When I asked for a to-go box because I was full and wanted to take the rest home, he brought me a container AND a bag to carry it in. Mateo's service and attention to his customers was superb! I say this because, even though you can sit down and eat inside, this is counter service--you walk up, place your order, and they bring your food to you. What I have never experienced is that kind of personal follow-up and attention after sitting down and starting my meal. I truly appreciated Mateo's thoughtfulness and the genuine pride he seemed to take in making sure his customers were taken care of.
