I just went to this place i had called in ahead for a large Hawaiian pizza with half pepperoni extra crispy and they guy on the phone even read the order back to me and i live 20 minutes away he told me it would be a 30 minute wait i left my house late so the pizza would be ready by the time i got there, once I got there i went inside to pay and get my food and once i payed they told me it would still be 5-8 more minutes so i just payed and went back to my car once i came back inside another person was at the front he was going to charge me twice before i had told him i had already paid so he gave me my pizza and i left without checking once i got to my car it was not what i ordered AT ALL it doesn't even look appealing to eat read more

Been ordering from this location for years. With all the pizza joints in town, this one is consistently the best around. They care about their product, which unfortunately is a rarity nowadays. Nice to know it's locally owned and operated. Best chain pizza and best pizza in town. You can't go wrong. Customer service is by far above and beyond. We usually get the double up large combo, which feeds our family of 5 and then some. Can't beat the prices especially for the product they pump out here. read more

Very nasty. Wouldn't recommend this place. Love support small businesses, but this place was a huge waste of time and money for my family if you're looking for good food please look elsewhere. Very disrespectful management read more

The food was amazing best Pizza I've had in awhile! The service was great very nice and polite! The restaurant was clean and well taken care of! I highly recommend this place! read more

I ordered two pizzas on Friday, November 15. I called the restaurant directly, not online. The gentleman told me it would be an hour for our pizzas. No, big deal, its Friday. After about an hour and twenty minutes I tried to call Blackjack to find out if my pizzas were coming. (I had a hungry four year old). The message from them was that they were closed. I checked on their website, it also said they were closed. Nobody called us to let us know that our pizzas were not coming. At 8:15 pm, two hours and fifteen minutes after I had ordered pizza, the delivery driver shows up. I turned him away. We had already had dinner. I was just sad that nobody called to let us know. I did complete the contact me page on their website but they have not contacted me either. Very disappointing. We like this store and we don't have a lot of options in Brighton. Now we have one less. read more

Great service and polite. Followed up twice on my order status between the young man at the counter to the gentleman I assume is the manger. Pizza was made perfect. First time having that kind of a feel with blackjack. Good enough I wrote a review. Well done. read more

Small pick-up only pizza chain, but they put out a great pizza. I had the deep dish and it was hot, super tasty, lots of toppings and cheese. The crust is crunchy and honestly my favorite part. No tables, no ambiance, good prices. read more

Bad salad it was slimy and gross! 7 dollars so I need to write another review! I think they must not sell a lot of salads so my salad tonight wasn't edible! I got the chicken Cesar salad. Then the manager replied and called me a liar that they made the salad today ( I guess I needed to take another picture!) Next time I will! So I dropped a star for calling me a liar why the F would I lie? I used to be a cook at a restaurant maybe I should apply for her job! read more

Blackjack Pizza - Yeah one of those deals I feel bad because it's usually so good but our driver seemed spaced out - Pizza Near Me - Brighton, Colorado

Fantastic, fresh ingredients with fresh made pizza dough in house along with really good deal on FAMILY SIZED ranch dressing they make in the store (not pre-packaged garbage from hidden valley) to dip your pizza in. If you haven't, try the pan pizza dough as it is the best! Just had a dominos pan pizza and it doesn't compare. Also, the delivery drivers are great, too! Favorite pizza is a pan pizza with pepperoni, bacon, jalapeño and cream cheese! So good! read more

I need to update to a full 5 star. This Black Jack in Brighton is amazing. My pizzas tonight were perfect! Loaded with ingredients. Crusts were exactly as asked for. Thanks for great pizzas Terri read more

I usually don't complain- but because the manager tried to tell me this pizza wasn't burnt and only a little brown around the edges after I sent him this photo here I am- we waited an hour and 20 minutes paid $60 for two burnt pizzas, cheese bread and cinnamon sticks. Edward general manager of black Jack refused to give me a full refund because my kids ate 3 slices off it (because they were hungry and tore the burnt off ). Disgusting I don't care if we are in a pandemic still take a little pride in what you serve people. I still even tipped the driver because I know they are short and it's not her fault our food was burnt. read more

