What can I say? This is the best pizza in town. Let's talk about the restrooms. I went out to their restrooms and they're very clean. I washed my hands. I sat and waited for a pepperoni and sausage pizza. They make it like new New York style because the crust is really thin. It's a little expensive but it's worth it because it's the best pizza in Brighton and that's no joke. We got plenty of garlic cheese and those seeds that make your pizza hot spicy. Always the best quality and service! The staff are amazing, and always quick to offer additional items for to go orders (fresh Parmesan, red pepper flakes, plates, utensils, napkins) which goes a long way when you just want a quick and easy dinner! Pizza is always consistent and pastas are great as well! After ordering 2 pizzas and an order of 10 boneless wings I can't believe we spent $87 with tip. I honestly ask my wife if these were a special they were running for $10. Nope, she even had a coupon! We walked in at 11am and the person at the counter greeted us right away, CONFIRMED OUR ORDER (that almost never happens) and was extremely pleasant. The pizza is the best Anthony's I have ever had and I have been to a lot of them. This by far was the absolute most perfect. We asked for easy sauce and crispy. Usually when we ask for that we get medium sauce and extra crispy to well done. This was a PERFECT golden brown the way pizza should be! It should have a crisp crust and easy sauce where you can taste it but it's not falling off the pizza in gobs. I am a HUGE fan of cold pizza and usually with the other Anthonys because the crust was overdone or too much sauce I won't touch it. THE CRUST WAS STILL CRISPY!!!! The ingredients fresh and flavorful! I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of cheese. Maybe less than some people like but I thought it made for the perfect amount. Extremely poor customer service. The pizza we delivered arrived cold and over an hour late. I had asked for the pizza to be half cheese and they made it without cheese on half the pizza. We were so hungry at that point we just put cheese the other half and scraped the toppings off on that side and put it back in the oven. So we made our own pizza basically. The next day i received an email with a survey and i put my information down and requested a call back about the service. No one called back. So we called the store back today and the cashier working said there isnt anything that could be done because they would have needed to see the pizza in person. Which is ridiculous for a delivered pizza that i paid 10$ for delivery, that i would have had to have brought the pizza back to the store, then waited another hour for a pizza. Today I ordered? What is Sicilian slices of pizza 3 slices. I traveled 11 miles each way. When I got home my wife and I started to share it. It is be the worse pizza that we ever had. So I called the store and the person on the other end told me I must drive 22 total miles round trip. All I wanted was a refund and told me I must return it. He said it was company policy. If I could give this place no stars I would. It's 2 hours later my wife and I still have bad taste in our mouth. I will never go back and just lose my business and I hope a lot more. No apology. The only reason I give this place 4 stars and not 5 is because of the cost. I grew up on the east coast and taste wise, there is nothing more comparable to New York or New Jersey pizza. A large pie with extra cheese is as close as it gets to the pizza back east. We would order it every week if the cost wasn't so high. We ordered two pasta dinners and a large Italian salad the first time. It was delicious. The garlic bread was awesome!! The second time we ordered my baked ziti cheese was burnt I couldn't eat it! But We decided to try again yesterday. We ordered two Italian salads with mixed greens and we got romaine lettuce that we had to pick thru to get out the bad parts We also ordered extra garlic bread and all of it tasted burnt. I keep trying to give the benefit of the doubt, but they can't seem to ever get it right. Two weeks ago, we went to eat at the store to be told it was 30 minutes to wait for our food. This became 1 hour and 15 minutes of waiting to finally get our food. The attitude of the counter staff is dismissive at best. This coming from being charged $28-$30 a pie. Today we placed an order for pickup hoping it would reduce wait time. We were advised it would be ready in 30 minutes. I get there 35 minutes after the order was placed only to be advised that it would be another 10-15 minutes. Twenty five minutes later I got my food. I specifically asked if my order was even in the oven , to which I was told it was. I did not believe that for one second even though they already collected my payment for the food. I understand prices have increased in everything, but the service level and attitudes are poor. For what you are charging ,be respectful and appreciative for the business. Your poor customer service and ok food at best is a deterrent going forward and will gladly give my business elsewhere. This will be the very last time eating at this place. For the Brighton location: If you are looking for good gluten free pizza, keep looking. I've been GF for 10 years and have had many GF pizzas. This is the worst crust I've ever had. It has hard and more like a cracker than a dough. The sausage is not the crumbly ground Italian sausage but sliced pieces of a casing sausage. Not tasty. It's also over priced for the 12" that you get. There is poor selection of soft drinks. They didn't have regular Coke or Pepsi nor Dr Pepper, Root Beer nor Lemon-aid. 22 oz fountain drink cost $3. We have tried the location up on 120th and have always had decent pizza from that location, so we decided to see if we would have the same luck here, and we did . They seem to use a better product than your normal pizza chains. We usually pay around $ 25-30 for a Lg pizza with 2 toppings and extra cheese. My wife enjoys the calzones but in my opinion they are a little pricey for what you get. They also do offer table service which on the the weekend seems to be quite popular, as well as take-out. When they are busy expect to pick up your order around 30-45 upon ordering which if you know ahead of time doesn't really present an issue but keep in mind every pizza place is busy on the weekend. But if you want something better than Dominos than go here a little more expensive but worth it. read more

