We lucked out and was able to score an outside seat with perfect weather! I don't expect this is a normal occurrence because the place was pretty packed. We ordered some beers and pretzel bites which were all very tasty. I'd definitely recommend some their beers. We started with a flight - because it seemed right. Loved the selection and ended up ordering an IPA. For mains we ordered some burgers and tres tacos. Both were really good and we were glad we ordered them. Both full of flavor and well prepared. Overall a great place. I think it's a little pricey (Burger is about $15 and tacos were almost $18). Food was good as was the beer. read more

Stopped here for dinner on our way to Estes Park and we are glad we did. This is a family and dog friendly brewery and restaurant in Loveland. We were greeted right away by friendly staff and seated immediately. The place has a cool car garage vibe with some amazing artwork. Or waitresses was super nice and we were able to try a few free samples of the beer to see what we liked. I ended up getting the Blood Orange Mimosa Sour. It was really refreshing and no too sour which made drinking a whole pint much easier. My husband got the 777 which was a nice IPA. For appetizers we ordered the Chili Lime Chicharonnes and the Deviled Eggs. The chicharonnes were seasoned really well and the salsa they served with it had a little bit of a kick to it. The deviled eggs were good but not great. We got the Crispy Fried Onion and the Bacon/Avocado and if it weren't for the toppings they would have been very bland. For our main dishes I got the French Dip and my husband got the Smoked Philly Cheesesteak. The French dip was really good! I'm not a huge Swiss cheese or horseradish fan but the way they used it on the sandwich was not overwhelming and really added to the great smoked flavor of the meat. The au jus that they serve with it was super flavorful and hot, which was a bonus. I also got the sweet potato waffle fries and they are some of the best I've had in a long time! My husband enjoyed his cheesesteak but would order it with the au jus next time to dip it in for some added flavor. This place is really spacious and also has a nice outdoor area that I would like to come back and enjoy this summer! read more

This was our first visit. They have a great space with both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff were welcoming and made great recommendations. We got a flight so we could both taste and discuss. Everything was solid and to style. My favs were the Peanut Butter Milk Stout and the Palisade Peach Tune Up. Delicious! We also shared a basket of their pretzel bites. The slaw is actually very good. We all know slaw can be hit or miss. We tried several beers landing on the 7.77 IPA as a favorite. We tried several apps as well. Including the house made chicharonnes, and deviled eggs. I enjoyed them both, though the deviled eggs were fairly bland without toppings, so the toppings bring the flavor so be sure to order them with the extras vs original. Sweet potatoes waffle fries were very crisp with the right amount of seasoning. Staff was very responsive and too very good care of us. Mash Lab was a great find as we traveled back to Denver. It's uncommon to find a brewery that also serves scrumptious food and great cocktails. We certainly weren't expecting to be treated to all three. Woo Hoo! This would be a staple if we lived closely. In the mood for a craft beer? No problem - Mash Lab has a great selection of IPAs, stouts, wheats, lagers, pilsners - they have them all. Me, I'm a sour beer fan. Still happy. Maybe it's a margarita day? Old Fashioned? Maybe you wanna try them all, stay a while. They can accommodate all your tastes. We were blown away. The food was just as amazing - we ordered the sMashBurger and the special shrimp plate. A-mah-zing. We both took bites and looked at each other with the "oh wow, this is legit good" grin. Flavors were on point. Kitchen staff are not afraid to season things - thank you. My husband, parents and I came here after the MS walk in Windsor. We were there right when they opened and the place quickly filled up and for good reason. It wasn't quite warm enough for me for the patio but it was a really lovely outdoor space along with a well laid out interior space. The customer service was awesome and so fast. Our server was wonderful. My dad and I both did a 4-sampler and my husband went for a pint. The peach beer was hands down my favorite but all the beer was top notch. For my lunch I did the avocado and carrot salad in a wrap with sweet potato fries. My husband got the Reuben, my mom the slider sampler and my dad the smoked beef. Everyone else at the table got regular fries and they were fantastic fries. I snitched more than a couple. Looks and smells great. Unfortunately, all three items I went here for (2 were sold out, the third pork belly burnt ends is no longer available) not available. So I felt a bit disappointed to drive the. Our food Wings & tacos were fine but nothing extraordinary given the price. If I go back it will be for the outdoor seating and drinks. Service was very slow. Our waiter was very friendly but almost too much so because he would have great conversations with people including us, but we might not see him again for 30 minutes while he was talking with someone else. I've been by this place a number of times over the years and always wanted to pop in. Did today for lunch. Was surprised how many people were there on a Tuesday so thought that was a good sign. I had the smash burger which has two patties and super tasty. Wifey had a chicken salad salad. She liked that too. I typically don't care for stouts. Tried the chocolate raspberry stout. Outdoor seating was plentiful and came with large umbrella in the center of the tables; corn hole and other games available for play a few yards away, but it was the food that blew me away!! I enjoyed every item we ordered: fried green beans with spicy avoli, spicy queso with chips, and crispy brussel sprouts without bacon..and the veggie burger, which is black bean and corn was so yummmy!! The service was very attentive and efficient..and we conveniently paid at table-side. The beers on tap were phenomenal..I had the prickly pear and lime..This is a great light refreshing selection for a non beer drinker. Overall, highly recommend mash labs!! read more

