This brewery feels very different from the others we tried in Cheyenne. There was love music out the back! It's very much a house transformed into a bar. Out. The back feels like you're in someone's backyard. It's outside food friendly and also dog friendly! Wow there were so many dogs here when we went. Loved it. We were wondering where the beer menu was when we arrived. It looks so much like art on the wall that we didn't realise what we were looking at. Sadly, we only had time for the one drink. I would've liked to have tried a flight which I didn't think we could order until too late. Would be great if it mentioned flights on the artistic menu. Social distancing is not enforced here. Danielmark's is a newer brewery that has arrived in Cheyenne and one that I was pleased to go to. The location for this brewery is conveniently located close to downtown which is nice. The taproom is located in what looks like somebody's home but the majority of the building as far as I could tell was a taproom. Going with that this brewery has a very cozy feel to it. When I went here it was in the later part of the summer on a weekend and the place was very popular and quite busy and for good reason. I got their Stargazer Pale Ale which was very good! I would love to try some more of their beers... and after investigating on Untappd it looks like they make some Chili beers which I would be very excited to try! So whenever I am back in Cheyenne again I will have to make a point to swing by and see if they have those on tap! read more

Passing through Cheyenne on the way to Denver we were hungry and thirsty and discovered Danielsmark, a quaint brewery located in a single family house which is very inviting. One of the coziest breweries I've been. I didn't see production on site. I think that is done elsewhere. There was a back yard area where we hung out. Inside was the bar area where I ordered drinks to have outside. Afterwards, I ran across the street to order Mexican from an Mexican market which was delicious too. We had a a couple of nice drinks and a meal while Mayla was able to play with the kids toys they had on the premises. Just perfect. Other folks were playing corn hole. Also one of my favorite pass times while having a brew. I still have to redo my marathon in Wyoming to register a sub 4 hour run. The altitude killed me on the Wyoming marathon for a flat lander like me. So next time I'll definitely finish with a victory brew at Danielsmark. read more

One of my favorite spots to go to in winter and summer times. Staff is friendly and kids/dogs are welcomed. Cards, games and popcorn made available. Going outside is a plus with the beautiful seating area they have with heaters if it gets cold. Love the beer here as well! read more

You know I was pleasantly surprised. I'm the least critical beer drinker but I am big on atmosphere and really love the feel of this place. Good service, I liked the beer options and the food truck is a nice bonus. Next time we will have to play one of the outdoor games they have. It be great if they carried some other drinks so my gluten intolerant friends could join! The only thing I'd like to see improved is related to the gluten free drink options and the food truck there. I've read through the other posts and was SHOCKED to see that anyone had received poor service at this place as I have had outstanding service every time I've been in there. Further, being a parent and wanting to find a way to introduce my kids to the idea that one can enjoy beer without overindulging, I love the idea that this is a family establishment. If you want an adults only place, go find yourself a neon moon. With respects to the quality of beer, even their brews that I'm not a fan of is better than the swill served many other places. That is to say that I think their beer is great. Second, the back patio on a nice day is THE place to be in Cheyenne. Finally, their regular group of food trucks that they move through there is a lot of fun. And if you feel like having a burger there, feel free to bring it in with you or cook it on one of the grills in the back. It just doesn't get any cooler than this in Cheyenne! read more

I was driving though and we needed a rest stop. I was excited to find a brewery that allowed dogs. However, do know that they have a brewery dog that runs around inside unleashed and runs towards other dogs with enough energy and barking to make other dogs reactive. Just bad luck that ours didn't mesh with theirs, however they should probably have their dog leashed if it doesn't stay behind the bar. Other than that, the Belgian IPA "Blue Citra" was amazing and their patio is beautiful on a good day. read more

Best brewery in town and the area, hands down! Their beers are true to style and delicious. I haven't had anything here I didn't like. The owners are incredibly gracious and friendly and the vibe is very relaxed and low key. They often host different charities and have really become an integral part of our community in Cheyenne. We come here regularly and are always greeted warmly, and they usually have fun sports playing. I always recommend the blue citra, but you really can't go wrong! The outdoor space is great too! Shady in the summer and heated in the winter. I would give them more stars if I could. read more

Great environment to just sit and relax while having a great custom microbrew. This place is great not only for adults but they are also kid and dog friendly with a great back patio. They offer games and custom made Root Beer for the kids and adults that don't care for beer. They also offer the option to rent the back patio out for private parties. read more

We stumbled across this little gem entirely by accident. It's a refurbished home, and it definitely has that homey feeling inside, from the loveseat (with cup holders!) to the fish tank to the bar shih tzu. The beers we tried were very good and the barkeep was friendly beyond all reasonable expectations. She actually offered to drive me to my next destination if my Lyft didn't show up (it did). Loved this place! Was doing the so called "Wyoming Beer Trail" and this was, by far the best place. Now, it wasn't without some warts, but first impressions were great. Greater by a wonderful bartender who, when she found out it was a first time, gave us an impromptu tour of the grounds and the brewery. She was fantastic. Gave us several samples until we could decide what we wanted and was so very pleasant. The beer..it was very good. Enjoyed several. Didn't have any food, but did enjoy the pretzels and popcorn they had. Very nice vibe. Loved the repurposed old home. The wart? Well once our great bartender left, which unfortunately was right after our tour and first draft, her replacement hung out in a corner and interacted with a few locals exclusively. I was a little apprehensive when I walked up to Danielmark brewery, because it's in an old house, but one step inside and you realize it's a fantastic brewery. We were immediately greeted by Kim, one of the owners and she explained what beers they had and what each was like. I tried all of the beers available and all were good, but the pale ale was my favorite. I enjoyed it on their large patio and played corn hole and giant Jenga. I could see the brewing operation in another building and the employees were friendly and happy to explain what they were brewing. This is the best kind of brewery: One that is fun to hang out at whether you're meeting friends or just grabbing a pint after a long day. I enjoyed every minute here and you should too. read more

The people who work at this brewery are always so rude. It's ridiculous. When I walk into Freedoms Edge in Cheyenne I always get a "Hey! How's it going?!" When I walk into Daniel Marks I never get greeted and when I get to the counter I get a bitchy "ID NOW". The older lady behind the counter is the worst. And honestly, their beer is not good! The owners are the friendliest people I have ever met and this place is excellent to just hang out and relax. Their patio is like spending time in your own backyard. We visited this new brewery, and we're very disappointed with the service. The beer was poured with half foam, and we asked them to allow it to settle and pour a little more. The owner of the bar had the nerve to come over to my husband, confront him as if he wanted to fight, and ask if he received a bad pour and proceeded to tell him he was rude to the bar tender, who happened to be his wife. Never once in the conversation did the owner apologize to my husband for having a bad pour. Lesson learned, will never visit this brewery again as their customers aren't appreciated nor respected. We both work in the service industry, and isn't the customer always right within reason? Never should a customer feel threatened, and in this case we did for asking for a full pint of beer. Through the entire time, my husband was nothing but nice, kind, and understanding. read more

I was passing through Cheyenne and stopped by here for some food/drinks based upon good online reviews and it sure lived up to it! Although they don't have a food menu, their beer was really good! I sat at the bar and the bartender was very friendly and suggested some good eats in the area. She also introduced me to one of the brewers who gave me a quick tour which made the experience that much better!