I was in the car with my friend and this happened: I placed an order through Uber Eats for a scheduled pick up. I called to confirm pick up time as I was given a window of 4:45-5:15p. I called to confirm pick up time and was told they had no order for me. I asked if I could provide an order number at which point the girl on the phone starts reading me off all the orders she has. I explain my name is Angelique and I have an order number, can I please speak to a manager. The girl on the phone says I am the Manager and I said really I am surprised as you are being quite rude, to which she replied "thank you for the compliment". I was in the car with friends and family so we we were all shocked by her response. I happily reached out to Uber Eats to cancel my order which by the way was $75 for two two topping 18" pizzas. I am brand manager and understand the importance of great customer service and brand experience. Not what I would expect from the Anthony's Franchise Brand. Looks like we will be searching for a new favorite pizza joint. read more

Over an hour later I called and asked if maybe the diver got lost or something. She said the driver left 15 mins ago with our order. Great little spot we found while driving around for something to eat. Apparently not many restaurants are opened on Mondays in this area, so that is what led us all the way to Anthony's. We ordered an 18" Neapolitan, with white sauce, fresh veggies, and a couple of kid servings of pasta. The kids, scarfed up their pasta immediately. The 18" pizza we ordered was much LARGER than 18", and come to find out from their website when you dine in you receive a 24" pie instead as thank you for eating there. I only wish we had known, since we would have then ordered the 12" (Dine in is actually 22"), since we were heading to the Airport and weren't in need of left overs. Other than that, the pizza pie was amazing. If I lived around this area, I would definitely make this my go to place. We might have to sneak by on our way to the airport next time, just so we can try something different. read more

Brighton location We called in our order for delivery this evening and our pizza was delivered incorrectly. We did make a special request to have sliced sausage instead of sausage crumbles on our pizza which they don't typically do they said but said they would accomodate. When our pizza was delivered with sausage crumbles we called and asked to talk to the manager. We were told the GM was too busy and would not talk to us for us to call back tomorrow. I told them I wanted to speak to him now please. When Simon came to the phone he was aloof and did not seem to care about my concern. I told him we should have been called if they could not accomodate and we would have adjusted our order. He would not deliver us a new pizza but said he'd put me on a list for a free pizza. I said that's fine but I want his first and last name so when I call for my free pizza I know who put my name on the list when speaking to person taking order. Simon refused to give me his last name then told me I was on a NEW list. The list he said he was putting me on is that I am banned from ordering pizza there. My family and I love Anthony's Pizza and eat in store at different locations at least 3-4 times per month as a family and with our sports teams and order delivery from them once in awhile also. I am saddened to write a poor review, not something I typically do. However, in this case, I feel it is necessary. I have ordered from Anthony's many times over the years and have enjoyed their pizza. We live 30 minutes East and had a group of friends over for a project and decided to order pizza from Anthony's. One of our friends agreed to pick it up since he lives close to Anthony's. I ordered two large pizzas, one with pepperoni and the other with chicken, green chilis and red onion. I was shocked when the total was $62.93 and would probably not have completed the order if it wasn't that we had already told everyone what to expect for dinner and had another friend prepared to pick it up. That really wasn't the worst of it. Once the pizzas got to the house, opened them up to find minimal and I mean MINIMAL toppings. We can't even say for sure that the chicken was even on the pizza though someone said they think they had a piece of chicken. The onion was about a slice of onion scattered and a couple dollops of green chili. For the pepperoni pizza, let's just call it a cheese pizza with pepperoni here and there. The next day, we called to speak with a manager about our disappointment. Normally, we'd just pass it off as a bad night and order another time. But, with the extraordinary price and lack of toppings, we just couldn't let this one go by. Manager was friendly enough and I was thankful for that but after explaining our experience, she said she had to speak with another manager and put us on hold. She came back to say that she discussed with the owner who was there and the owner said that the night we ordered, their "head chef" was making the pizzas and therefore it was unlikely we had received subpar pizzas. The best they could do is credit us three toppings on our next order. This wasn't satisfactory to us and we asked for a better alternative such as a replacement pizza. She said only the owner could authorize and she'd go ask him. After another hold, she came back to say the owner was not going to do anything more for us. We politely told her, they'd lose our business entirely without acceptable compensation. She stated there was nothing more she could do but that had we returned the pizzas the night we ordered them, then they would have replaced those pizzas. I told her how far away we lived from them and the circumstances didn't warrant us from returning to get new pizzas. We ended letting her know that she has our phone number and if they can make it right, we'd be happy to discuss further. We also stated we'd be writing this very review.
