Food: best bbq I've had in Colorado to date. Try their ribs, turkey, shrimp and chicken. Excellent green chili and awesome tortillas. Brisket kicks butt, too, but their poultry and seafood is where they truly shine. Ambiance: great mix of indoor and outdoor spaces with live music on the weekends and great space heaters to keep their magical secret garden cozy. Service: sweet wait staff and friendly employees. Definitely a good vibe.

Service was good. It's an interesting little spot, cute. We picked our own seats out on the back patio. We stopped here before a show at the Red Rocks. I had the raspberry blonde 4 noses beer. Very good, very light and refreshing. Cute outdoor patio next to park area. The burnt ends weren't impressive but maybe it's just because I've been spoiled in Missouri and Kansas. Chicken wings okay. Server was really nice and everything came out quickly. I think if I went back I'd try some of the other smoked meats, or sandwiches because those looked fire!!!

I want my baby back, babyback....and st.Luis ribs! Delicious!

The wait staff was friendly. The place was pretty packed for 8 PM in a strip mall. The back patio seems like it was pretty great. They had live music. We meat inside because it was quite rainy. The sandwiches were a bit on the small side and I don't think anybody was very impressed with the barbecue outside of those who ordered the ribs . But, the ribs were great. The coleslaw has a sweetness to it, with apples and pineapple cut up in it. It's very unique and not bad. A lot of folks loved the mac & cheese who had ordered it. I thought it was just OK. I think this is the type of place you go to enjoy drinks and music, and ribs . I would be back for that reason only.

Stopped in for lunch after the whole Buffalo Bill experience. Service was fast, friendly and efficient. Food was delicious and served quickly. Decor was modern and very tasteful. Great spot!!

Had a beautiful hike to St. Mary Glacier and decided to stop by Genesee Pub and BBQ on the way back home. The atmosphere of this place was incredible! I recommend sitting outside, outdoors sitting is special with all the beautiful trees, mountain bike trails, and patio live music. I believe during warm weather they have live music on the weekends but I am not 100% sure. Food was ok, we got a sampler to share. Based on the description it feeds 4 hungry people, I can verify that, there was quite a lot of food. However, the brisket and pulled pork were dry as for my taste. I'd give food quality a 4 but the outdoor patio and the vibe deserve a 5. I was debating between 4 and 5 but considering friendly service and outdoors vibes I decided to give this place 5 stars.

The fried foods were fried too long in the frying basket? I can taste the old grease than the actual food. Ordered brisket sandwich - brisket was very dry, so obviously not fresh. Under $40 for my wife and I, so edible place for a decent price.

Instead, we were initially offered a mediocre table and had to ask to be moved, then waited (the restaurant was not crowded being a Thursday). Not exactly the kind of start you want for a special night. The restaurant itself felt underwhelming and not particularly clean, which didn't inspire much confidence. The drinks were a letdown--more like overpriced mocktails than actual cocktails, with barely any noticeable alcohol. Food didn't redeem anything. My Chilean sea bass with lobster risotto came out with risotto that looked like it had been sitting around all day--and the "lobster" was basically missing in action. My wife's New York strip was overcooked, plain and simple. The only bright spot was our server--polite, friendly, and attentive. Unfortunately, she seemed to be carrying the weight of a kitchen and management team that clearly weren't holding up their end. For an anniversary dinner, this place missed the mark in just about every way.

The location is pretty, but the noise level was crazy loud. There was a particularly noisy table with guys shouting and the rest of the restaurant had to yell to be heard. We had to shout our order to the staff just to be heard. The tables are wobbly--noticed several with plastic shims to help balance, and no, they don't take care of it before you sit down. We asked and the guy nearly tipped over our drinks on us. Started with our drinks. Ordered some specialty drinks and they left the Sprite out of what we ordered. They brought a carafe of Sprite and they had run out of syrup so it was club soda. They remade the drinks and all was well. Burrata appetizer was trying too hard. Too much going on with flavors. It was just okay. Lamb ragu was cooked well, but lacked flavor. Mussels, hopefully, won't get me sick. I had a bad batch and one mussel that was so bad that I had to spit it out and it soured my appetite so much so that I didn't order anything as a replacement. Paella special was over cooked. And the pasta primavera tasted like a curry. The best item of the night was the beet salad. When we got our check, it was crazy expensive for four people. $250! And that was with only one alcoholic drink! They also didn't take my mussels off the tab, which we had to point out and they corrected right away. Also didn't help that we could visually see our server complaining to the other servers about us. We were absolutely polite and kind to everyone helping and still left a nice tip because we've both worked in restaurants. It's a pretty location with overpriced food that isn't that tasty and a server who doesn't understand that when things get messed up, it's the restaurants job to remedy it--especially for the price that customers have to pay! Ridiculous.

Yes the restaurant is very nice, clean, warm, inviting and great views. All of that said our experience began with a warm greeting from Ryan Win (great guy) when we arrived. The food was unique, mouth watering and fun to learn from Ryan what drove him to create these amazing gems. We enjoyed every bite of it. Bella the robot was a tremendous source of entertainment especially watching the fun the kids had with it. All of that said, for me the most impressive thing about this experience was Ryan's commitment to his community and family. As a retired business woman I have, only too often, seen business owners who only think about the money and what the business can do for them. In the case of this exceptional young man it is ALL about what his business can do for his community. I mostly interacted with the man who was, from the get-go until I got my food and left, blunt with a frown look. Was he having a bad day or is he always that way? It was hard to fathom. I thus decided to give him the benefit of the doubt that it was his worst day (ha ha!) Since I tried to make it a better day for him, I said extra "Thank you" but I failed to soften his bluntness; he reacted each time with "Okay, I got you, just go" kind of attitude (LOL!!) Oh well! The food I got me for to-go was B7: Stir Fry Vegetables With Tofu Noodles Bowl ($17 as of late March of 2026). After finishing a side hustle job assignment at the nearby store, I was absolutely famished. I wanted some non-meat protein with lots of veggies so this dish simply popped out of the menu. Glad that I got this because... The dish was more than what it looked. Well-portioned with lots of veggies as the description of the dish on the menu says. I wish there were more tofu pieces however. Not to mention, the vermicelli noodles were also part of the ingredients. Everything was cooked in some light-colored sauce that was simply just right especially in the amount of salt. My type of food indeed. Would you believe it if I said that I devoured it in a matter of 15 minutes or so while chewing well? It hit the spot. This Evergreen neighborhood is not my normal activity area (as I have stated, I was in it due to my job assignment). I am not sure if I will be back to utilize the business ever. But if I do, my hope is that the service improves by then. If the workers are more hospitable with warmth, it will thrive in this mountain town; they surely can change the current rating of 3.5 stars.
