signature milk tea

I was super impressed by this place! Very authentic feeling and such a nice surprise for the area. I got their signature boba milk tea and the chicken banh mi. A huge banh mi for 12 dollars. Not the best deal but not the worst either. Good flavor and lemongrass marinade on the chicken. Lots of good veggies as well. Tea was also solid! I would definitely come back and recommend this place! The boba is clear though, the crystal boba not the tapioca.

I was in the area and decided I wanted to try a new lunch place while I was in this part of town and saw the raving reviews for Ca Phe and decided to stop in on a whim. I love their menu options for both coffee/tea and banh mis. I got the House Special Banh Mi and my husband got the Roast Pork Banh Mi and both were fantastic! Next time I'm in town, I'm excited to try items from their coffee menu but thought the drive was worth it for the sandwiches alone. This place is truly a gem!

I'm not really sure what I was thinking when I came into this coffee shop, but it has been popping up on my Yelp for a couple weeks now and I decided to give it to go. This place serves Vietnamese and other Asian inspired coffees as well as bahn mi sandwiches and bowls. It has a very nice, clean, aesthetic, but there were some peculiarities that I noticed while there. The staff was super friendly and the establishment was clean. Their display case had all of their pastries and treats already prepackaged, which made it seem like none of them are made in house. I would've liked them to partner with an Asian bakery or someplace local, and advertise it as well as make them look more appealing in the display. As for their coffee, I ordered a marble Drip, which I was told was similar to a classic Vietnamese coffee, but not as strong and a little bit sweeter. Expecting it to come out in the classic Vietnamese drip mug. I was surprised when they handed me a to-go container with an iced coffee and I realized I didn't specify if I wanted it hot or cold. So I accidentally had received a cold one. It also wasn't sweet enough for me, so I did take it back and ask her to add a little bit more condensed milk, which she happily did. I also ordered a bahn me sandwich, they have pictures of all the sandwiches listed on the menu, which was really nice and I asked for a recommendation because I wasn't sure what I wanted. I settled on the barbecue pork and it was a very large sandwich so for the value of it, I think it was worth it. However, the filling in the sandwich was hot pink. Like sweet and sour sauce, pink, the flavor was good and the vegetable slaw was super tasty. I would eat that in itself. But I was really worried that the pink was going to get all over my face and in my teeth. in the picture on the board, it didn't look pink at all, so I was very surprised. Would I order that sandwich again? Probably not I think I would like more of a classic bahn me. But it was something new and I can appreciate that. The last thing that struck me is a little weird was that they had almost no outlets in a certain area of the shop where people were working on their laptops and one guy ended up having to sit on the floor near the wall, cause that's where the outlet was. My coffee and my sandwich were just over $16 before tip and for the size of the sandwich I would say it would be worth it. I really would've preferred a hot coffee and actual glasses for cold beverages instead of a to-go container. Would I go back? Probably not because it is quite far from me. But if you're in the mood to try something new, it might be worth going just don't get the BBQ pork unless you wanna be pink lol

Stopped in this morning on a whim when I was in the area. I ordered their Vietnamese coffee and the egg white bahn mi. Both were absolute perfection; so fresh and lovingly prepared. I would absolutely return to this place and recommend it highly.

This place had good reviews so I wanted to try it. I would've never found this place if it weren't for the Yelp reviews. It's a small restaurant that's not really visible. Cute decor inside with light melo music playing in background. Ordering was easy. Their food and tea is delicious. I got the house special tea and banh mi sandwich. Besides being tasty, It's a large sandwich that really fills you up. Prices weren't bad. Great Vietnamese restaurant.

Black Marble coffee and beautiful ambience!

I have been missing the diversity and culture of the Bay Area since I moved away, and was happy to stumble across Vietnamese coffee in the same plaza as my new eye doctor. I ended up choosing the Black Marble, as the menu stated it was less caffeinated than a Vietnamese Coffee and it was late in the day. Creamy and delicious- the pick-me-up I needed in the afternoon and as a welcome to CO.

I cannot believe I haven't wrote a review the last time I visited Ca Phe. Vietnamese coffee shops aren't common in Colorado so Ca Phe is a gem and rarity I come to cherish. On this visit, my family and I got a variety of drinks plus tried three different banh mis (lemongrass pork, lemongrass beef, and bun bo hue). My hubby and I love that the BBH banh mi came with actual broth to dip our banh mis in. And the baguette itself was some of the best we've had in a while, which didn't feel like it was tearing on the roofs of our mouths. We took dessert (cheesecakes) home since the Vietnamese sandwiches filled us up plenty. Vietnamese coffee is a must if you're here plus their other drinks are quite refreshing too. The cafe is clean, spacious, and perfect for dine-in or just a casual outing. We even came across people working on their laptops too. It serves different crowds - casual diners, remote workers, and people on the go. Words from my husband as we were munching, "I wish this were closer to home." If that doesn't say he loves it, then I don't know what does. Haha.

This is the New, new good stuff in town! I used to drive all the way to Broomfield for a bahn mi Vietnamese sandwich but not no more! This is the cutest little coffee, sandwich shop I ever did see! Charlene and Rin are absolutely adorable and know what they are doing to please Thornton. The desert case when you walk in looks phenomenal and I couldn't resist. Light music playing, pretty orchid decorations, and the most friendly staff ever. The dragonfruit refresher tastes as fabulous as it looks. My house special sandwich should receive some sort of award because it is the delicious. Warm lunchmeat, pickled carrots, radish on French bread. Words do not justify. I will be coming here weekly because I can't get enough!! Thank you for the delicious lunch today!!

