Yesterday, from the kitchen, I overheard the owner, berating and cursing at Gabby for several minutes over a customer being served cream with their coffee. She insisted that "New Orleans doesn't serve coffee with cream" and that Gabby should have refused it. It was completely ridiculous. I found the way this situation was handled extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. It left me feeling that the owner needs to find a much better way to communicate with and manage her employees.
