This restaurant is located in terminal C in the Denver airport. We went here for a drink and a bite before our flight. The place was packed but we were able to find a table for 3. There is a good selection of beers and the wife had a fruity flavored beer while I had a very tasty IPA. When the bill came I saw they were 11.99 each. That is kind of high. I also thought the food was high priced. $25 for a burger in an airport restaurant? Not for me. I opted for loaded tots which came with queso, fake bacon, and a couple of pieces of chives. The first few bites were good but then the tots got soggy from all the queso and the entire dish became too salty and unpleasant. It was $13.99. Service was spotty. I had to ask for a glass of water twice. Our waitress never check in on us and was hard to find when we wanted to leave. The bill for practically nothing was $55 before tip. We were kind of shocked. I hate to say that I probably would not return, which is so unfortunate. I really wanted to enjoy the food here. I ordered the bison burger with bacon and cheese. I only ate half of it because the patty was so dry and lacking flavor. WHEN I choose to eat a burger which isn't that often; I really want it to be amazing. I guess I should have expected that in an airport. Also the french fries were stale and the pickle spear did not snap with freshness either. Dinner and beers were both solid. The staff was fast, attentive, and genuinely helpful. One moment that really stood out was seeing one of the servers go out of her way to help an older customer make it to their flight which was a small act of kindness that didn't go unnoticed. I have been here a handful of times and it is always packed at the airport but they turn tables quickly. This time I ordered the great divide burger which was good but the tomato jam tasted a little bit like marinara which wasn't the flavor I was expecting. Any time I have a layover or trip to Denver, I make sure to stop at Great Divide in Terminal C--sometimes for a nice meal, but if nothing else, for a nice cold glass of Yeti. This time, I had an hour to spare between flights and was on the hunt for the special edition Blueberry Muffin Yeti. Sure enough it was there on tap and I was easily able to find a seat at the bar. The bartender was super friendly and gave me a shout out for my 2021 "I Believe" Yeti shirt I was wearing. Hung was the guy at the bar, fast efficient and friendly. I had less than an hour before my connection and decided to try here in the big airport. It was a success! They had a big selection of local beers and the food was decent. Not super expensive for airport but not cheap either. I got their hazy IPA and classic Brewery burger. I liked that i can get a side salad for no extra charge. It costed $37 altogether but it was well worth it. The food was very mediocre but very expensive. The bartender, Dustin I think, was so rude to everyone it was actually uncomfortable and awkward. He was scolding people for moving chairs and rude to people who were asking questions. The man next to me asked for water three times and never got it. People started leaving. Pretty good as far as airport food goes. This airport has a lot of food options (C terminal), but the menu here looked solid. I had the bison burger. It was pretty good. I ordered it medium since Bison is a leaner meat. I think it was just a tad bit over cooked, but still enjoyable. Portions are quite large. I wasn't able to finish my meal. Left very satisfied though. The service was wonderful. Once you are ready to go, there is a QR code on your table from which you scan to pay your bill which made it very easy to get on our way. Burger was dry and it had no flavor. I've had better. I know this is the airport but for the price I expected more. I go wanted a grilled cheese but that was on the children's menu. Given that I had a long night ahead of me I figured a burger would be a good choice and it's not hard to mess up. I was wrong. The fries were good and my beer was fine. Rude, disgraceful, and socially unacceptable. The older curly grey haired/ auburn haired waitstaff woman server was rude and unprofessional. We sat for 15 minutes and mentioned their system of ordering via QR was not working. Waitstaff then rolled her eyes when we asked about ordering, and stated in a snarky tone "Can you wait a minute", as if we have been asking repeatedly which was not our case. Yet other people whom had got seated way after us was being greeted which a more polite response when asked about the QR app and or placing orders. Waitstaff then proceeded to walk towards our table with a presumption that my friend whom is a bride to be, would not be allowed to eat in the restaurant due to having brought in a pretzel from Aunty Anne's. What this waitstaff failed to understand is that we were going to place our orders (even though she had a rude tone towards us) and complete the trip with a toast of alcoholic beverages and a nice meal for lunch. Not sure where the disconnect is, but the waitstaff needs training. With her age, she does not give the great state of Colorado a good nor this airport a positive impression. read more