While out of town we were looking for a new lunch spot and found MashLab through Yelp. :) Mash Lab is near Windsor just off Highway 34 in an industrial park. It has a cool industrial look and feel to it. Staff was friendly and quickly seated us outside, it was a typical beautiful Colorado day. Their beer menu is impressive, lot of choices to cater to everyone, Kolsh, IPA, Stout, sours, pilsners... We had the IPA and amber ale, and we both really enjoyed them. They smoke all of their own meats and their menu was also impressive, we started with the chips & queso (strongly recommend) , grilled cheese and meatball sandwich. Great food, we left full. We have had a chance to dine here several times. They have an awesome craft beer selection and a welcoming environment. The food is solid but when we ordered the ribs the dry rub was overwhelming. It was pretty caked on, which was a shame, as the meat was brilliantly smoked. It could have just been the batch we had. The location is in an industrial district and is open to families and dogs. The staff are all amazing and always willing to offer suggestions. Please make sure to save room for their epic sunshine pie, you won't regret it! read more

It amazes me how quickly this place was built, and the care and quality they put into the building, the beer and the amazing food! I was hanging out with the 'rents and wanted to celebrate our completed vaccinations safely and spaced out, with delicious food and brews to boot. I'm so glad Yelp directed me to this place! I've been to the original location (right next door) the week before they opened a few years ago, and have frequented it monthly since. The addition of the kitchen is a genius idea. They smoke all of their meat (and some veggies) on-site in gigantic smokers and you can tell how attentive they are to those details. We started with the "burnt ends" of both cauliflower and the pork belly. The cauliflower was crispy and perfectly seasoned with a tangy chili and lime rub. THE PORK BELLY - remembering this dish brings happy tears to my eyes and makes my mouth water - fully melted in the mouth every single bite. The sweet sauce they were tossed in was a perfect compliment to the dark smokiness and I stuffed myself until I felt sick. And I plan to do that again this week. For some reason, I decided to get a full entree even though I normally get full after half of an appetizer, and I'm so happy I did. The chicken salad sandwich was stuffed to the gills with smoked chicken, chewy apricot, crunchy pistachios, sage/dill cream cheese and bacon, all resting on top of an unbelievably soft ciabatta bread. I had a few bites, finished up the broccolini I subbed in for fries and boxed the rest for dinner. I was so busy being blown away by the food it took me over an hour to finish the delicious blackberry sour I'd ordered. That does not normally happen to this beer-loving lady! I've been keeping an eye on their daily specials and am already planning my next visit. No matter what, I'll be getting that heavenly pork belly. Have been to Pinkies a few times but not since Mash Lab was opened. Great place to have a beer and sit outside. Several great beers and a very good seltzer. Inside seating g as well. Fun to look into the shop at all the vintage cars that they restore. Windows looking on from the brewery. The restaurant side is very nice. Comfortable seating inside and a great patio area inside.They occasionally have live music outside. We had a few beers, a seltzer and ordered b-bbq chipotle honey wings. I really would like to be able to give more stars, but our experience was pretty terrible. We waited nearly an hour for our food, only for the server to tell us that the tacos our friend ordered were no longer available (!!). We were heading to a concert and pressed for time, so he ended up not eating. The food - once we finally received it - was sub-par, to say the least. The microwaved veggie burger was paper thin, with only a couple pickles and no other toppings. Another burger was in a similarly poor state, leaving us all to wonder what took so long with the food, when it was clearly so quickly and sloppily prepared? The only reason this isn't 1 star is that the server at least had the decency to discount the meal given the significant delays and terrible quality. If you're considering this place, my suggestion would be to just get a beer and then get your food at McDonald's. read more
