This is a really nice brewery that for some reason doesn't pop up when you search for "Loveland Breweries" on google. When I say nice, think more like Gordon Biersch than your local order-at-the-bar brewery. It's a fancy restaurant and the bar serves wine & cocktails as well as beer. They don't have a deep taplist, but there is definitely something for everyone. This isn't an IPA heavy brewery, they have a nice variety. read more

Loveland has gotten so many more breweries since I lived nearby about ten years ago. There are several situated in downtown Loveland these days and Rock Coast Brewery is one of them. I went here on a warmer Autumn day and while it would have been pleasant to sit outside I decided to stay shaded and cool by staying inside but the set up here would is very spacious either option would be a good place to relax. I got their Loveland Lager which was very refreshing and had a light, crisp and biscuity flavors to the profile of flavor. I had a smaller pour but could easily have has a full pint but alas there were a lot of other breweries to try this particular day so I am glad in the end I went with the smaller pour. Lots of other intriguing beer choices as well and worthy of a return to explore those. read more

Wow, what a cool spot! Rock Coast brewery is inside AKA Kitchen and both are owned by the same family. Everything we had was good from the green chili cream ale to the crab and cream cheese hush puppies. The space is warm and inviting. All of the employees were friendly. They have happy hour during the week and live music Saturday nights. This is a great addition for downtown Loveland. read more

I really want to like this place. It's cute, has a great patio, and really good beer. Our service has been hit or miss and so has our food... but today service is great and the food is terrible!! We got the Avocado Hummus plate to share over a couple of beers. The hummus is bland, had to add a lot of salt. But the dippers are ridiculous and practically inedible. Honestly looks like a plate of left over veggies that they'd otherwise throw away. The carrots look fresh or homegrown which is cool, but did a toddler cut them? We had raw green beans, raw cauliflower - mostly bottoms of the stalk. And toasted. hamburger. buns. 0 stars. But I'll give 3 for the previous visits, our server today, and the beer. read more

Great beer AND food. So nice to eat a good meal at a brewery instead of having a microwave pizza or pretzel. We had the green chili, which was amazing. Fries were a notch above with excellent homemade ketchup, and the jerk wings are the best 'dry' wings you'll find in the area. All the beers we had were dope and the patio was super warm and cozy. Eddie was an amazing bartender! Can't rave enough about the brews and food. Had the corned beef skillet which I would never usually go for... but the lemon hollandaise was awesome. Boyfriend had the chefs special which was the poblano gravy, chorizo, and biscuits. He loved it. The staff was great even asked our opinions on their next creation, a pear seltzer. Am I happy there's a new brewpub in town, yes! Is this service good, yes! Interesting menu, yes! Cool building, yes. What is going to bring their score down, with me at least is the price of their food and beer. Six to seven dollars for a ten ounce pour? Way too much with all the other choices in Loveland today. I find it fascinating that yelp rates them two on the money scale. I could probably eat twice at the Pour House or get apps and a full meal at Henry's with what the total came to. I'll be back for breakfast, because their menu looks interesting and there's nowhere else to go in Loveland quite honestly. Otherwise, unfortunately, it won't be a regular stop. I'm sitting at the bar having a wonderful Irish Baby Buggy Ale and it's real nice. The loaded potatoes were great. One dude made a comment about a purple potato and I just didnt understand why he was so undereducated about food. The appetizer was great and the beer is on point for someone who want a good beer that is not trying to copy all the other breweries. Went to Rock Coast/Aka Kitchen tonight for dinner. Wow! I was very impressed. I know the Brewery and Kitchen are separate in a sence but you could not tell. The wait staff was very attentive and a joy to be served by, food was great. I had the burger and was not disappointed. The beer was awesome, clean and full of flavor. Can't wait for more! I went to AKA Kitchen/Rock Coast for lunch today and all I have to say is WOW. Fabulous service, outstanding food and great atmosphere. I had the French dip and was one of the best I have ever had. Had a lovely time visiting the Rock Coast Brewery last Saturday. They've created a beautiful and comfortable outdoor space of which I am most certainly a fan. The snacks we got were yummy but the beer is what really stood out. Bob came out and said hello which was a special touch. I would love to visit and snuggle by the outdoor fire again. read more

Outstanding addition to the local brewpub scene ... with an excellent and imaginative (non-traditional) food menu from breakfast to lunch to evening tapas. We enjoyed our Sunday brunch and they were dialed in only two days after opening. Spicy bloody was perfect .... not over-the-top spicy and could actually taste the vodka. Vegan and vegetarian options abound which will appeal to the non-carnivore crowd. Outdoor patio for hot summer nights. I predict a bright and successful future. read more

Looked like an awesome place to go! Read super reviews, everyone on the patio looked like they were really enjoying themselves. We went with a dog and knew we would have to wait because we needed an outdoor spot. There was a 4 top open and another about to leave. After talking with the staff, they took our name and number and said they'd call when they were able to get the two spots together. The staff promptly pushed the tables together and put a reserved sign on the table. Two large groups walked in (possibly with reservations) and were sat inside. We watched 4 more groups of people walk in and be sat. After 45 minutes of waiting and staring at our reserved table, we walked in to check. The hostess wasn't kind and told us they couldn't seat us for another 30 because the kitchen was going to be overwhelmed. We waited another 15, while they continued to seat groups of 2-4. When we walked in to inquire, she was rude again and seemed quite pleased when we said we would go somewhere else. Hoping the next time we come with a smaller group, we will have better service. read more

Great vibe. Service was outstanding! Friendly people and just a great hang. Music on the patio was a perfect complement to a funky (albeit outstanding brunch).
