I tried their New Yorker sandwich and it was gigantic! Not only was it gigantic, but it was gigantic in flavor as well. Everything tasted fresh and of high quality. I was greeted immediately upon entering the building. The staff were kind and attentive. The only thing I did notice was that there was tables that were empty and not wiped down, but other than that there is a massive menu with many great selections and it is conveniently located near all of our favorite stores like Target, Dicks, Kohls, Michael's etc. read more

Way too expensive. me and my friend went here. we ordered four sandwiches, two for us and and 2 for my mom and her mom and it was 83 dollars. it was $70, we got three drinks so it was $73, and then they forced us to tip $10 so the total was $83, way too expensive and are sandwiches didn't come for like 10 minutes after they were ready so they were soggy. The place was surprisingly clean though the tables were very dirty and the lights were going out. The food was pretty good so I'll give them a couple stars for that but that's basically it. Not a very good experience. if you're willing to pay $83 on a couple sandwiches then go ahead but I do not recommend. read more

I come here on ocassion, I get the egg salad samdwich. It is great, I love it on the marble rye bread, thee best. But they give you the smallest bag of chips for a $14.00 sandwich. i opened it and there was seriously 11 chips. Thats like a bag you give your toddler. read more

I know there are some negative reviews. But I didn't experience anything similar to that. Price is fine for the portion Service was pretty quick I had the pastrami and egg salad sandwich was unique and tasty And there is outdoor seating so I could eat and hang out with my dog. read more

This place needs a good cleaning!!! Food is okay, I'd probably come here more if it was cleaner.

I haven't been to a Heidi's in years and I was so excited when I found out there was still a location in Brighton. The food is just as good as I remembered. I got the Country Egg Salad on Sourdough and added Cheddar cheese. It's a good size sandwich and it was very filling. The egg salad was plentiful and well seasoned. The side of coleslaw was fresh and had just the right amount of dressing and the pickle was cold and garlicky which is my favorite way to have pickles. I also got a Blueberry Hand Pie which I've never had from Heidi's before and it was absolutely delicious. The crust on the hand pie was flaky and buttery and the blueberry filling was not too sweet and appeared to be homemade with fresh blueberries which was a nice touch. I'm a big fan of their fresh ingredients and large portions. The service was alright and although it took a few minutes for the staff to realize I was there (it wasn't very busy when I stopped by around 2pm on a Sunday), the two women working behind the counter were very friendly and I got my food very quickly. The ambiance was alright but most of the tables were dirty with crumbs and other spilled food so I had to wipe down my table and chair before sitting down. Also the prices were a bit high and I paid almost $19 for one sandwich and the hand pie -- no drink or chips. I really hope to be back to this location sometime soon and I hope they don't close this location like they did to the one in Parker. read more

Ants under the tables, dirty and sticky table tops, taking 30 minutes to make a sandwich, out of sandwich ingredients, and the highest prices in all of Brighton including sit down restaurants. Lady at Heidi's tried to kill me. Went into Heidi's today for a sandwich. Asked for lettuce and tomato on my sandwich, then informed her that I have a severe cucumber allergy and asked her to nit use any utensils that have touched cucumber. Got home and my sandwich had lettuce and cucumber on it; no tomato. Thankfully one of the cucumber slices was sticking out of the side of the sandwich so I didn't have to bite into to find out. I have an Epi pen at home, but with a heart condition I'd be choosing between anaphylaxis or a heart attack. Went back and the kid that was there was really apologetic. Either Heidi's needs to do better training with their employees about food allergies or the lady who made my first sandwich should not be working in the food industry. read more

First thing I had to question where I should go to place my order. 3 employees were standing in front of me and never acknowledged that I was there. The restaurant was filthy, dirty tables. Out of ice tea, lemonades and other fountain drinks. No problem charging $4 for a drink but not telling you that 1/2 the drinks are out. Then try to check out and you can't get past the pay screen unless you offer a min of 18% tip. Go anywhere else there are two other sandwich shops across the street. Not to mention it was $28. For 1 wrap a drink and a cookie. read more

I really liked the turkey sandwich, and my first time in the young man behind counter was so helpful and friendly. The second time the sandwich was really good and the girl behind counter ok. Yesterday the sandwich was good, the salad was not a $9 salad. I even had to ask for the slice of bread that comes with the salad. The one girl even asked the other girl if it was enough lettuce in container. Not at all welcomed in and kind of expect a nicer service for the price. It's not a quick run around the corner to come here so I was disappointed. Side note , Was surprised to see the only non sugar option was sweet and low packets. read more

Two people working, long line waited 35min for 2 sandwiches and one of them was suppose to be a hot sandwhich and it wasn't even warm...

Not the best. I'm not sure what kind of deli thinks constraint is sliced bread, their sour dough defiantly wasn't sourdough and they had no other rolls. Ordering 1($ sandwiches for slides bread and meat was a rip off. Get much more filling sandwiches with the works at any other deli shop near by and get your moneys worth Oh and chips are a tiny mini snack size potato chip lays bag with like 3 chips in it but they don't tel you the other flavors are an $1.50 up charge Terrible communication and hidden costs with a small sandwich for such a high cost read more

Although the employee's were very pleasant, the sandwiches were a BIG disappointment. The meats didn't even cover the bread and were mounded up in the middle to make the sandwich appear larger than it actually was. The ration of meats to bread was very disappointing. The sandwiches are NOTHING like a "New York" deli!! Save your $ and go somewhere else. (Respectfully) read more

