Stopped here for dinner on our way to Estes Park and we are glad we did. This is a family and dog friendly brewery and restaurant in Loveland. We were greeted right away by friendly staff and seated immediately. The place has a cool car garage vibe with some amazing artwork. Or waitresses was super nice and we were able to try a few free samples of the beer to see what we liked. I ended up getting the Blood Orange Mimosa Sour. It was really refreshing and no too sour which made drinking a whole pint much easier. My husband got the 777 which was a nice IPA. For appetizers we ordered the Chili Lime Chicharonnes and the Deviled Eggs. The chicharonnes were seasoned really well and the salsa they served with it had a little bit of a kick to it. The deviled eggs were good but not great. We got the Crispy Fried Onion and the Bacon/Avocado and if it weren't for the toppings they would have been very bland. For our main dishes I got the French Dip and my husband got the Smoked Philly Cheesesteak. The French dip was really good! I'm not a huge Swiss cheese or horseradish fan but the way they used it on the sandwich was not overwhelming and really added to the great smoked flavor of the meat. The au jus that they serve with it was super flavorful and hot, which was a bonus. I also got the sweet potato waffle fries and they are some of the best I've had in a long time! My husband enjoyed his cheesesteak but would order it with the au jus next time to dip it in for some added flavor. This place is really spacious and also has a nice outdoor area that I would like to come back and enjoy this summer!

Nice dinner at Mash lab. We were seated immediately and didn't have an rsvp. We ordered the smash burger, Cobb salad, and the special jalapeño business. Everything was good I just wish the waffle fries and nachos were a little warmer when they came out. Solid burger but nothing crazy. Great portion sizes and we left full. The background music was a little loud for my liking but it was fine.

Tasty Mexican Chocolate and Peanut Butter Stouts; Industrial a solid WC IPA. The Wings were really good. Disappointed with the Brussel Sprouts, look better than they taste. Good service

This was our first visit. They have a great space with both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff were welcoming and made great recommendations. We got a flight so we could both taste and discuss. Everything was solid and to style. My favs were the Peanut Butter Milk Stout and the Palisade Peach Tune Up. Delicious! We also shared a basket of their pretzel bites. They come with beer mustard and queso. I appreciate that both dips come with. Looking at the menu, we will be back for dinner at some point. Overall a worthy stop for beers and food!

The smoked Philly cheese steak was very good, it needed a little something extra. I would order it with some au jus, it really makes the sandwich even better. Or just go French dip. The slaw is actually very good. We all know slaw can be hit or miss. We tried several beers landing on the 7.77 IPA as a favorite. We tried several apps as well. Including the house made chicharonnes, and deviled eggs. I enjoyed them both, though the deviled eggs were fairly bland without toppings, so the toppings bring the flavor so be sure to order them with the extras vs original. Sweet potatoes waffle fries were very crisp with the right amount of seasoning. Staff was very responsive and too very good care of us. The decor of the brewery was done very well, great decor as well as a nice view of the brewery where the magic happens

Mash Lab was a great find as we traveled back to Denver. It's uncommon to find a brewery that also serves scrumptious food and great cocktails. We certainly weren't expecting to be treated to all three. Woo Hoo! This would be a staple if we lived closely. In the mood for a craft beer? No problem - Mash Lab has a great selection of IPAs, stouts, wheats, lagers, pilsners - they have them all. Me, I'm a sour beer fan. Still happy. Maybe it's a margarita day? Old Fashioned? Maybe you wanna try them all, stay a while. They can accommodate all your tastes. We were blown away. The food was just as amazing - we ordered the sMashBurger and the special shrimp plate. A-mah-zing. We both took bites and looked at each other with the "oh wow, this is legit good" grin. Flavors were on point. Kitchen staff are not afraid to season things - thank you. Service was also great - we sat at the bar and watched the staff take care of everyone, with a smile and banter. Man, loved this find. Yes, you should go. You're welcome in advance!

Avo and carrot salad made into a wrap with sweet potato fries

My husband, parents and I came here after the MS walk in Windsor. We were there right when they opened and the place quickly filled up and for good reason. It wasn't quite warm enough for me for the patio but it was a really lovely outdoor space along with a well laid out interior space. The customer service was awesome and so fast. Our server was wonderful. My dad and I both did a 4-sampler and my husband went for a pint. The peach beer was hands down my favorite but all the beer was top notch. For my lunch I did the avocado and carrot salad in a wrap with sweet potato fries. My husband got the Reuben, my mom the slider sampler and my dad the smoked beef. Everyone else at the table got regular fries and they were fantastic fries. I snitched more than a couple. Everyone was happy with their meals and one hundred percent we will be coming back.

