Great breakfast burrito in the Denver airport if the line isn't long! I was starving before boarding my flight at a nearby gate, so opted to stop here. It looked like quick counter service, but ended up taking quite a while. I came when they had a pretty big line, and it ended up being 15-20 minutes before I got my order. The team wasn't moving overly fast, and it was clear that others waiting were getting antsy too. Thankfully my order got done just in time for me to board my flight. And WOW, it was worth it! Not only was he very patient with the woman who asked about the spice level of multiple items, he was knowledgeable about the menu when the menu board blacked out for the couple ahead of me, and he made sure my order was expedited so I could make my flight. I was just in time before the breakfast menu ended. I got the plain breakfast burrito with salsa roja. Total with tip was around $18, so pretty standard for airport pricing. It was a good sized burrito full of fluffy scrambled eggs and crispy smashed tots wrapped in a soft flour tortilla. The salsa roja was on the sweeter side with the tiniest hint of spice. They do have hot sauce, but I didn't try it. Overall, it was a decent and filling breakfast. Service was friendly and quick. There's plenty of seating behind the kitchen. There's booths with power outlets along with standalone tables for 2-4 people. So if you're in Terminal C here at Denver Airport during breakfast hours, give them a shot. read more

Ordered the trio of Mojo tacos during a quick layover at the Denver airport, and I was SHOOK at how good these airport tacos were. Coconut braised pork shoulder, fried plantain, pickled red onion... good combination of ingredients: sweet, savory l, and delicious. Also good tortilla. Downside is that the tacos are expensive, and service can be slow. But that's the airport for you. I had to take my tacos to-go and eat them on the plane: the flight attendants were very jealous. So tasty though, no regrets... except that I ate them so fast I forgot to take a picture. read more

With the Michelin Stars coming to CO, I kept hearing people talk about Mister Oso. I kept passing by this spot when it was under construction at the airport and finally got to try it. It's definitely on the pricier side of airport food to eat. So l decided to try this out finally and the tacos were delicious. You get a decent amount of stuffing inside the tacos. Each taco that we ordered was full of flavor. The meat was cooked well and marinated/season nicely. There is a kick of spice to it so if you're not used to spicy, definitely ask the employees which ones are not spicy so it's not a shock. The queso was just alright. I wish I had ordered the guacamole instead. Queso and chips were kinda bland. read more

The tacos had good flavor, but I just couldn't eat them when I saw the garnish employee use his gloved hands to put the lime, cilantro, and onions on top, after he opened a holding warmer and cooler and selected various back up pans, then with the same gloved hands he used his phone to scroll and swipe, then wiped his hands on his apron. Later, the cashier came over to the cooler and used her bare hands to grab the spoon that was inside the guacamole bin and scooped out a side of guacamole, she then touched her hair and put the lid on the side of guac, she put the spoon back in the container and put it back in the cooler. Meanwhile the first guy with the same gloves on, picked up some of the trash in the dining area and I was about to say something to him, had he gone back at adding garnish on the food, but he did take off the gloves that he had on for the entire time. He didn't wash his hands and put on new gloves. He just put on new gloves then went back to garnishing food. I saw so many health and personal hygiene violations in that brief time I was in the space, that I was appalled and disgusted at the employee's lack of concern, awareness or common decency for keeping food safe. Surprised the health department hasn't shut them down. Perhaps the employees don't care because we are just travelers and they will never see us again. Well, I hope the owners see this and make changes at the DIA location. It was scarry to watch and ruined my meal. read more

The slow cooked short rib tacos she got were oily. The oil dripped from them and there was so much that it flowed between the taco holders. The taste was not amazing. Veggie tacos a little better oil-wise but lacked flavor. Chicken tacos were also not great. It's a shame because they had some amazing dishes at debut. Maybe off day? I was not as impressed as some others. Great location and extremely pleasant seating area at the C concourse. Ordered a sparkling water, chips and queso, short rib tacos. With a tip it was just north of $40 yet it didn't feel like a $40 meal. The queso was delicious - very creamy, yet would have loved to see a few peppers in it rather than just the white cheese. The chips are thicker than I prefer, very strong corn flavor. The tacos I could have left - a good amount of meat, very wet and oily, dripping into the container and making tortillas wet. The meat flavor was odd to me and had a strange spice which I did not prefer. I would not purchase again. I was interested to try this new place, yet overall disappointed. read more

The seating is great. The service was nice. My experience with the food wasn't the same as the other review. The tacos came out and I had to look for the meat. It was so little. I got the pork tacos with fried plantain. No plantain in that taco whatsoever. The chips and salsa should be an embarrassment to any establishment. That rojo salsa tasted like it came from a jar of spicy arrabiata pasta sauce. The chips came in two bags. Weird. The price for the food I got was way too much even for airport food. The food was edible and it tasted decent but not for the price paid. I am leaving hungry, looking for another option. read more

I was at the airport location and wanted tacos but cannot have the tortilla. Asked about putting the taco fixings in one of the guacamole containers or a chips container because the taco container is designed to hold the upright tacos. They literally would not serve me the fixings in any other container. They said they had to serve tacos in the taco stand. Even if the other containers cost a tiny bit more, it would be negligible and perhaps less since I was not having the tortillas. Pretty ignorant business decision and certainly not accommodating to a potential customer or even someone with an allergy that can't have the tortilla. Makes absolutely zero sense and the end result is to loose the sale and upset a potential customer who wanted to try their food. Looked good but can't tell you because they wouldn't serve me the protein unless I got it in a tortilla. WTH? this is a separate franchise so don't judge the others by this experience. Gee let me do some math rounding in favor of Mister Oso: "We only make $4.00 on a $20.00 sale at the airport. Let's save 10 cents on that other container and upset a customer. No No No Oso. Make the sale, keep the customer happy, and make $3.90 instead of losing the sale. In reality, the profit was likely much more over a 10 cent container. Hello?
