Weekly hot Chorizo burritos! Large portions and full of flavor. Always love everyone I've interacted with, very friendly.

Deleite Pancakes, Mexican Scramble

Gem of a breakfast place in Thornton! We went on a Friday morning around 11 AM and it was not busy, got seated and served right away by some great staff, who were also fielding a lot of to go orders. Place is cute inside with a decent amount of seating but it could fill up quick if busy. We got the Mexican scramble and sausage breakfast burrito as main savory dishes and split the deleite pancakes. The compote and sauce on the pancakes were heavenly, the sausage and mild chili in the burrito was sublime and my wife enjoyed the scramble a lot! Only negatives was that the caramel iced coffee we asked if it was too sweet, the waitress said no, but that thing was like a Starbucks sugar bomb. Everything was so flavorful and portion sizes were great! Definitely get your bang for your buck, as it is cheaper than most break places up here (have tried quite a few)

Best breakfast place in the area by far. We just moved back from NM and we were so glad we found this place. Definitely a hidden gem!

Café de Olla! - Two ceramic mugs with colorful, artistic glaze patterns are filled with hot beverages, likely coffee or hot chocolate. The mugs are placed on white paper napkins on a wooden table, each accompanied by a spoon and a cookie. A person's hand is visible near the mugs, suggesting a casual dining or coffee experience.

Awesome breakfast and super nice and welcoming employees. Will be coming back and recommending to everyone.

I was so surprised at how dead this place was- the food and service were fantastic. I brought in my friend who can't have gluten, and the server was great at making little changes, like serving the burger without a bun. I had the horchata, which was homemade and spot on, plus the French toast with banana fosters and pecan. The French toast wasn't overly sweet like some of them can be- just perfect with a caramel sauce that was really good. The ambiance is a little weird- old fashioned fast food or cafeteria style booths, juxtaposed with the beautiful plating and cute decor. My horchata was served in a plastic cafeteria glass, while the cafe de olla was served in a hand decorated mug- some things just didn't seem to match what they were going for. Overall, I think this is a great brunch place for the area and would absolutely be back.

Cute little place at the end of a strip mall in Thornton. We popped in a little before 10 am on a Sunday and there were a couple of tables open, lucky for us! Reasonable prices, decent portions and unique coffees. We will definitely go back to try other menu items!

Mexican Scramble is very tasty!

This is a wonderful gem of a breakfast place, so glad we tried it! It is tiny so if you going to eat there you need to get there early, great service and some very tasty food!!

Stuffed French Toast - A plate features two slices of French toast dusted with powdered sugar, with a serving of whipped cream on the side. The toast appears golden brown and is presented on a white dish, which is placed on a wooden table. A person's hand holding a fork is visible above the plate, with another arm resting on the table. The setting suggests a casual dining environment, likely at a breakfast or brunch meal.

The food is amazing here. I don't typically review or highly recommend a place but this was great. It's a small restaurant inside so it can feel a little crowded but other than that it was a great experience. The service was excellent despite there being only one waitress at the time. So so good

Cafe de Olla

Wonderful food - just right for a hot breakfast on a cold morning! Prices are very good as well. I really enjoyed the breakfast burrito and cafe de olla.

Inside seating - The image shows the interior of a restaurant with a variety of seating options, including tables with chairs and bar-height seating at the counter. The space has a plain beige wall, black pendant lights, and a ceiling with exposed ductwork and lighting fixtures. There are staff members behind the counter, and a vending machine is visible. The flooring is a polished brown surface, and the overall setting appears clean and organized.

