    Reuben

My wife got the Club and I got the Reuben and both were excellent. The gentleman behind the counter helped customize my sandwich to my liking. The restaurant inside was tightly packed but there was plenty of spots outside in the sidewalk to enjoy your sandwich. My only issue with this place was the price. Maybe it's me but I have hard time living in a world where two sandwiches and a bottle of water is 50 bucks. Was it high quality, you bet. But it's still a sandwich. Either way, I definitely recommend this spot and would come back.

I wanted to give this place a 3 but the service was amazing and they were fast so I bumped it to a 4. I'm kind of a sandwich snob being from the east coast so I didn't love this place. The heater wasn't as good as we were expecting. The Italian saved it but I've never seen an Italian with brown mustard. I thought maybe it would be a hidden secret but I wasn't a huge fan. Still give this place a try because they have a huge menu!

Service was great, small little spot we visited in Golden. We all agreed that the sandwiches were a bit dry but overall generous portions! We got the Golden Club and Prime time

D'Deli is a staple in Golden. I remember going there many times during college and had to visit recently to relive my college days and have a delicious sandwich. We got a TMI, Dalton, and a Camper. The TMI and Dalton were exactly as I remember: delicious and fresh-tasting. The Camper was honestly a little disappointing. It felt like I was eating mostly bread with a bit of Nutella and the other ingredients. Service is great with good conversation with the employees. I will say that I think the sandwiches are a bit expensive for what you get especially if you only get a half sandwich. The sandwiches are delicious either way though. I highly recommend getting a sandwich from here and then walking over to beautiful Clear Creek and enjoying your sandwich while watching/listening to the creek. Life is great sometimes!

Was really excited to try this place and they have so many delicious sounding sandwiches. I ended up getting the Piggly Wiggly and really enjoyed it. The bread is a bit dry so I recommend getting it toasted as a panini! Will definitely be going back for one

A classic Golden sandwich shop that's been open for as long as I can remember! They've got a variety of delicious, creative sandwiches to choose from, or you can build your own. The bread can be a bit dry, but if you opt to toast your sandwich I think it can help! Beware of the lunch rush, you might have to wait a bit. Staff is friendly and patient. There's limited indoor and outdoor seating, so not great for big groups--but you can easily take your sandwich to go enjoy by the creek or the nearby parks.

The Beef & Reef sandwich is super unique. Roast beef, seafood salad, cocktail sauce, cream cheese - a little crazy but delicious

There are very few sandwich shops in the country with offerings as creative as what they serve up here. I'm sure you can get yourself a turkey sandwich with cheddar and mayo, but if that's what you are looking for, I would recommend a nice, safe chain type place where you can drift off to sleep while eating something mediocre you've had a thousand times. This is where the action lives. This is the Fast & Furious of sandwich shops. I am fairly certain Vin Diesel made my sandwich. These sandwiches are crazy and delicious. I am baffled when I see a negative review. Just look at the line people, not to mention what most reviews say. You're going to love it. My favorite is the Gold Hill. It's literally unlike any sandwich I've ever had. The roast beef is delicious, the jicama gives it fresh crunch, the beets give it a subtle earthiness and the blue cheese aioli is tangy and delicious. There's other glorious ingredients too, but I'm already getting too hungry thinking about this. The line does move quickly, and yes, the sandwiches will run you about $15 to $18. The wait and money are worth it. Make sure you stop.

Five stars across the board!…read more Food: was fantastic - between the 4 of us, we tried the brisket sandwich (tender and delicious with the pickles and picked red onions), pork ribs (meaty, flavorful and tender, my son's favorite), pulled pork on nachos (tasty and fresh). Had to have a Coors Light while in Golden, CO! Sides of Mac and cheese, baked beans, vinegar Cole slaw and potato salad were all freshly made, clean tasting, and added quality to each meal! Service: attentive and hospitable. You order at the counter and they bring out the trays from the kitchen. Every member was knowledgeable in explaining the multiple sauces and went out of the way to attend to every question or request. Love the casual vibes, from picking up your own utensils to cleaning up your own trays. Excellent service. And they were appreciative of our patronage. Ambiance: clean restaurant all around, cool casual vibes with a great outdoor patio side facing the sun and mountains. Well worth the stop, best bbq in Golden CO, indeed! 5

