Most unique brews! Seems like all breweries are serving up the same selection of beer nowadays and it was really refreshing to try something new. I did a tasting of 8 beers and all were very different and delicious! The atmosphere was very relaxed and has a homey feel. They have board games for entertainment and they don't serve food, but you can order take out from several local places. I was in town on business and found this to be a perfect oasis with awesome beer, friendly staff and sociably bar mates. Definitely will be back! read more

They have a perfect set up for current circumstances- places taped out on the floor, card reader taped to the table next to a big ole bottle of hand sanitizer, and plenty of distance between the staff and patrons. I know everything is weird and different due to Covid ruining the world but we arrived tonight to meet up with the rest of our party for the evening and we were turned away. Apparently, you have to arrive all at the same time or you cannot join your party. This wasn't made known to us or our party that arrived first! This rule makes absolutely no sense and does nothing to mitigate the risk of Covid. Something Brewery in Brighton, Colorado is where you'll find a cool, inviting space in an exposed brick high ceiling L-shaped space. The bar, which is situated near the front and has a shape that makes conversation easy! There are high top, long tables and bench style low tables, along with tables along the back wall that lead to video games, ATM and the bathrooms. Multiple flatscreen televisions are often showing action movies, occasional sporting event, etc. On an usual day they will have 10-12 beers available ranging from an amazing double IPA named Hop Galaxy (8.4% ABV, 100+ IBU) to an Oatmeal Stout called Your Mom! (5.4 ABV, 35 IBU). They have several sours now available including Peach Walker (4.0 ABV, 4.5 IBU) and others planned. Newest additions include a crowler machine, which is great for taking 32oz cans to go, and some beers are released in bombers as well. We drove all the way to Brighton from Denver to try the beer at Something Brewery and it did not disappoint! Before we left we bought a bottle of All the Feels and it was AHHmazing. Outdoor seating was cute and the atmosphere inside was great as well. Highly recommend checking this spot out if you love unique craft beer in a cozy quarter of town. This brewery has a great atmosphere. Its cute, cozy feel with great beer selections. I liked how they had fun names for all their beers and a lot of them are tea infused. The staff was friendly and even told us some the "tricks" the locals do with their beers. We liked we could bring our dog and play games! Can't wait to go back. read more

This is the closest brewery to my house and I feel bad that I don't get here more often. From the first time I have been here, I have felt nothing but welcomed and at home. Everyone I have ever encountered here from the beertenders to the customers are so friendly. I have always been offered any tastes I would like before making a decision. They have a regular rotation of food trucks right out front. They have a small patio out front and varied seating inside. I have always opted to sit at the bar since they are so nice. They have special releases of crowlers which are always worth checking out. This last batch of Cookie Monster was the best yet! They used over 100 lbs of Oreos to make this vanilla milk stout. It's delicious! I also really enjoy their pineapple saison. My husband really likes their regular DIPA. They have board games in the back and table top hook games which are fun too. I know I will be back here because they are great people making some interesting beers. read more

Beer is subjective so reviews saying the beer isn't good while valid need to be taken as purely opinion. This is probably one of our if not our favorite Brewery in CO. The beer flavors are always unique and very very good. The entire Monsta series is delicious if you're into Stouts/Porters. The staff is super friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Since the pandemic (Covid-19 can eat a d1ck) they've been supporting the community with takeout service and now they've just reopened for limited in person consumption. The outdoor patio and food truck availability has been great. Be considerate and check your political bullshit at the door (regardless if its left or right leaning) respect the staff and your fellow patrons, wear your mask and follow the rules for EVERYONE's safety. read more

I've been here a couple times with friends. Randomly found this place one night while wandering around downtown Brighton. It always super busy here, which is a good thing! The beer selection is a good size and, more importantly, the beer is tasty! They have live music sometimes and tons of games to play. There is usually a food truck parked outside and they allow you to eat your food inside. I've seen dogs here as well l, so I'm assuming dogs are allowed :) ALWAYS a plus when heading to a brewery. Terrible business practice. They advertised a limited run of cereal flavored beers and I got in line early but the line was still as long as the block. They made it so that each customer could buy up to 4 three packs. Unfortunately after waiting over two hours on a Saturday morning when I obviously have other things to do they are completely sold out and even sold out on tap, so I didn't even get a chance to sample it meanwhile customers at the front were coming out with 12 cans and the rest of the line got nothing. These guys are worst than Kanye West and the yeezy shoe brand. At least they give you a chance to pre order or reserve a pair and limit you to one pair. This place was first come first serve and didn't limit anyone so they completely wasted dozens of people's time and ruined their weekend. Several people around me had driven from south Denver, boulder and even Greeley. All leaving empty handed. I know a lot of people are never coming back here after this. The business could care less so long as they made a profit and sold out the beer to the first 20 people in line. I have never been more frustrated or angered in my entire life. At this point I have no choice but to go home and pour myself a bowl of captain crunch and empty a can of beer into it. read more

For being in Brighton, this is a good spot to hang out and well worth the drive if you don't live in Brighton. Loved their chocolate mint, it was nice and smooth went well with my jerk chicken tacos and fries. I like how they have different activities each day.
