Went there are 5/31/26. First time here. We got there a few minutes after they opened. We sat on the patio. The all patio is covered which is nice. Looks like they have a lot of TVs and show all the nfl games during the season. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We got the classic cheeseburger, Nashville hot chicken sandwich, pepperoni pizza and applesauce and fish and oranges. Everything was great. Full of flavor. What an incredible restaurant!! Perfect, especially with the graduation of Mt. View Firefighters just up the street. First of all, for a Thursday night around 8pm, this place was busy and the energy here was great! The phenomenal service provided by Casey, our server, should be and is probably recognized by management. Thanks Casey for making the celebration go so smoothly. Huge selection of Pump House seasonal and flagship beers plus rotating guest taps from local breweries. Food comes out fast and the portions are massive (I had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and veggies -- comfort-food perfection). Great dog-friendly patio for nice days, and even at busy times we've never waited more than 15 minutes for a table. Everytime we passed this restaurant it's packed-inside and outside. When we finally went in we knew why. They have a very large menu with something for everyone. Their beer selection is one of the biggest I've seen around. I'm not usually a burger person but I decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did. It wasn't like a sloppy greasy burger. It was tender and delicious with so much flavor. The service was great and we've been back since that first time. WOW! The service was impeccable. I have been to fancy fine dining restaurants and don't get service this good. Sat at the bar with Ryan and Sam and they are a great team! They are so positive and attentive and made it a great experience! They were the highlight of the night! We got burgers as well as the jalapeño brisket egg rolls which were fire! The crunch and the sauces were very tasty. The restaurant was huge and had comfortable seating at the bar. I ordered a spicy margarita, and it was actually really good. The weird part came after we left. Everyone in my group ended up feeling sick later that night. We all had burgers, so we're not sure if that was the culprit, but I'd recommend ordering yours medium well just to be safe. I didn't take any photos this time since it was more of a family catch-up, and I wanted to be in the moment. I'd definitely consider going back to give it another shot and update this review. What a great experience. I love to visit Longmont, and have some favorites, but wanted to try something new on this visit. The Pumphouse was pumping on this nice Sunday afternoon - nearly every table full, inside and out, air buzzing with laughter and convos, and the vibe was very relaxed. Greeting from the hostess was friendly and seating was quick with a quick visit from our server to place drink orders. Seeing an homage to my favorite east coast brew, Yuengling, on the menu made this an obvious and easy choice. Very nicely done and I brought a 32 oz bottle home - speaking of - fantastic price for this and of course, refills are available - win-win for me! Side note: I drank this the following day and it was still crisp and fresh. I bypassed any appetizers, because I had my mouth set on a burger and fries and could see other diners' plates to know that would be more than I needed. The appetizer menu, however, was massive with 15 options - including one I want to try another day - Street Corn Dip & Chips. And then there is the burger menu - 15 more options here! As a vegetarian, I love that there is a unique in-house veg burger made with Sweet Potato and Cauliflower, AND that an Impossible patty can be subbed on any of the burgers. The veg patties sounded great but, the Muenster Pretzel was calling my name - being able to sub out the burger for an Impossible patty and skipping the bacon is very much appreciated as it opens up more of the menu to me. The burger was delicious, cooked so well, and huge - I mean, just look at the photos! - 1/2 of it came home with me! It was full of melty Muenster cheese, the caramelized onions amply covering the entire patty and thickly, and the beer mustard and roasted garlic mayo with the tomato and lettuce on a nicely buttered pretzel bun all melded together into delicious bite after bite. The fries were outstanding as well, soft but with a lightly crispy outside and for me, well seasoned. The menu in total is really impressive with so much to choose from - from the salads, to the multiple soup options (who does more than 2 any more? Pumphouse does! 5 to be exact! And- a veg Green Chile option - kudos guys! This makes me happy! and then there is the dessert menu - 6 choices from Mud Pie, Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie (last time I had one of those was in Chicago!), Cheesecake, Crème Brûlée, Key Lime Pie and Brownie Sundae - if I had room to enjoy one, the hardest part would be in choosing one. The brew, cocktail, and wine menu was also very well stacked with their own beers as well as other options. Service was great - fast, friendly, and made me feel like a local. Honestly, can't wait to get back for more. I also bought a logo pint glass after seeing this was a heavy duty glass that will stand up to my abuse and not break after a few uses - also, great price at $5. HH was still going on and I came hungry. I ordered 2 HH items from the appetizer menu. The crispy mozzarella wontons and the pork carnitas tacos. I didn't have to wait too long and my food came out. The food was fresh and hot. I've never had crispy mozzarella wontons, but they are deliciously wonderful! There are 4 crispy mozzarella wontons and they are big. They were not drenched in oil. I loved the crispness and flavor of the crispy mozzarella wontons. My pork carnitas was yummy too! There are 4 petite tacos. The tacos were not soggy. It was flavorful with the toppings and tasted great with the salsa. Our waitress was fast, attentive, and great. I was really happy with my food and happily surprised that I finished all of my food! One of the most consistently satisfying restaurants in Longmont is The Pumphouse. I have no idea how many times I've been to this restaurant. It's been a lot! Their food is always good, and the variety makes it easy for everyone in your group to find something that they'll enjoy. We just went there last night after an event at The Longmont Theatre Company and had a great time. The restaurant is almost right across the street from the theatre, so it's perfect for a bite pre or post performance. They have such great burgers! My favorite is The Main Street burger (bacon, mushrooms, cheddar and swiss on a king's hawaiian bun). I chose the Beer Cheese Soup for my side. I've never had a better Beer Cheese Soup than at this restaurant. My husband had the tater tots and they were so good! They have happy hour deals Monday to Friday from 3-6pm and every night from 9pm-close. I ordered the delicious House Margarita which was only $6! The Pumphouse is a locally-owned & operated brewpub. They offer a large selection of beer. They have an outdoor covered patio that faces Main Street. In addition to the Restaurant there is also The Red Zone which is their connected sports bar. You can order food in The Red Zone as well. There is free street parking and parking in the lot behind the restaurant. It can get crowded at night and on the weekend! read more

The bun was a little harder than I preferred, but the burger was large and had very good flavor. My wife had the Wagyu burger with avocado and onion and thought it was very good...even though she received sliced onions rather than sautéed. Fries didn't have a ton of flavor and were just fair. My wife liked them better than I did. We'd both likely try something different next time. Nobody needs dessert, and we weren't planning on dessert...that is until we saw one of the brownie sundaes arrive at a table near us. Next thing we knew, we had one as well. Saw a picture of the chipotle lime tacos and knew I had to have them. We came in as a party of 5 on a Monday night and were seated upstairs immediately. Our server was prompt and polite. Food and drinks came out quickly. I had the chicken chipotle lime tacos and they were amazing. The taco shell was lightly crisped, there was a ton of pulled chicken, and the chipotle lime sauce and spicy salsa on the side were an elite combo. I will be dreaming about these tacos. We absolutely love this place primary because the food is consistently good. Our favorites are the risotto (we were surprised that this is so far our absolute favorite risotto, far surpassing all of the fancier restaurants that we've eaten at), Jalapeno Brisket Rolls, Pork Carnitas Tacos, Longmont Burger, Main Street burger, and TBG Wrap. Honestly, we haven't really had anything that we haven't enjoyed. In addition, for drinks, we like the Flashpoint IPA (I'm not a big fan of IPAs in general) and the seasonal Two To Tango IPA, as well as the Ginger Cosmo. We were a party of 20-25 people and we had a room upstairs. I understand it takes more time to service, but it took a while for us to order and get our food. We got there around 5:30 ish.
