my experience here has been pretty great every time I walk in my order is mostly ready or started which I appreciate as other stores such as the one on 136th can be slower. The staff is also super friendly hunter and max just to name a few but overall I would come back this is the upper echelon of fast food. read more

Never really understand why this only location out of so many I have been to is always having problems with either service or not being to keep up with orders so they put signs on there doors saying they are closed for the afternoon and after walking in finding out that they are simply not taking any new orders. With 3 people behind the counter I'm not sure if it's staffing or just not keeping up with demand but bummed that I now have to go to a whole other location just to get jersey mikes because they won't make any orders besides the ones that they already have because they can't keep up with what they already have and it's only 1 in the afternoon! read more

I'm so unbelievably over this place. The last 4 TIMES my family has ordered from this location, the orders have been COMPLETELY wrong. Not like "oh they just forgot the pickles", not a SINGLE THING on my sandwich was what I ordered except the lettuce. 4. FUCKING. TIMES. I'm usually incredibly patient and kind with food service workers, however whoever works here needs some retraining. I wouldn't be writing this if it was just once, but this is so frequent and angering that I will NEVER come to this particular location again. Get it together. read more

Stopped going to this location because of service issues. We were in area and decided to try again . We ordered a chicken philly sandwich. We waited 20 minutes we asked what was taking so long . The manager said the chicken was frozen and took longer to cook. After another 10 minutes he brought it out and apologized and said they had a new guy on the grill although three other employees were leaning back and joking around. The sandwich was soggy and gross and my points were not redeemed. I had to complain twice to get any response . The owner eventually called me and promised to add my points and give us two free sandwiches . Two weeks later still no points and no sandwiches. The owner stated he had problems in the store and was cleaning it up, but now I understand why. read more

Good, quick service. Nice staff. I'm a little sad though cause I was ordering food yesterday and I didn't pay attention to my particular order....I accidentally ordered a veggie sandwich. Worst decision I've ever made. Unless you're vegetarian and you like those kinda sandwiches... Do not make the stupid mistake like I did. Very good sub. Bread was a little dry. This is the closest thing that reminded me of the hometown subs I had growing up!

Do NOT go here if you have any type of food allergy. There is so much cross contamination at this location. The counter is so filthy with everything. I have ordered almost every week for the last couple months and pay for extra meat. I have only received extra meat once or twice. The picture I took shows how little is put on. It's not even appropriate for the "regular" amount. Also I had asked for an extra container of vinegar/oil and they also didn't put that in the bag. I can't trust door dash or anyone picking it up because they never get it right. I love the subs but never get great service so am going to look into other sub places. It's not worth paying so much and then don't get what you want. read more

This Jersey Mike's is AMAZING!! My husband and I have been there at least a half dozen times and they are always wonderful, speedy, and so accommodating - the team is friendly and the food is delicious! I have some food restrictions currently and not only do they help me out, but they remembered me the next time and made it so simple! This place opened in the midst of the stay at home order but I hope everyone around the Orchard supports this location because they are so so good!!! read more

I had walked in there and had been going before and all the employees stared at me and did say anything I could tell they didn't want customers to come in so they didn't have to do work. It didn't make me feel welcomed and like a bother. I even heard them talking and saying it's barley 1pm like if they have had enough of the day already and wanted to get off.
