Came with friends on a Friday evening. Parking is always a challenge but we found a spot about a block away. There was a concert going on in their outdoor space. We headed in to the brewery. I had Moondoor Dunkel because I love the dark beers. It was a nice Dunkel. The taproom space was very loud. There is no sound dampening at all so it was really hard to carry on a conversation. It was too cold and drizzly to sit outside as we would have moved otherwise. We sat near the door to the brewhouse. There were employees periodically entering and exiting the door. Whenever that happened there was a very unpleasant waft of off smell. It did not smell like wort or fermentation but more methane like. We finished our beers and headed out. read more

I can see many great events for groups or family get togethers. Dogs welcome and kids too. Many indoor and outdoors areas with an enclosed pavilion. There's parking onsite or plenty off street or parking lot close by. Somedays they have live music. They also have great event and annual fest! Just a GREAT space. OK, I arrived at Wibby before they even opened. I took a stroll around the block, saw an interesting Asia restaurant (I did not have time to try, but it's noted), and when I got back, the doors were open. I did not see a food option, maybe a food truck? Large outdoor area would be great on temperate days, or nights. Beers I had were tasty. But I realize I say this of all the beers I drink in the area. There does not seem to be a bad beer in Longmont. Service at the bar was very attentive, but I was the only customer here! :-) read more

Wibby is a local brewery in Longmont Colorado. Recently had the opportunity to be there for our 40th high school reunion and rent it out two of their gazebos. Great selection of beers and other spirits. Did you have the opportunity to purchase some food from the brewery, but then also had two food trucks to choose from as well. They do have live music throughout the week with an outdoor stage and I would highly recommend going and giving them your business. It's been a while since I've been to Longmont. I used to work there for around five years and knew the surrounding breweries well but like so many things change is inevitable. But in this case with breweries I haven't tried before It's definitely a good change as we get to see all the different beer recipes and brewmaster insights in town. For Wibby I have had two of their beers. I had their Moondoor Dunkel, a Dunkel is a darker looking lager. A bit more to it than your average lager. Wibby held up nicely with their version of this beer style as it had all the right features appropriate for this beer style. The next beer was their Witoberfest beer. Appropriate for Oktoberfest of course. Once again this Marzen style beer has all the right moves for the given beer style. Two very enjoyable beers and a good brewery to unwind at after a long shift at work(I'd imagine). Wibby opened after I left the state and my purpose was strictly R&R. read more

We've been here a couple times and it's a fan favorite in our household. I love German inspired bears and also appreciate a good radler. Being able to do sample sizes is the perfect way to try a variety of beers. And the giant pretzel is not to be missed and we get it every time. Dog friendly Brewing! Plenty of seating both inside and outside. They were nice to let us try some splashes. We really liked the Grapefruit Radler and Lightshine Radler (raspberry lemonade). The Moondoor Dunkel (brown ale) was ok. The strawberry radler wasn't that good. When we went, there was The Maine Event food truck. They had lobster rolls, clam chowder, Lobster mac n cheese, chili soup, vegetarian chili soup, fries. Very delicious! There's a private lot, but it was busy so we had to park on street. read more

The service was lackluster, considering that every other brewery I've been to in Longmont is friendly, and happy to have you there. Wibby felt like they're doing me a favor serving me. I walked in just a little after 8pm today (12/10/19) and learned that today is National Lager Day! And ANY and I mean ANY beer whether it's a 6 oz. Ale to a 64 oz. Growler, each one was $3.00! What a laidback brewery. We were here in the summer and looking to beat the heat. Well their summer brew selection was well suited for the high temperatures - lots of lighter brews and citrus flavors. The brewery is fairly spacious with both indoor and outdoor seating. I visited Longmont for the first time this weekend and someone recommended we check out Wibby. When we pulled up we were greeted by a bunch of Christmas trees! Talk about magical! Apparently you can buy your Christmas tree at Wibby and get a free beer. How convenient and fun-- I love it! They also had comfy seating and fire pits outside, and lawn games. I noticed they have lots of fun events happening- trivia nights, disco party, barbershop quartet, Christmas card decorating, and Christmas market. Wibby only does lagers. I tried a flight of four beers: moondoor dunker, lightship radler, amigas lager, and Wibby IPL. I absolutely loved the radler- light, refreshing, raspberry, and sparkling. I'd definitely return for the radler. The food truck that night was Basic Kneads- my brother and I split a large BBQ chicken pizza and it was delicious. This was such a fun brewery to visit- fun music, good beer, and lots going on! read more

Wibby is the perfect place to enjoy the amazing Colorado weather. I posted a picture of the taproom while we were sitting there enjoying our beer, when the owner came up to us and said "Nice picture!" Apparently he gets alerts when people post on yelp about his brewery. That was nice that he acknowledged the picture and that he genuinely cares about the experience people have at Wibby. We were very impressed with the beer, especially the IPL. We were told it is one of their most popular beers, and you can understand why when you taste it. They do lagers very well here. This place has come a long way since my last review. Beers are crisp, clean, and consistent now. The early days bore less favorable results, but they seem to have dialed in their brewing and landed on some nice results. Atmosphere is good, especially in warmer weather. Having a clearer calendar of what food trucks will be on-site and their hours would permit this to be a better destination for a meal to pair with the beers. They've incorporated technology well in terms of ordering from your phone and having drinks brought to your table, but their website could use a refresh for information distribution. read more

Wife and I decided to hit up Wibby on our day up in Longmont - it's the perfect brewery if you're planning on spending some quality time on a patio. The large indoor/outdoor space gave off a laid back island vibe and featured a food truck, corn hole, and TVs. The beer was good although there wasn't a huge variety of different brews to choose from...we also caught some attitude from a bartender after some indecisiveness in choosing a drink. It's always nice when someone is willing to take the time to figure out what kind of beers you typically like and then offer suggestions and tastes. We didn't find that here on that day but are still likely to return. They are dog-friendly too. read more

Really enjoyed wibby the two times I visited, once for a rehearsal dinner and again for the world cup final! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Cornholl and basketball we're set up outside when I was there and shuffleboard inside. The outdoor seating area is large and they had some misting machines going when we were there because it was a pretty hot evening. There is lots of indoor seating as well. It's dog friendly, which is always a plus in my book! I really enjoyed the Radler and the IPL. I can't remember how many beers they had on tap, at least 8. I don't think they serve food but when I was there for the world cup final they had a couple working a stand with some options for snacks/stadium style food.