Such a nice addition to the Westminster area. Many shops now have pho banh mi so it was a surprise to see a bun Bo hue banh mi and it didn't disappoint. It's different to dip it in the BBH broth. The banh mi was really tasty and crunchy. They have a lot of fillings with enough meat and veggies. The drinks are delicious. They make the ube foam and it's so good. And if you follow SOCAL Asians and their love of SeaSide - guess what - we now have green Thai iced tea in Colorado. Super tasty and so good. There's plenty of seating with a nice mural on the wall. When we came for the soft opening, we saw desserts on the menu but sadly they're not ready for release yet. Service is friendly.

Great coffee/drink selection and the banh mi was delicious! We really enjoyed our Vietnamese iced coffee and Ube iced coffee.

Green Thai Tea & Vietnamese Ice Coffee

When we saw this spot opening we couldn't wait to for it to open! This coffee shop/banh mi spot is the perfect little hangout for friends. The interior space was well done and beautiful! I will say, there isn't a lot of table seating. Food/Drinks - Roasted Pork Banh Mi 5/5 -- this has got to be one of the best banh mis I've had! The bread is not too crunchy but there's a balance or softness and crunch to it. It's all in the bread and I absolutely loved it! House Special 5/5 -- I'm not a big fan of cold cut meat but this was also good! Green Tea Thai Tea 5/5 -- this is probably my favorite drink now. It's so smooth and perfect! Vietnamese Ice Coffee 3/5 -- depending on how you like your coffee, I would've preferred more condensed milk in it! They also have so many variety of sweet treats! They have cold case display of their daily desserts. The service was a 5/5! They were super friendly and very attentive to their customers! I really appreciated my time here and would def be coming back!

Iced Coconut Coffee and Dragonfruit Refresher

Stopped by for lunch today during the soft opening and we were blown away by everything we ordered! I tried the grilled pork banh mi and my partner got the bun bo hue banh mi which comes with a side of soup for dipping. Bread was perfectly crispy, meats were flavorful, and the sandwich was piled with good amount of vegetables. 10/10!! I ordered an iced coconut cream coffee which was a Vietnamese coffee with coconut cold foam. Omg - out of this world good!! We also got a dragonfruit refresher which was delicious. The interior is very cute with different size tables for different size group. This a great coffee shop to get some work done, catch up with friends, or grab some lunch and a nice drink! I would definitely swing by for morning coffee too!

Iced House Coffee

Had a great experience here! We ordered the House Coffee and Iced Vietnamese Coffee, both were delicious! Not overwhelmingly sweet, but not too bitter. We also enjoyed the House Special Bánh Mì and Egg Bánh Mì. The cafe was very clean and had spaces to study. The staff were also very friendly. Would recommend!

One Vietnamese Restaurant

(224 reviews)

This was a surprise find!…read more I stopped here to pick up something quick to eat before I headed to my side hustle shift. The Vietnamese food was something I hadn't had in a while so when I realized that this was in the same shopping center as the gym I worked out at I simply couldn't think of anything else. As soon as I stepped inside it a very clean roomy dining room was in front of me. It looked new as there was no old restaurant feel to it. Then a young man quickly came to me to assist. I thus asked for a menu to peruse to which he kindly handed a beautiful booklet. The menu is a fancy booklet type with leather looking covers. In it, almost all the menu items had their accompanying photos. This type of menu truly helps so I could get a good understanding of the food they offer (yes, I'm more of a visual person.) I definitely wanted some healthy choice so when I spotted the Papaya Salad I looked no further (and yet I didn't want to pass the opportunity to eat the Vietnamese food staple, the deep fried Vietnamese Egg Roll so I, without hesitation, added that to my order. The Papaya Salad is/was $13.99 and the Vietnamese Egg Roll (6 piece) is/was $11.95 (as of December 4, 2025.) I placed my order with the same young man who greeted me. The time was still a bit early for the rush dinner hour. The restaurant only had several tables occupied. My food thus came out from the kitchen quite quickly. The bag the young man handed me was quite the weight. Once I was back to my car I immediately investigated what was inside. I was surprised as to how massive the Papaya Salad was! The portion for the Vietnamese Egg Roll was also very generous. I realized that I simply ordered way too much food for myself. I was able to eat only one of the dishes (the Egg Roll) before my shift. The Egg Roll was crispy on the outside. Not too oily or greasy; just the perfect texture. The accompanying noodles on the other end of the container were also delicious; they surely put a generous amount of crushed peanuts all over it (as of this writing, I have not eaten the Papaya Salad but like I said earlier, the portion size is big. And the way it looks is promising where I have no doubt that this dish is as solid as the Egg Roll.) This Vietnamese restaurant is a gem. I tend to get job assignments in this neighborhood here and there so if I end up coming back to this area next time now I know a solid restaurant that I can count on.

Food while traveling is always iffy for me but I lucked out with my order here…read more I can only comment on my to-go order of a combo eggroll bowl which included meatballs, pork, and shrimp. A huge portion, so I was really happy. Some of the best eggrolls I've had in a long time and the shrimp was delicious. I found the meats to be tough because they were sliced so thin. Stick with the shrimp here and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised! If you're ordering to go, ask for utensils if you need them as they didn't provide me with anything to eat with!
