And that's saying alot considering I was a team lead for over 2 years and taught 3 managers... at chick-fil-a.. There's no reason your entire lobby is full and you have two people standing around placing stickers on bags with one person on register. Your entire drive thru is sitting in red, and even when I get my food my fries are usually cold because they sit there with open air hitting them for five minutes while you keep a car at the window. I know the drive thru is too close to the road on window side and doesn't meet code if you expand, but idk how that is any worse than cars being out of the parking lot and onto two different streets and blocking twi separate intersections... Get someone to approve it as the consequence to not fix it is just as bad if not worse. For the people who have worked here since before the reopen- you are epic. Operator/manager issue. read more

This will be my last time at chick fil a. The quality and customer service has fallen off. Soggy wilted lettuce and rotten fries. 35 minute wait in the drive through at 4pm. Credit card machine is broken. Get to the window and food isn't ready so I drive forward and park in the parking to wait longer. No more antibiotic free chicken. I order the same meal every time. I have never in my 41 years of life left a Yelp review. This is a big shout out to the elderly employee, Sandy. She stopped by our table multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed, our food was to our satisfaction, and our kids understood they could get ice cream if they wanted. She was so warm and friendly. In all my years, I don't think I have ever encountered a restaurant employee who was as friendly and hospitable. Just meh. I had never had a bad chick-fil-a experience until a few months ago. Placed a mobile order on my app and was given the completely wrong order... twice. Didn't realize the sandwiches were wrong too until we got home. Tried calling (because u can't make a complaint on the app) no answer. Tried twice the next day. Was told they would put a credit in my app- cool, no problem. Didn't happen. Week later called again, they apologized and again told me it would be fixed. Another week still nothing. So after about 3 weeks I went in and after asking to speak to a manager and waiting almost 35 mins to speak to one, she told me she couldn't help me but took down the info and told me it would be handled. Surprise, it wasn't. Called again, spoke to someone- nothing. FINALLY 2 months later on a whim, I called and got ahold of someone. They finally fixed it. Ok, frustrating but come on- its dang good chicken. Since then, I've placed 3 mobile orders and picked up, everyone has been wrong or missing something. We ordered combos and they ask at the speaker what drinks and then when we got to the window they ran our card then when we asked where our drinks were they told us we didn't get drinks and tried to ring us up again. But this Chick-fil-A has good food and polite, cheerful, efficient service. The biggest problem with this location is its popularity. It doesn't even help to order ahead through the Chick-Fil-A App. The Curbside Pickup Method is an absolute joke here and they don't bring out orders until 10 mins later!! When you call to ask for ETA, they are very apologetic, which I appreciate, however no feeling of being taken care of. My other chick-fil-a seized 6 menu options, so this is the only other location that offers the menu in full. The drive through lines are horrendous and even causing a traffic jam turning in to the shopping center there, because of how busy it is!! Note to self, keep driving, turn right into the lonely, empty Mcdonald's next door and drive to an empty spot and order Curbside service. The Brighton location was my go-to spot for a great salad. Have purchased the Market Salad for over a year. It was my favorite. Last purchase of a Market Salad was disappointing. The presentation was no longer attractive and the chicken was now shredded into little pieces instead of small slices and chunks. Two of us found our Market Salads unappetizing and threw them out. Chick-fil-A Brighton, CO : Had dinner here with Hubs this evening, Wednesday May 27th 2009 after running all the errands we need to in this part of the neighborhood. For Hubs, it has been like 20 years ago he step inside a Chick-fil-A fast food restaurant. Hubs ordered the Chick-fil-A Chargrilled Club Sandwich set meal while I have the Chicken nuggets set meal. I like the Chicken Nuggets and the Polynesian sauce I requested. The downside about the set meal, I get was the Waffle Potato Fries. Its not as crispy as the way I want it to be. Oh well... While we were there at 1830hrs, the place is pretty quiet, empty though there are several other patrons eating in the restaurant. For this we like it, to eat in peace not rushed as compared to other fast food restaurants we go to. I would definitely return when I am in this neighborhood, to try other fast food from the menu.
