian root veg mash. He said the burger was delicious but that root mash was the star. I stole a bite and I'll have to choose that side next time. Me? I saw pastrami and kraut and was sold. Purple cabbage kraut, grainy mustard, thinly sliced pastrami and Jarlsberg on griddled bread. Oh my! I opted for a side salad and ranch. My salad was fresh and had a nice variety of vegetables. Ok on to the beers. We got a flight to share and discuss. Baltalowda Baltic Porter had a nice malty flavor and was my personal fav. Starship Wallonia/Patrice's 1960 Belgian IPA hit the mark. Future Farmer Saison was a nice estery offering laden with berries. ValHellYeah (Kornøl), a collab with Mythmaker Brewing, is an "unboiled raw ale." Had to try that and had to get a crowler for our homebrew friends to try. In addition to our flight we shared a pint of Lup Garou Double IPA. This one was crowler worthy to take home as well. We also got a crowler of Black Is Beautiful 2 for later. The staff was welcoming and had knowledgeable answers to all our questions. This will definitely be a place we will go back to.
