Garlic cheese bread with roasted garlic
Sierra S.

After a walk through the Thursday Farmers Market, we happened upon Echo. I ordered the garlic cheese bread with roasted garlic and a half spinach salad with feta cheese, cranberries, and a pesto vinaigrette. The place was very busy, however the server tried her best. I loved eating outside and the ambiance made waiting to order and getting the food worth the wait! Leftover lunch for tomorrow, I think so

Hardly any toppings and chewy crust! I do not recommend! Over priced and under topped! ‍

Ordered ahead of time for take out. Got this for $20 ! I'll never order from this place again! Very little toppings and there was one slice with no toppings at all and burnt. What a waste!Never again!

Craft beer and wine slushy

We stopped into Echo Brewing after an afternoon in a local pumpkin patch. Initially, we stopped in for the craft beer - and both enjoyed an IPA and sour. Yay for sour beer. And then, we saw (and smelt) the amazing looking pizzas being taken to various tables and decided to order two. Halfway through the delicious pizzas, I discovered the wine slushies. What?!?! Sour beers, wine slushies and fabulous pizza? This is the trifecta. Our pizza was crazy good. Also loved the salad - fresh greens and local ingredients, hard to beat staying simple. Who knew a brewery would kill it with their pizzas? Echo Brewing definitely did. The crust always tells me a lot about the pizza. This crust was fluffy, tasty and still thin enough to satisfy my partner who hates deep dish. I love deep dish so loved the fluffy crust. Yum. And the flavors - on point. Anytime we're in the vicinity of Echo, we're definitely stopping by. If you're local, you likely already know and love Echo.

Receipt

We have visited Echo many times over the years and have been regular customers. The beer is decent, and the outdoor seating is nice. However, the pricing is completely out of line. Two 20oz Firefly IPAs cost just under $29 after tax and a 20% tip. The receipt pictured is with a 15% tip. We will not be returning.

Mediocre food for the price. I would only recommend pizza and beer here. Anything else we've gotten has been extremely disappointing.

What a great little pizza joint and brewery! Great beers and…read morejust as great food. Amazingly friendly atmosphere. The owners and staff are so welcoming. They seem to have a large number of home brews. And for the sports lovers, such as myself, there are plenty of large TV's. In short, I will be stopping by here anytime I am around the area.

We visited Mirror Image regularly. We went yesterday 4/11 for an early dinner. They were busy, but…read morethere were plenty of tables. We ordered our pizza and my husband very specifically asked for no mozzarella, but ALL ricotta on his pizza with the detroit crust. The girl seemed confused but didn't ask to clarify anything. The pizzas came out and were dropped at our table with no napkins, plates or silverware. My husband got up to ask for silverware and the annoyed bartender handed him silverware, got back to the table and realized there were no napkins in the bag that holds the silverware so he got back up to get napkins; very annoyed, the bartender handed him napkins. Didn't dare ask for plates, parmesan or red pepper flakes, so we ate off of the pizza trays, even though we were sharing pizzas. Then we realized my husband's pizza wasn't the detroit crust. Whelp, no one checked to see if our food was ok. We were completely ignored the whole time unless we flagged someone down. So, once again, my husband got up to go get someone. They took the pizza and then one of the staff came to our table to tell US what we asked for, which was completely incorrect! She started to clarify what the detroit crust is, which we know what it is, been there a lot. And then says, 'You ordered no cheese!' Um, no he didn't! He ordered the detroit crust and no mozzarella with all ricotta. Isn't ricotta a cheese? She said, 'Oh, well there was some confusion.' No apology and if there was confusion then come back and ask us before making the pizza. Again, we were completely ignored and the blonde bartender was SO rude to us. Not sure what we did except eat at your business. Not sure why we were completely ignored the whole time and treated like we were a burden and they didn't want us there. They were visibly annoyed. We weren't nasty in any way and were gracious. I'm still upset that my husband even tipped, honestly, I hope it went to the kids in the kitchen only. All they did was take our order, tell us what we ordered, and ignored us. Not asking for special treatment, just decent and kind service. Awful. And we drive a ways to eat at this establishment. Never again!

We started with a flight and ranked them in this order: * Holy Craic Irish Red Ale (#2 for my wife) * Golden Boy Kolsch (#1 for my wife) * Steel Cut Stout * Twisted Amber (neither liked) * Dublin Magic Irish Stout (neither liked) After the flight, we both enjoyed two of the beers we enjoyed the most. For food, we each got a side Caesar salad. Large and with lots of flavor, they were very good. We each then got the Mediterranean pizza. I added chicken to mine. My wife liked hers, while I was disappointed in mine. I didn't find the flavor to be great, and the crust was rather flimsy and disappointing. Pizza here on our first visit had been great, so again, this was disappointing. Service was friendly enough. I'm sure we'll be back again.

