The very flavorful and refreshing Amber Way You Want It!
    Alden C.

I finally got to try some Westby Edge's own beer! About five or six months ago I was passing through Cheyenne and went to the brewery but they didn't quite have their own beer out yet. But recently on the way home (the long way) I stopped by in Westby again and they did indeed have their own beer on tap! Hooray! They also have a huge selection of guest taps too so plenty of beer types to pick from. The Westby Edge beer that I had was the Amber Way You Want It, an Amber type lager which I really liked a lot! Flavor features to find with this nice one are malty, breadiness and bitter. The beer is smooth and light bodied so you could easily have your tastebuds succumb to a second pint. Nice location too. Wide and spacious and lots of lots of elbow room for you to take advantage of!

    Swing chairs. Super fun.

We visited this brewery just passing through on our way to Tennessee from Utah. Ambiance was great. We loved the decor and the swings. Beer was OK. We got a flight. The Blonde and Wheat was good. We are IPA fans and the collaboration with Gruner Brothers was our favorite. It's a Citra IPA. Our server Mikayla was friendly and awesome!

This is EXACTLY the type of venue Cheyenne has been craving! As you set foot in the building, the combination of rustic and industrial decor provides a warm and comfortable welcome. There is a ton of seating, both indoor and out, and the swing chairs add an extra touch of fun! There are lots of beer options on tap and soon there will be beer brewed right on site! The food menu is limited. Pizza is the main offering but the grinder sandwich looked VERY promising too! The team was excited to be there and they were friendly and enthusiastic. Good service is hard to find, but I witnessed a team that seems committed to providing the best! Westby Edge has great potential to be the next big thing in town and I can't wait to go back!

Breakfast Pizza- amazing! Moscow Mule and Vodka Tonic w/lime- both really well made

We wanted to try this place out because some of our friends went and spoke highly. We loved it! The vibe is so cool and aesthetically pleasing. All the decor matches and is on theme, very Wyoming. They added swings to certain seating areas for something fun and different. They do also offer a limited menu which was a pleasant surprise seeing that most breweries mainly just do food trucks. Drinks were great too with a selection ranging from beer to liquor. All of the staff we met were friendly and knowledgeable professionals. Looking forward to what's yet to come from this establishment!

The beer selection was really nice. The flatbreads were delicious and the beer cheese for the pretzels was amazing.

The back feels like you're in someone's backyard. It's outside food friendly and also dog friendly! Wow there were so many dogs here when we went. Loved it. We were wondering where the beer menu was when we arrived. It looks so much like art on the wall that we didn't realise what we were looking at. Sadly, we only had time for the one drink. I would've liked to have tried a flight which I didn't think we could order until too late. Would be great if it mentioned flights on the artistic menu. Social distancing is not enforced here. Don't expect people to wear masks. I believe this may be due to different laws in Wyoming (we've driven up from Denver, Colorado)

The taproom is located in what looks like somebody's home but the majority of the building as far as I could tell was a taproom. Going with that this brewery has a very cozy feel to it. When I went here it was in the later part of the summer on a weekend and the place was very popular and quite busy and for good reason. I got their Stargazer Pale Ale which was very good! I would love to try some more of their beers... and after investigating on Untappd it looks like they make some Chili beers which I would be very excited to try! So whenever I am back in Cheyenne again I will have to make a point to swing by and see if they have those on tap!

I settled on the Cajun chicken sand. My kids got the mac and cheese, and my husband got a steak. Everyone liked their food. All sandwiches and burgers come with unlimited fries. They already gave me enough fries on my plate though, so I did not need to ask for a refill of them. I really liked my sandwich! The chicken was perfectly cooked and nice and juicy, and it was very flavorful even with being chicken breast and not fried. I also got a vodka cranberry it was I believe $5 for the rail option which wasn't bad. This was not a happy hour price either. Overall, I am glad we stopped in! For dinner time there was a bit of a wait, but if you come during lunch time you should have no problem getting a table.

There is not a blank spot on any of the walls here, there is so much to look at. I think the hotdog statue might be my favorite wacky item.

The service here was great and I have to give a shoutout to Sydni for being such a lovely bartender. They have a marshmallow sour and hear me out because at first I was like, ummm idk about that but when I sampled it, it was like insanely stupid good. If you like to drink sours then I would recommend ordering that one. One of the coolest things that I've ever seen within my travels was a beer keg urinal that is in their men's bathroom. All in all, the service was amazing, the beer was amazing and I wound definitely stop in here again the next time that I'm in town. Once again, thank you Sydni.

The service here was great, tho, again, it was early so we definitely beat the crowd! We were advised of the open container option, should we want to check out downtown while we sipped. I always love towns that offer this for their downtown, so, Bravo!

I slept about 4 hours the night before to make it early for sunrise. To say that a few tasty beers were what the doctor ordered would be the understatement of the century! None of this matters, of course, to the good folks at Rocky Cut Brewing Company. This is off the main drag of Estes in an unassuming strip plaza. Humble vibes inside, a simple U-shaped bar top with seating all around, a few smaller tables, a community table, and a large patio with mostly picnic table seating. If you're lucky, snag a stool right along the Big Thompson River! Though, I recommend they fix the wooden placeholders for beers, they're leaning on the wrong side of history, we don't want any full glasses of beer reaching an unnecessary demise! Interference IPA * American IPA * 6.7% * 16oz ($7) From their website: "Climbing the Interference Boulder in Rocky Mountain National Park requires strength and power. This Colorado IPA showcases the power of hops with an intense blend forging citrus aromas with a pine forward finish. Featured ingredients: Cascade, El Dorado, Mosaic, Chinook, & Simcoe hops * Recommended adventure: hiking Black Lake, climbing the Twin Owls, skiing upper Hidden Valley." A perfectly apt description. I would summarize this beer just as they did, focusing on hops, citrus, and pine. Absolutely delicious, a memorable IPA in recent memory. I liked it so much I ordered it again and it tasted just as delicious the second time down! They also had a food truck outside, so safe to assume they do this often.