This used to be my goto pizza place, loved it! Now it's on my No Call List! I placed an order, and it gives you a time (minutes) your order will be delivered. After 30m passed the approx delivery time, I called and the gentleman on the phone said it should be there soon. Another 30m goes by, and I call... same deal, should be there soon. Another 30m goes by, so I pick up the phone and call... as I'm on the phone, the driver pulls up. I tell the driver to go ahead and get back in his car, I'm not accepting the pizza. I tell the gentleman on the phone I wan a refund. I don't deal with liars, minutes are exactly that, minutes... not 15m, 30m or an hour! He has to get a manager's approval... I get my money back. No more Blackjack pizza in my house! read more

It was done very well and they were very helpful. I will always be using them besides I like the ice cream

I would have to say my favorite pizza spot. The only complaint is that you cannot order from the app from where I live, I have to call in instead so I can't use my reward points. Growing up, Black Jack use to have prices in between Pizza Hut and Little Caesars and now they are one of the most expensive ones out there but the quality speaks for itself. read more

My go to for fast pizza in Denver. Always good prices and a hearty pizza. Hopefully they won't change as many of the fast pizza joints are changing for the worse. read more

Best pizza I've had in a long time. I always get The Good Deal pizza. It has my favorite toppings: pepperoni, Italian sausage, red onion, green peppers and mushrooms. I won't get pizza anywhere else. Blackjack Pizza is the best. I always have it delivered to my house, their drivers are always on time and are polite and friendly. read more

$20 bucks for a Supreme? Crazy. The pizza is good but still...there is only so much I will pay.

Blackjack Pizza is our favorite local pizza spot since we moved to Lochbuie last year and they are one of the few that will deliver to us. Our usual order at least once a month is a large pizza with wings and neither are ever disappointing! We have had both bone in and boneless wings and enjoy each. We like our bone in wings cooked well done and they always come out perfect! Their spicy ranch is a must! All the employees we have encountered have been very friendly too. We just tried their Santa Fe pizza tonight and it might be our new favorite. If you love pizza and wings, you can't go wrong with Blackjack Pizza! read more

Best pizza I've had in a long time! The toppings were fresh and plentiful, the pizza was hot when it was delivered to me, I didn't like the fact that the pizza guy had my pizza in his trunk, but I guess if you work with food all day you definitely don't want to drive home with the smell unwillingly. Besides that part, I drive chemical trucks for the oilfield so whenever I'm in the area I will be back! read more

Great smaller chain of Pizza places. Every BlackJack Ive orders has been a great tasty experience.

This place has pretty good pizza and when you land a great coupon it's even better. I love to get a chicken and ham pizza with white sauce (garlic and olive oil). The garlic has great flavor and the cheese is tasty. If you get a pizza with the white sauce get it on thin crust, it doesn't absorb as much of it. I would have given this location four stars if it wasn't for the rude customer service I always get on the phone. The delivery people are nice enough, but the guy I always seem to get on the phone is consistently rude. At least he's consistent? After I got off of being on hold this is literally how my conversation went: Guy with bored voice: "Phone number." "What do you want?" "That it?" "Delivery?" "Total is $18.46, 45 minutes." He was so incredibly rude that I didn't even want to tell him I had a $3 off coupon. This place would be a lot better off if the customer service was better. Then I probably wouldn't dread calling them. read more

Danggggggggg!!!! We ordered pizza for delivery and it was so good! The bearded gentleman who showed up at our door was so awesome and so nice. And the pizza was to die for! Blackjack isn't something that I normally would've thought would be super yummy and kickass pizza but they throw down and it's reasonably priced! We love it! read more

Wife ordered pizza last night and assumed it was from Forgetabouts in Brighton who makes really good pizza. I sat down and while eating said this place makes the best pizza! When I went to the box for seconds I was shocked to see it was from Blackjacks. Not that I've ever had a bad one from BJ, by my assumption was they had gone the way of skimping on ingredients like Dominoes in the quest for profit. WRONG! It was awesome! Thanks BJ, keep making good pizza and I'll keep buying. Don't go the way of Dominoes that makes bread disks with sauce from an aerosol can, and a paper thin layer of cheese. That pizza last night was awesome!! read more

