Before getting to the cashier, you fill out a sleeve depending on what you want (burger, hot dog, or chicken sandwich). I got a burger, so I had to mark off what bun, toppings, and extras I wanted. At the cashier, you give them your sleeve and order any sides or drinks that you want. They then give you a random name for your order (I got Leatherface). When the order is done, they announce the funny name and bring the food to you. The burger was juicy and filling. I also shared fries and onion rings, which were both good as well. I am sitting at this establishment writing this review. This place used to be so good, one of the best burgers around granted the last time I was here was 3 years ago. This visit was less than impressive. The prices are insane, like most places are, but it just isn't worth it. $10 for a burger and that doesn't include cheese and it's mediocre. We waited almost an hour and a half between the line and getting our food. And then my burger wasn't made correctly. They ask you to select what you want on your burger and then make it to order. I asked for onions and cheese. When I got my food there was no cheese. We went up and pointed this out and got an attitude about it. I understand the kitchen was busy, but that was a very basic burger that should have been made correctly. The person cooking used a spatula to pick up a piece of cheese and throw it on the burger - literally, the cheese only made it onto half of the burger. We can make a way better burger at home without the high price, wrong food, and attitude. We won't be back. read more

We were in the area and stumbled upon this hole in the wall burger place that had good reviews, so we decided to try it out. The business was easy to find, but the parking lot is a little small, so street parking might be an option. Once inside the staff was awesome! Great energy and very helpful with how to order. The place also gave military discount, and if you have a chance, go to the visitors center in town and they will provide scratch off tickets to receive discounts here!
