I had the vegan Del Jardin and the shrimp Camaron tacos. The squid ink tortillas were interesting! I also enjoyed the Hibiscus mocktail; it was delicious and surprisingly not too sweet. Server was friendly and service was pretty quick. Would stop by here again when in the area, but wouldn't come out of my way. Came here for lunch while we waited for our friend to train in from the airport. We were able to get paid street parking on a Thursday around lunch just down the road. They have many different tacos and a couple other entree items. We sat outside on a hot day but we got a table with an umbrella. The table was a little wobbly but okay. I ordered three different tacos the attachera, pollo rostizado and the Tinga. I really enjoyed the first two and thought they were delicious. I didn't love the chipotle-tomato adobo the tinga was in. We also ordered chips and salsa to start for $6. Sad they don't have complimentary chips and salsa. They also didn't bring out any more chips once we were done with our basket. We stopped in after the Rockies game on opening day and was shocked that we were able to get a table. They sat us outside but put us at 2 tables next to each other. We were told we were not allowed to move the chairs because they charge per chair. Kind of odd, but we made it work. Each table order guacamole and the salsa sampler. It was nice bite to soak up some alcohol from day drinking. Then I heard the server mention that it was happy hour and the tacos were on special. So I ordered a chicken tinga taco. It came out loaded.. I could barely fold it, it had some much meat on it. It was tender and seasoned well. I really enjoyed it. The margaritas were delicious too. If you're hitting Machete and you're lucky enough to get Nikowa, just know you're in for a good time. Nikowa took care of us like we were regulars--even though it was our first time at this location. Super friendly, fast with the service, and somehow managed to juggle a packed house while still making sure our table was dialed in the whole night.