The pickle was great. We ordered a Reuben, a Hot Corned Beef and a French Dip. The bread was dry on all three sandwiches, like it was days old. Ordered two Ruben sandwiches. One, without cheese, due to lactose intolerance food allergy. Received two sandwiches with melted cheese. It took an extended period of time to have the sandwiches prepared. As a result, the sandwiches were not deconstructed onsite to verify that cheese wasn't present on one sandwich. Therefore, after arriving home, I have a sandwich saturated in melted cheese for a person with lactose intolerance. The receipt was crumbled up and tossed in the trash by the cashier, not sure why that process is followed? Regardless, I paid for a sandwich that is uneatable. The cashier should spend more time listening to customer's needs and less time scolding us on the small, medium, large differences on a Ruben with pastrami (instead of corned beef) and stop throwing away the customer's receipt, actually give the receipt to the customer. Finally, no cheese means don't put cheese on the sandwich. read more

WE went last night and while I know it was close to 7:00 I still expect the food to be hot if it is a hot sandwich. We both ordered the ruben and it was basically cold. The cheese had been heated as it was melted but then had congealed. the meat was cold. Very disappointing. The potato salad had really no flavor and was a little dry. The staff were very nice but disappointed in the food. read more

We lived nearby for 6 years until we moved away last year. Today we were passing through and stopped again and it has went to crap. There were 3 employees, a hefty young man in a cap, a blue eyed girl with red hair, and a smaller kid I think they called him David. The place was dirty and had 1 table eating and two couples ordering. We waited our turn to order and eventually the cap guy asked the girl where David was at? She said he's in the back. Cap guy hollered at David to come out and help. David yelled back "No!". So eventually the girl finished with the other orders then took our order and started making our food. David wandered out of the back texting on his phone. He did a few minor tasks in between texts, alternating between handling his phone and kitchen items. We got our food and tried to find a clean table but they were all dirty. So we sat at the cleanest dirty table and ate and watched David goof off. He went and sat down at a dirty table and swept the food crumbs off onto the floor with his bare hands but didn't clean it with a rag or cleaner. I hope he isn't allowed to handle food with those hands. Then sat there and texted some more. The other two workers stayed hooked up and kept working in spite of this idiot dragging down the team. Someone please save this place, because we really like it and are sad to see it failing like this. It won't be there in two months at this rate.... read more

Walked, 3 individuals standing there would rather make faces to each other than acknowledge I was there. Once I ordered, it was complete rudeness going forward. Not to the mention the price things. $10 extra for bags of chips on top of the $50 I spent for 3 sandwiches. I would highly suggest you teach your employees customers service and overall manners if they plan to continue working in the restaurant industry. read more

Pretty cool place. Located in a newer part of Brighton. A little concerned before I order. Worker dude has a lot of hair and is not wearing a hat or any hair restraining device. I am hoping and praying for no hair in my food. That really grossed me out. Ok. So I decide to give it a try. Why? I gotta hit the road and not a lot of options between where I am and where I am going. Everything was great. Will go back but will say something about the lack hair restraint if that's a repeat. read more

Just wasted my money. Ordered a delivery. Paid $35 for a sandwich (delivery fees included), that I could not eat. Menu said sandwich came with mustard on it. No mustard was on it but mayo. I have special instructions not to put cheese on my sandwich. Better believe it was melted in gobs. Also chose the gluten free bread option. Given that the rest of the order was wrong, I didn't try the bread. Didn't trust their sandwich maker to put forth effort in paying attention to details. I took apart the sandwich to try a tomato. Mushy and gross. Not good or fresh, Not giving this place a second chance. read more

Overpriced, a little bit run down. And the food is just average. But Brighton lacks sub shops.

I've been in Brighton 15 years and never tried this place. The sandwiches were just ok. With a name like Heidi's you would think they would do a great Ruben sandwich, you would be wrong. It was thin, bread was not toasted, not enough kraut. The soup was $5 for a tiny cup and it tasted like it had heated for several days. I don't anticipate going back. If you want a real Ruben, got to Jason's Deli. I got a side of coleslaw and it was in a small ramekin like you would get a tiny side of ketchup or dressing, why even bother offering that as a "side"?!! read more

Sorry, but Brooklyn it ain't. Maybe Brooklyn-esque. My Reuben tasted very good, but it had the usual amount of meat that most chain sandwich shops use. My potato salad side was ok. My wife's turkey on her sandwich had a mushy mouth feel. Nice looking restaurant inside with comfortable seating. You stand in line and order at the high counter from one of the sandwich makers. They have lots of choices on the menu and even their breakfast items are served all day. It is an easy off/on from I-76 and is one of many food choices at this exit all strung along the perimeter road for the shopping center. Personally, this is a one and done for me for this sandwich chain. Got the job done, but nothing impressive enough to get me back. read more

A friend and I popped into Heidi's yesterday for lunch. Neither of us had been there before and we were not disappointed! The menu is huge, almost overwhelmingly large so it took us a minute to look everything over and decide what we wanted. The people working there were very nice and patience with us and walked us through how they do everything. I ended up getting the fresh mozzarella with turkey added and my friend got the Cajun turkey with avocado. We sat and our food was brought out to us. Both sandwiches were very good! It is a little on the pricier side but you really do get a lot of bang for your buck. The sandwiches were huge. We will be returning to Heidi's again! read more

Best. Service. Ever. I had originally ordered for delivery through a 3rd party app and after waiting for nearly 2 hrs, my order was cancelled. I called the restaurant to find out why. Although it was an issue w/the delivery app, the manager Kurtis went above and beyond to make sure we got our lunch! It's rare to find someone that cares so much, but he does and it showed. This will definitely be my go-to work from home lunch spot. And best of all, they offer delivery directly on their website. read more