We were strongly motivated by a lunch date with our daughter and her husband, and apparently, the 'Seasoned Swine' experience starts with a mandatory pre-meal cardio session. If you aren't ready to hit the stairs, you aren't ready for the Swine. The Atmosphere (2 Stars): It's a bit like a sports bar that forgot to buy the TVs. Plenty of high-top tables to perched upon, and a bathroom door that refuses to close--perfect for those who enjoy a 'communal' dining experience in every sense of the word. The Service (3 Stars): Standard 'pay-to-play' setup. You order at the register, pay upfront, and hope for the best. Functional, but don't expect a candlelit serenade. The Food (5 Stars): This is where the magic happens. Three of us tackled the 'Swinoceros' plate--a meat-sweat-inducing mountain of the menu's highlights--while our fourth went for the pulled pork 'sammie.' The Candied Ribs: Out of this world. I'm pretty sure these are illegal in several states. Absolute perfection. The Burnt Ends: Moist, flavorful, and worth the drive alone. The Supporting Cast: The pulled pork, sliced turkey, brisket, and jalapeño cheddar sausage were all good. Even the sides--the OC Mac and Cheese and baked beans--were terrific. The Rolls: The three sweet rolls were... well, they were rolls. They were there. The Verdict: If you can survive the stairs, the awkward bathroom situation, and the DIY service, the food is a total knockout. I came for the family, but I'd stay for those candied ribs.

It's better than the coffee I get from the west coast. Now for why I'm only giving a rating of three stars even though the bacon breakfast burritos are really good too. I think there should be some restaurant etiquette associated with contaminated food. I was served a breakfast burrito today which was served to me cut into 2?halves. I ate the first half looked at the second half and found a black hair sticking out of the end of the breakfast burrito. The wait staff said they would comp my burrito, but apparently forgot to or didn't after all. oddly enough, the circumstance was brought back to my mind this evening when I found a hair in my wife's meal at cheesecake factory in Denver West they didn't comp the meal either. I just think that there needs to be more respect shown to customers that when you eat food that has been contaminated with the staff's hair, maybe you give them the food and just thank them for coming

They were kind of just fatty pieces of barbecue meat. Still delicious and the sauces were great, but not really what I was hoping for. We ordered cheese curds, which were actually cubes and that is the first time I've ever seen shaped curds. They were pretty good, as was the sausage and mac & cheese, though the cheese sauce was a little thin. My mom had the focaccia grilled cheese, which had awesome flavors in it, but the focaccia itself was super thick. If we could decrease the bread by like half I think this would be an awesome choice. I think the main reason I would go to the Eddy is to hang out on their patio, especially when they have live music. It's a good view of golden in the foothills and its probably a great sunset spot. They also have a lot of good nonalcoholic options which we really appreciated - including nonalcoholic wine, which you don't see very often . I think I would stop back here on my way back from hiking or climbing in the canyon but I hope to be a little more impressed by the food next time.

It's located in Golden, Colorado, right across the street from the world-famous Coors Brewery, so the setting is already pretty cool and scenic. Bob's Atomic Burgers has a great neighborhood-joint feel: small, cozy, clean, and eclectic, with interesting stuff on the walls and a fun local vibe. When we walked in, there was a table near the door with order sleeves and paper forms where you build your burger by choosing the meat, bun, cheese, free toppings, and extra toppings. They have a really good selection. I went with a single beef patty on a white bun with American cheese, pickles, raw jalapeños, tomatoes, green chiles, banana peppers, and a large fry. We turned in our order sleeves at the counter and ordered fountain drinks. When we mentioned it was our first visit, the staff gave us a very warm welcome. The young lady behind the counter explained a little about the place and how the ordering process worked, which was much appreciated. The burgers are made to order, so we waited about 10-15 minutes. Honestly, that worked out perfectly because indoor seating is limited, and during the wait we were able to grab a table. They also have outdoor seating, though it was raining when we visited. When the burgers came out, they looked amazing. I'd describe them as a cross between a smash burger and a traditional patty, and I really liked that. My burger was delicious, juicy, flavorful, and messy in the best possible way. The large fries came in the usual paper sleeve, but it was absolutely overflowing, and the fries were hot, fresh, cooked to order, and excellent. This was honestly one of the best burgers I've ever had. Great food, friendly staff, cool atmosphere, and a local feel that big chains just can't touch. Skip the lame McDonald's or Burger King run and go somewhere that makes an actual great burger. Bob's Atomic Burgers is absolutely worth the visit.