Decided the grab a quick bite during our layover and definitely should have read reviews before dining here. The service here absolutely sucks. We came here last Monday and had a lady as our server. I don't expect amazing service at a restaurant in the airport but if you have a job as a server you could at least say hi and welcome the people you are serving. Especially when you have a tip option when paying. The lady takes our order and when the food comes out just drops off our plates, says nothing and just rushes away. I'm a server as well so the least you could do as a server was check on us. All aside, the food here was actually pretty decent. I really liked the burger with their tomato sauce inside of it. Shockingly wonderful breakfast experience I walked past numerous "quick" places in the concourse, all of which had lines so long I couldn't find the end. Not a big deal most places but it's something that's not as common at airport bars and restaurants so I appreciated it. The ambiance was nice and it wasn't too crowded. The turkey sandwich was ok. It was hard to get attention of servers but we did get served We weren't super hungry anyway, so ordered small plates to share Sliders were decent and fresh. Nachos we left virtually untouched. The chips were crispy but cold. And felt like they had purchased it in bulk in bags. Cheese was mildly warm. I just didn't feel up to eating cool cheese. Stopped in for a drink between flights and the service here was so friendly and fast. I liked the ability to pay on the phone, in case I had a flight mishap and had to run out quickly. The food was alright, nothing too crazy and tbh the chicken in my salad was pretty bland but the strawberry sour I had was delicious. It was a very relaxed environment in the midst of airport insanity and I was able to chill and catch a few minutes of a hockey game before hopping back on the plane. Wanted to grab a bite to eat before our connecting flight. Host seated us at a hightop near the window in the sun. We asked to be seated somewhere else and he put us in the middle of the room at a tiny table for 2. It was not crowded and there was no one waiting to be seated, so we moved to a corner table for 4. It was a bit bigger and we could get our carry on bags off the floor. The waitress came over and asked us to move back over to another table for two. I told her why we wanted to stay there and frankly at this point, I found it offensive to even be having this conversation. Again, there were plenty of empty tables, no one waiting to be seated, and what happened to letting the customer sit where they would like? She left, giving us time to look over the menu. Well, we had plenty of time, because she never returned. She was too busy trying to make another couple move from the booth they were sitting in to a table for two. She had even involved another employee to go with her. This couple fist bumped each other, that they stuck to their guns and stayed put. At this point, after witnessing someone else be treated to this weird insistence of moving, we only had 40 min left before our flight, so we got up and walked out. The host thanked us as we left, knowing we were walking out. What horrible customer service. I realize this is an airport restaurant but I travel frequently and this poor level of service was a first for me in any airport. read more

Since the Timberline is closed for remodeling we have come here twice. The first time food and service was mediocre. The second time I ordered the barbacoa burrito. The very first bite I took from the burrito a black hair was being pulled out of the burrito from the bite in my mouth. When I got the servers attention ( Briana) she made a disgusted look and said ewww. She said she would get another one made for me right away. I said I don't think I want another one. She recommended the breakfast sandwich and I said fine. I'll try that. It was not very good very sloppy and cheaply made. But it was hairless on the plus side. But I would have thought I would get an apology or even maybe a comped drink. When we saw the sign here, we were super excited to see what interesting beers they had on draft. Sadly, pretty much everything interesting beer wise on the menu had "tapped out." Food was about what we expected. It's pub food, and nothing stood out as unique or special. PROPS: It's neat that Great Divide Brewery has a location here at the airport. SLOPS: Just okay food. We were seated quickly, but a glass of water and ice had been spilled on the table and not cleaned up, so we had to clean our table. Our hostess threw the menus right into the puddle of water on the table, so they were dripping wet. The food was decent, but way overpriced, and in my opinion misrepresented. I ordered the barbacoa grilled cheese, which was more meat than anything. I couldn't even taste the cheese. My sons ordered a burger, which was $22 and the bottom bun was so soggy you couldn't eat it. Not the best place I've eaten, but definitely not the worst. read more