From game days (televised or board/card) to happy hour catch ups I love coming here for the laid back and family friendly vibes. I've enjoyed having my birthday party here for the last handful of years (they have amazing event space). As it's family friendly my crew always feels happy to bring their well behaved little one along. While my friends are sure to bring activities for their kiddos (books, toys, educational iPad devices) some folks aren't as considerate. I've definitely had the unfortunate experience of kids running amuck while their parents are fully attentive only to their brewskis. This was particularly disturbing as I've been recovering from a knee injury for several months and my partner has often been with me and on crutches. Would love to see people take more responsibility for their children's behavior when taking them out in public for everyone's safety. While it's Boulder afterall I hold hope that parents will look after their kids if they decide to bring them in or drop them to the nearby kiddos climbing facility if they wanna play. Looking forward to many more good times with friends at this awesome locally owned gem.

Sure it's not WeldWerks crazy but it's certainly more adventurous than a lot of breweries offering wise. Was a nice day so the patio was lively. The old brew house has now been converted to additional seating and it can also be rented out as an event space. They've added a permanent food truck in the middle of the patio. Burgers and salads but some nice side options as well. Four or five tables for seating directly across from the truck and some lower seats to lounge or chill as if you were around the campfire. Not needed for this year's mild winter but patio heaters too! Inside you've got bar seating. Plenty of tables both high and low. Even a quieter "kids nook" with some toys and a number of books. Huge perk as a parent is that BOTH bathrooms have a baby changing table! Small thing but a rarity these days. Especially having one in the men's room at all. Game and novelty vending machine adjacent to the brewery merch. They have a large number of board games for rent as well as hosting a number of game nights. Great space and vibe. A very mixed crowd of people and pets. Didn't mention this before but dogs are allowed inside AND on the patio. Long overdue for a return but really glad we stopped in today. Last time Odd13 was doing their own thing. During Covid they were bought by 4 Noses and now that's the whole Wilding Brands (Stem, Station 26, Denver Beer Co, etc.) They did have a few 4 Noses beers on but I'm glad to see they still have a healthy Odd13 selection. The sound and the joy gave off such a great vibe immediately when walking into this establishment. This review is based on a sit down dinner and a take out on another night because our sit down was so good! Here's all that we tried: POST CHEDDAR BISCUITS - hot and cheesy - these were not as flakey as they looked like they were going to be. Not bad, but nothing to write home about. ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS - sweet and spicy peppers, garlic mojo, cotija cheese | *a portion of sales from this item go to Zero Foodprint -- an org working to combat climate change in the food & beverage industry - these were good, great crispiness, char was flavorful and the sauce was sweet and tangy. Subsequently, I made a hash for breakfast with leftovers from here and these proved to be GOOD flavoring. GREEN CHILE BISON SAUSAGE BOARD (LAFAYETTE) - Rock river bison sausages, hard boiled eggs, dill pickles, bread and butter pickle relish, baked baguette, peach honey mustard - I'm a sucker for charcuterie, the bison sausage was so delicious, I ordered another after we finished the first. This also went into the next day hash! FRIED HALF CHICKEN - our famous gluten free fried chicken, choice of side, pickles, and a biscuit - ordered this on or second visit (takeout night) and did not regret a thing. It was fantastically fried to crispy perfection. The chicken was juicy and tasted like they brined it in pickle juice. CHICKEN TENDERS - all natural tenders, breaded and fried, served with ranch - good chicken, also went into the hash. OG POST BURGER*- american cheese, bacon onion jam, special sauce, griddled sourdough english muffin & fries - good burger, personally, I'd appreciate better cheese! QUINOA & KALE - quinoa, kale, arugula, roasted sweet potatoes, pickled red onions, roasted tomatoes, cucumbers, toasted sesame and sunflower crunch, lemon tahini dressing - the dressing MADE this salad, good job Chef! PUEBLO GREEN CHILE MAC & CHEESE - nothing spectacular, I would have liked this with more green chile and a better cheese base. The parking isn't a lot, but it didn't seem like people had trouble at all. We walked. It's a great little neighborhood restaurant. As I said early on, it was tasty enough to warrant a second visit!