Only thing i wish is that they had umbrellas because it's been hot lately. They also brought out a dog bowl with water, to keep our pup hydrated. I wish i remembered our waitresses name because she did a great job serving, amazing attitude, attentive, and looked presentable. Food was amazing everything came out quickly and tasted fantastic. We also ordered the fresh squeezed juice which were phenomenal as well. If you're looking for a cute breakfast spot with a healthy menu, and fresh food this is for you! I had to ask the hostess to ask our waitress to bring our drinks because we never saw our waitress again after placing our order. She brought the waters and 1 minute later our food arrived lukewarm. The potatoes were not cooked. We were never checked on again. Then the check came, but the extra bacon I ordered "to go" had not arrived. So she went to get that. We paid at the front with the hostess. It was an extra $5 for 2 pieces of bacon. $2.50 per slice. Is that inflation or price gouging? This is the first time in my life I have never left a tip. I'm usually a really good tipper. And I feel bad about it, but I also want to be taken care of in order to give a tip for good service. This was not good service and the food was mediocre. Would not return.

-Celiac- Gluten-free review-…read more Early Bird!! You did that. From the moment we walked in to the time we left, everything was A1 son. The vibe is cozy and local, and every interaction we had with staff was friendly and warm. The drip coffee was sooooooo good. I could have put an entire carafe away on flavor alone. The cocktail menu had some unique drinks on it, didn't partake during this visit but definitely would try them on a future visit. The owner's daughter has celiac disease, so they take great precautions with cross-contact and most of the menu can be made gluten free. No pancakes or biscuits, but the fryer is dedicated and they have a dedicated waffle maker. I got the chicken fried chicken and my wife got the chicken and waffles. Yall. YALL. YALLLLLLLLLLL!!! Where tf do I even begin. Chicken was perfectly crispy and tender tender. I could bathe in that white gravy and die happy. Potatoes cooked perfectly. Gf bread toasted perfectly. Arugula fresh. Shishito pepper perfectly charred. Idk what yall use for hot sauce, but that joint was GOOD. And I know this is a small footnote, but this plate also came with tomato. When eating out and there's a veggie 'garnish' it's typically served some nothing-burger, tasteless, it's just there for a pop of color tomato. But even the tomato on this plate was so subtly good. And that tells me a lottttt about the kitchen here. When you care about every detail, it shows, and this plate was a home run for me. One of the best breakfasts I've had out to eat hands down. I cleaned that plate. My wife's chicken and waffles were incredibly good. The waffles were thick, but crispy and soft in all the right spots, and the flavor was so good that they could stand completely by themselves- no butter, no syrup, no nothiiiing. Hers came with a small trough of that sweet ass white gravy that basically rendered her side of syrup useless. We have syrup at home! Her chicken was perfectly cooked as well. We didn't want for water or coffee refills at all. I believe our server's name was Ashley and she was on it. She very confidently answered all my questions about safety and handling for the gluten-free options we both had. Yall are killing it here in Midtown, Early Bird.

The menu has so many great options, but my go-tos are the fried chicken and the breakfast burrito (both are amazing). The vibe is fun and quirky, with cute decorations that make it feel cozy and unique. There's plenty of seating both indoors and on the patio, and they even allow dogs outside, which is such a nice touch. Parking is easy with lots of spaces in the front and back, a big plus on busy weekends! Whether you're grabbing brunch with friends or just treating yourself to a relaxed morning, this place never disappoints. Highly recommend!

I'm always a fan of interesting hashes, and their honey chipotle chicken hash was near-perfect. I only had to tweak the avocado out of it. I just when the marriage of a good sauce, good eggs, good produce, and good potatoes/hash works out. Scotch for her part said her Floridian French Toast was eye-poppingly good, even if it had too much fruit for me. The service was good--a bit too mindful sometimes, but I'd rather have someone who comes around a bit too often than not. We also liked that they leave the carafe of coffee at the table as that's usually what we need the most, refills. That's why I feel they could stand to come a bit less since they solved the refill problem. The ambience is great. I love the idea of community tables and wooden booths and tables everywhere. I also liked seeing the place but not super-packed so you can't get a seat quickly. Sometimes I think with breakfast places, they strive for lines out the door constantly, but I prefer a place that hovers at that good 70% to 80% capacity mark. I like being able to sit when I want to come but the place still doing well enough to be thriving. All in all, this place is great and I hope California gets their location soon.