Solid pizza place that delivers to local hotels. I'm vegetarian so this review doesn't cover anything meat related. Guy who took my order was careful to repeat my order back twice. Recommended traditional crust which was good. I ordered a medium pizza with onions, bell peppers and garlic. I also ordered a side ceaser salad with no chicken. More then enough food for one person. Delivery time was 45 minutes as I was told when I placed my order so that was cool. Guy who delivered was friendly. Two very minor issues that made me give them a 4. 1. I ordered a ceaser salad with ceaser dressing. I was given ranch. 2. Asked for crushed red pepper packets and didn't get any. Overall I would certainly order from Black Jacks again. Give them a shot, food was very good as was the service. read more

First time visit. Generous topping portion. They had a special for 1 large two topping pizza and boneless wings for 15.99$ before tax. The boneless wings were just barely okay. I didn't eat but one bite but hubby seemed to like them fine. He finished them all. Our pizza had generous topping portion and good amount of sauce without being soggy. I liked that they were able to meet my request for a thin crust. The crust itself is just fine. All in all, not the best pizza I've ever had but I enjoyed it, it's local, and it's fast. Oh, the girl who took out order over the phone seemed pleasant and not grumpy, always a plus. read more

Ordered a pizza to our hotel as we are here for work, was maybe best thin crust delivery I've had in a good while. Nice job, guys. Crispy pizza with proper ratios of sauce, cheese, banana peppers, and mushrooms. Two thumbs up, fine holiday fun. read more

We used to love Blackjack pizza and ordered it at least once a week. Then the prices went through the roof and the quality of the pizzas went through the floor. Too expensive and cheaply made pizza with skimpy ingredients. We have quit ordering from here and now are enjoying pizzas from Domino's. They are less expensive better quality and they do not skimp on the toppings read more

This has got to be the best pizza in this area. We ordered a pan pizza (they're square!) with everything on it. It was only a small and we couldn't even finish it, the toppings were so generous! Have also had the hand tossed and thin crusts, but pan pizza is our favorite. Their salads are AMAZING, especially the South West salad and the Meditarranean, and we love the fact that they deliver ice-cream! Employees are super friendly and delivery is fast. Pizzas are always hot and salads and ice-cream are cold. All around, the best deal in town! read more

Tonight I called Blackjack on E. Bridge to order a pizza and wings, and spoke with an insider named Brendan. Unfortunately I was short with him, simply because of accidentally being disconnected after holding. He was completely professional, thorough, and pleasant. My pizza and wings arrived in less than 30 minutes from a very fast and accurate delivery driver, and were spectacularly delicious. Although I had been a jerk, this insider was completely gracious and mature and then my order was fast and perfect. There is no better combination when it comes to a pizzeria. I ought to know, I was a driver, an insider, and managed that store at one time. Thanks Brendan. Thanks Blackjack. Because of the top notch service and food I received I called to personally apologize for my attitude. Blackjack is lucky to have insiders like Brendan and the food is absolutely on point. read more

Just ordered a traditional good deal with extra cheese! This has got to be one of the best pizzas we have ever had! In addition, the pizza arrived sooner than anticipated hot and fresh! This is the first time I have ordered from Blackjack online. I accidentally ordered green olives on my pizza which we can't eat. As soon as I got my email to confirm my order I noticed my mistake and called them right away. I talked to the manger to tell him of the mistake and he said there is nothing he could do. This will be the 1 st and last time I will order from them. So much for Customerservice!! read more

I ordered a 3 topping pizza, an order of wings and a salad. All six people who ate from our order had stomach distress and sickness. We had an extremely poor experience with this black jack. First, we placed our order online. The total was roughly around $70. The delivery was estimated for about 45 minutes to an hour. An hour passes, no pizza. 75 minutes, no pizza. 90 minutes, no pizza. Finally we decide to call Blackjack to see what's up.... "Oh our system is acting up so it's showing you wanted the pizza at 11 am this morning"... How we could be ordering pizza back in time is beyond me, so I ask how long it's going to be... "Oh, you still want it?" Well yes! We already paid! Of course we want it. Who knows what would have happened if we didn't call. I'm fairly certain they would have just taken our money and never delivered anything. Second, once the food was finally delivered, it was barely warm and had an overall bland taste. I was extremely disappointed with the entire experience. I could have gone to the store and made a better frozen pizza in much less time and for much less money. read more

Fast, fairly tasty (but greasy), pretty consistent quality and selection, meh service. Wha'd'y want? It's a pizza joint.
