Food was solid. I had an Italian sandwich and it came on a flatbread type of bun. Sauce was solid and beer was ok. Service was fast, was there midday so they weren't too busy. Waiter said he had a long shift that day but was pleasant. Don't bother with the place. Overpriced food, nasty beer, rude people that don't seem to understand when a seat is taken and an idiot bar tender that doesn't seem to think that a beer with a napkin over it means anything. Terrible music as well. Wasted $40 on crunch pretzels and flat beer. Thought for sure this place would be different based on their website, maybe the owners don't know about the hookers that think they own the bar. Definitely will not be back to this place. read more

I finally got to try some Westby Edge's own beer! About five or six months ago I was passing through Cheyenne and went to the brewery but they didn't quite have their own beer out yet. But recently on the way home (the long way) I stopped by in Westby again and they did indeed have their own beer on tap! Hooray! They also have a huge selection of guest taps too so plenty of beer types to pick from. The Westby Edge beer that I had was the Amber Way You Want It, an Amber type lager which I really liked a lot! Flavor features to find with this nice one are malty, breadiness and bitter. The beer is smooth and light bodied so you could easily have your tastebuds succumb to a second pint. Nice location too. I have been previously and had a great experience. When we asked the server about the beers and drinks on tap, her answers were short and abrupt. Once we got our drinks, she never came back. She was on her phone the entire time. We ordered food for the child in our party and I had to get up and ask for the drink. Sadly, it wasn't even busy. Stopped in for after dinner drinks. Doug was our server and was excellent! Bartender seemed to be overwhelmed and a tad clueless quite frankly. But, Doug stayed professional and made up for the shortcomings. Great vibe in the place. We heard that it's a fun time when the train passes by; but it didn't on our visit. Pretty cool bar! I love how open and rustic it is. We had a few drinks and sampled pretty much everything on the menu. The flat breads are all very delicious, but we LOVED the Italian grinder sandwich. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. We visited this brewery just passing through on our way to Tennessee from Utah. Ambiance was great. We loved the decor and the swings. Beer was OK. We got a flight. The Blonde and Wheat was good. We are IPA fans and the collaboration with Gruner Brothers was our favorite. It's a Citra IPA. Our server Mikayla was friendly and awesome! read more

This is EXACTLY the type of venue Cheyenne has been craving! As you set foot in the building, the combination of rustic and industrial decor provides a warm and comfortable welcome. There is a ton of seating, both indoor and out, and the swing chairs add an extra touch of fun! There are lots of beer options on tap and soon there will be beer brewed right on site! The food menu is limited. Pizza is the main offering but the grinder sandwich looked VERY promising too! The team was excited to be there and they were friendly and enthusiastic. Good service is hard to find, but I witnessed a team that seems committed to providing the best! Westby Edge has great potential to be the next big thing in town and I can't wait to go back! read more

This is a new place , wide open. They have a selection of different beers and drinks. The atmosphere is okay. They have swing chairs available but too close together as it makes it hard to get in and out without disrupting your neighbor. The west side of the outdoor seating is not complete. We wanted to try this place out because some of our friends went and spoke highly. We loved it! The vibe is so cool and aesthetically pleasing. All the decor matches and is on theme, very Wyoming. They added swings to certain seating areas for something fun and different. They do also offer a limited menu which was a pleasant surprise seeing that most breweries mainly just do food trucks. Drinks were great too with a selection ranging from beer to liquor. All of the staff we met were friendly and knowledgeable professionals. We have been here several times and love everything about it. The atmosphere is very unique for Cheyenne and it is complimented by a great staff. The staff are very engaging and knowledgeable about the drinks and food. The food is what you normally find in a brewery but with some very original unique twists. Claims to be a brewing establishment, yet the bartender said they only had Colorado microbrews and the usual big name light beers available. Nothing actually brewed on site. Also said they had a "full bar" yet not a single bourbon, or surprisingly, no Wyoming Whiskey even though the owner (Director of WYDOT) is tied in with the governor who is a partner of WW distillery. Wife had a vodka cranberry cocktail, not sure any vodka was actually in the drink. Can't help but wonder if all their drinks are weak or watered down. $14 dollar flatbread pizza was pretty tasty, what there was of it. Place doesn't yet have a hangout like feel or personality, still pretty new, that will come with time. Music is so loud only young people with attuned ears can have a conversation. read more

The service was mediocre at best, and subpar to be more accurate. There were two bartenders on a not so busy Friday evening. They barely ever paid attention to anyone at the bar in need of a drink, and focused on fulfilling orders at the server station. Trying to flag them down and get them to lift their heads up to make eye contact was nearly impossible. One of the people in my party of three recommended the pizza. I wish I could say anything about the quality of the food, but the order never came out. After 30 minutes I inquired, only to discover it had not been placed. I will not be returning. read more
