These managers are assholes. I've waited almost two hours for one pepperoni pizza. I've called and been harassed for asking what's taking so long. The driver was an asshole, the pizza was cold, and not even worth a dollar. I'd recommend ordering from ANYWHERE else. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

This is NOT the papa johns of old - they are now the most expensive pizza place around, and definitely has poor toppings. We ordered double everything - some toppings were not even on the pizza. Ordered extra sauce on the pizza - did not get that either. We will definitely not be ordering from here again - Totinos is better...and way cheaper. read more

This Papa John's managed to give my entire family food poisoning, and that's not an exaggeration. The pizza tasted off--like something was straight-up wrong with it--but we stupidly ate it anyway. Huge mistake. Hours later, everyone was sick. And let's talk about the prices, because apparently food poisoning isn't cheap. $72 for five pizzas and $30 for 16 wings... for food that tasted weird and made us ill. At those prices, I expected edible food, not a biology experiment This isn't "bad service," this is unsafe food. If you can't store, prepare, or cook ingredients properly, you shouldn't be open. I don't know what was going on in that kitchen, but it was nasty, careless, and unacceptable. We will never eat here again, read more

So ordered 15 pizzas for Saturday called the store and let them know. Let them know when the party time was at told them I couldn't have them delivered early because it was in a park and I didn't want the pizza cold and the manager said OK so what happens they get delivered very early and very cold already so when I call the store I get attitude so I called customer service. They have the store call me five times and give me a hard time about calling them. First they offer. I will give you a free pizzas. No, I don't wanna go back to Papa John's well we're not giving you a refund. I said well can you have the district manager call me no that isn't gonna happen so it's very frustrating. Call back to customer service and they give you an attitude about having a district manager call you. I'm not sure I wanna give business to a company that acts like this cause I order a lot of pizzas all the time. And I'm not sure who was calling me. It seemed like a regular employee because he kept on saying well. The manager said well the manager said we'll have the manager call me that would be great. read more

Was quite bummed this evening when we got our delicious pizza home and it was not cut at all whatsoever. I mean yes we can cut it but it so much easier and better when we can set the box on the table let the full family table take whatever slice they want and start to grub. If the employees see this please double check orders before you send them out. Thank you from a very loyal customer! read more

Papa Johns Pizza - a pizza in a pizza box - Pizza Near Me - Brighton, Colorado

I really like Papá Johns and this store normally has good pizza. I hate boycotts, however, Papá Johns is still doing business with Russia. That is a problem for me. read more

Burned chicken wings, no meat on on the pizza. Good web site, great delivery. Who decides the burned wings are a go, as well as the meat pizza with little to no meat per slice? It was a Wednesday night, no brainers, do another order of wings, make sure the pizza is something......some one setting the bar low enough will have the appetite for. read more

Don't order from this store if you actually want to eat. Our pizza took 2 hours to get to our house, and had been out of the oven for more than an hour before it was delivered. (Thanks to their online order tracker). The pizza was cold, and old when it got here. Kinda like it had been sitting in a box for an hour. The manager we talked to offered no resolution and was rude to my wife. Way too many other pizza places in Brighton to ever order from this outfit again. read more

Ordered at 5:11 PM via their app. The app said 35-47 minutes. Food finally arrived at 6:45 PM, cold and old looking. I should have read the reviews before ordering...1/5 would not recommend. read more

We ordered our pizza at 5:00pm, and got a text saying they're busy so expect delays. Which I understand. What I don't understand is that after a two hour delay the pizza that was delivered was cold. The driver didn't even bother knocking either, luckily I have a doorbell camera so it didn't get even colder than it originally was. Tried to call to see if they could make it right someway but I was put on hold right away, and they never answered. read more

We ordered two medium pizzas from this location. The pizza was awful! Whoever is in charge of quality control dropped the ball! Pizza barely had any toppings. We ordered with onions and sausage and couldn't even find but one little onion strip! Sausage was barely there. Crust was over cooked also. My neighborhood squirrels even turned up their noses! We won't be ordering from papa johns again! read more

I ordered a pizza from this PJ franchise recently and it was cold when delivered, additionally not made according to my online order. Unfortunately today, only out of lack of other choices, I tried it again. Calling, immediately, to double check my online order, the square cut I ordered was not on their instructions and, although the woman told me it was now in the oven, (although I called within 30 seconds after I ordered it) and there was no way they could now change the order, as it did not show the square cut instruction. Do not order from here! read more

Pizza was two hours late and when I called the manager said we only have two drivers tonight. But when you look at the receipt it said the pizza left the restaurant at 7:59 and it was brought to my house till 8:41. Nothing in Brighton takes 40 minutes to drive to. Completely ridiculous. read more

Pizza is really good!!!! Plus that big guy at the front, Nate I think his name was I don't know for sure, was really helpful!!! He was also pretty cool!!! Glad I chose BETTER INGREDIENTS, BETTER PIZZA!!! And glad I chose NATE to order with!!!! FIVE STARS, and a THUMBS up !!!! read more

The place is a joke. I earn a free pizza and it's burnt! I go in and I am over charged....I call and ask to speak to a manager and I am put on hold for 12 minutes then hung up on, call back... and then immediately disconnected?!! read more

Great staff at this location. They are always willing to help even when I make a mistake while using the app. The drivers are friendly and service is usually prompt. read more

I live kind of out in the country and they always get here promptly. Never had any probably and I consider a bit of a stickler.

Management is bad. Every time I go in it always seems as if there's no one ordering and I can tell why. All the employees look so sad and moppy I only suspect that it is because of the management. I can't imagine these poor workers even enjoying something as fun as making a pizza. Most employees I see in the store are always 2 and I never see any delivery drivers on the street. Since the shift in ownership Papa Johns has definitely gone down. read more

I feel sickened and I have never eaten food from Papa John's. To be curt, I don't think that I ever will. Especially after my latest encounter with a delivery driver from this store on the road. If the quality of their product matches the quality of their delivery drivers' driving, then I would not go near one of their pizzas with a ten foot pole. I am more than displeased with the terrible service that I experienced from this establishment and I am not even a customer! Their driving was arrogant, absolutely uncalled for and overall unsafe. Which is not how I like to see companies being represented. I have very little respect for this particular location and I will refuse to spend my money at any Papa John's restaurant. read more

This Papa Johns always gets my order right. They have very friendly staff and the pizza is always fresh. I appreciate how courteous and consistent they are. read more

I never write reviews, but I have to say, I absolutely love this location. Everyone is so nice and polite there. So rare these days!! We probably order once a week and our pizza arrives to our door hot and fresh every time. Delivery drivers are really cool too!! We just moved to the area and we never like Papa John's until now. Please keep up the good work!!! read more

I just got pizza and wings. The buffalo wings literally had no sauce on them. They said that two medium pizzas with two toppings was 13 dollars and my bill was roughly 45 .00 dollars. I won't order from them ever again and will advise my friends as well. read more

Great, fast and friendly! We live in Lochbuie and the pizza is always hot when we get it. Would recommend over any other pizza place in The Brighton area. read more

I've only gone to this Papa John's a few times, but every time I've gone here- my order is wrong. I called about it once, but after that I feel like it's not worth the hassle. Especially after working 10 hours & you just want to pick up a pizza & relax. Everyone I have dealt with is nice though :-) read more