The outdoor seating is very welcoming and comfortable. The beer, wine and cocktail list will be fun for family and friends. The fried green beans are a popular item and they did not disappoint. The Tres tacos are good to try so you find which combo you would get next time (brisket was my favorite). I look forward coming back and exploring the menu further. I am tempted to get the Old Fashion when the weather gets cooler.

Main dining with a look at the loft.

I make this sound like this phenomenon happened overnight but if you live along the Front Range and hit every new brewery that pops up it feels like a bit of a wait but realistically it is a relatively short period of time before a new one opens between another. And if you once lived here and come back to visit then you got a lot of catching up to do. Especially if it's been a few years. Mighty River Brewing is one of the newer Windsor breweries that have come along since my last visit back. If you are on the Interstate it's fairly convenient to reach since it's close to it and not right in downtown Windsor. Beer here as with a lot of the Front Range breweries is solid. I got a favorite beer style I love to go to aside from a lager and that is kolsch. I had their Cutbow Kolsch which was great! This beer had a nice mellow and malty flavor to it and a crispness and floral flavor that made a nice cut to the muggy day I was encountering outside the day I went. Good brewery experience from Mighty River and fairly popular too with the turn out that was here!

I did enjoy it, but was only there about 10 minutes, and I'd just need to go back and spend more time. Anyway, I was visiting nearby and saw this on the map and rode a bike over. Really cool little drinking "court" inside the garden shop. Cool ambience and vibe. I was there early on a Sunday and was the only one there, but I liked the feel of the place. Service was friendly. I tried one beer and got a 4 pack of the distillery's fairy root beer to go. (Fairy Root beer = their house made absinthe + their house made root beer). I am not a big fan of absinthe (the licorice notes), but I had to try this. The two elements go really well together, and I must say the combo grew on me, the more I drank it. The distillery and brewery here sell their different items for purchase, beers and spirits. I would have bought more items, but I had limited space in my suitcase. If I lived nearby, I would be back. Best of luck to the businesses here.

They don't rely on drinks and vibe alone though, the service is what really makes this place special. If you're lucky you may even get a visit from Rajah, the Queen (aka, shop kitty). Please just make sure you check the hours before you go - they aren't really open the hours you might expect for a brewery/distillery. We've had a few disappointing evenings rolling up after work to find out that they were already closing. It's worthwhile to find the time while they are open to visit!

It is a fairly noisy place so I feel the upstairs was a little quieter and I was glad not to have been seated in one of several booths near the entrance with so many people standing and waiting on seating. Our server was nice and attentive, and the food came out rather quickly. I had an pleasant DC Oakes IPA and the Bomb Diggity hamburger with sweet potato fries. The burger was very tasty (a fat bomb) and with the fries was a substantial amount of food - I was only able to eat about half of it all. However, that burger had to be the saltiest burger I've ever eaten. Curious, I went to the DC Oakes website to find nutritional information about my meal and there is no nutritional information. A third-party website (Marcos.menu) offered the following on the Bomb Diggity: Calories: 1200; Protein: 50g; Carbs: 55g; Fat: 85g. Nothing about sodium. My wife is on a sodium-restricted diet and she knows not to order anything like this burger. But still, nutritional information would be nice to know. When do you plan on putting this information on your menu for your customers? I will return to sample more of their beer and food selections.

Looking around at the tiny place made me think of a cozy little British pub. The tunes playing in the background were pleasant. The owner told us his story about buying the business and how his family worked there. Saturday afternoon had only three family members as the wife was out. As sweet as his daughter was, she was far too talkative to patrons and fairly ignored the two groups of people who came inside and sat down. Her dad was in the back washing dishes and we still waited 10 minutes to order our main dish. The other patrons even got up to look in back to see if anyone was working there because they were ignored. About ten minutes later the owner came around the corner but Daughter was still gossiping outside. He scurried around. We split the fish and chips between the two of us as well as the salad. I was not impressed with the food. The small pieces of battered fish were decent but the overcooked fries and the salad were NOT good. I was bummed. It's like they realize the fish portions are small and they overcompensate with too many fries. I really wanted to like the place. The salad dressing came in store bought packets.
