Colorado breakfast skillet
Rawa A.

We did not order enough food to get the full experience. It was so busy and they were so friendly and welcoming. We need to go back to try more food. We got the Colorado skillet and was good.

If you are looking for a restaurant that offers many varied options for brunch, this is the place to go! It was a nice spring day and my friends and I sat outside for brunch. The chairs outside aren't comfortable and inside the restaurant is very loud. Those are the 2 downsides to the restaurant but the food was great and the service was quick and friendly. They don't take reservations so be prepared to wait a bit. I look forward to going back again and trying more from the menu. The avocado toast was so good!

Came across this spot and decided to check it out as it was close to our hotel. Drove over and the parking lot was PACKED- this spot is def poppin' from open to close, so expect a wait. Everyone is welcoming, friendly, hospitable, and just overall such a fun atmosphere. Food came out reasonable quick after ordering and quality was excellent considering how fast it was made. Manny is the bartender and unexpectedly made one of the best Bloody Mary and Espresso Martini I've had in a long time. I'll just say, I'm glad I waited.

Food was outstanding and the pork chops were very tender. This was a really good dish and suggest if you have the appetite then this is the breakfast for you. Service was great and attentive to all our needs and made sure our cups did not run empty which is a big plus in my book.

While taking a drive west of Denver, we decided to brunch it somewhere. Pulled this gem of a breakfast/brunch place up. It's not easily seen from the street, but we knew it had to be the place because the parking lot was full. Yes, this was a Sunday so it wasn't real surprising that the parking lot was full and people were standing outside. All I can say is -- IT'S WORTH THE WAIT. The inside is bright and clean and gives off a fun atmosphere. It's nice they take your name and cell phone number so we could hang in the car if we wanted. We lucked out and got a seat at the bar. I've somehow learned of late that sitting at the bar, especially at a place unfamiliar to us, is actually a great way to be introduced to a restaurant. Often you get to see the inner workings of cooks and servers and dishwashers all at the same time. It sets the tone for the place. This tone was a magical dance of sorts -- cooks laughing with servers, who laughed with the guy changing out the dish cart, etc. A very fast & efficient magical dance at that! Delilah was our chief magical server who was wonderful! She helped us choose our food, and then brought it out so incredibly fast -- it's great when the food is so hot you have to let it cool a bit before putting the first bites in our mouths. The food itself is incredible. I understood immediately why so many were willing to wait 35 minutes for a table. Husband had the Brunch House Skillet while I had the Veggie Omelet with a side of the special pancake of the day -- ginger bread. Each bite of our meals were terrific. Can't wait to return -- even if it's a 45 minute drive from home!

I met my sister here for a late Monday brunch and was surprised to find a bit of a wait. Since I arrived first, I added my name to the list--done the old-fashioned way, with the hostess jotting it down on a slip of paper--and was quoted about a 20-minute wait. No problem; there were only a few groups ahead of me. The day was a bit chilly, so the patio wasn't an option, but I waited outside anyway, as the small indoor waiting area was already quite congested. My sister arrived a few minutes later, delayed slightly by traffic, and just as we moved inside to warm up, my name was called and we were seated. The restaurant was spotless and absolutely bustling--every table, booth, and counter seat was filled, not a single empty chair in sight. The place had that vibrant hum of happy conversation, the clatter of dishes, and the steady rhythm of a busy brunch service. The staff moved quickly but with purpose, tending to guests with cheerful efficiency. Our server greeted us promptly and took our drink order. We both went with coffee--though I will say, the one drawback here is the lack of espresso drinks. Regular drip coffee it was. The menu offered a generous variety, blending breakfast and lunch options with a Mexican influence. Alongside classics like French toast, waffles, and seasonal pancakes, there were flavorful options such as breakfast tacos, a Mexican skillet, enchiladas, and more. We decided on the Mexican skillet and the breakfast tacos. The food arrived in good time, hot and beautifully prepared. It had that comforting, homemade quality--like brunch at your mom's house. The atmosphere was bright and open, with a hint of diner charm, and the staff checked on us frequently, which made us feel genuinely cared for. With its extensive menu, warm service, and delicious food, this spot is absolutely one I'd return to.

I am so glad we found this place! Great breakfast/brunch/lunch spot. All the usual staples, nothing really fancy. Simple, delicious food. I love smothered breakfast burritos and this place did not disappoint. The green chili is soooo good! I also love the chicken fried steak. It's hard to decide what to order since there are so many good options. If you get here early enough there isn't a long wait, but once the masses start coming, it could be while. The space isn't extremely large, but feels bigger with the high ceilings. Booths line the walls with several tables in the center and a small bar area. There are also some tables outside on the patio. The service is always fun and friendly. They go above and beyond to ensure you have a good experience.

Ambiance parking is hard to come by at this location but it is a cute little restaurant, service is great greeted when walking in and serve was great, but be prepared to get on a wait list when walking in you will have to wait, however I believe good things come to those that wait and for us it was in the form of food most definitely. We will be back to try more we got a country skillet with scrambled egg ,with toast, we also had a ultimate skillet with sunny side up egg, tortillas. We LOVED them both . Keep up the good work we will be back for more.

This review is based on my wife's and daughter's recent experience her while visiting the Denver area. They had a very good experience with a great menu selection, friendly staff and of course delicious food. She did mention that the restaurant's acoustics could be improved noise level gets a little high. Overall, she indicated that she would return.

It's a fun space and I'm so happy it's close to me but get there early! This place is really good and everyone knows it! The staff is super sweet and friendly, our waitress was awesome with helping me try to decide the best dish to order and she wasn't wrong! I had the relleno skillet so good! The coffee was also good and kept coming! I'll be going back!

My tres leches French toast was stellar- I just wish it had a little more lechera so that every bite was appropriately coated. My husband had the country fried steak, which was a little too thin and overcooked. Service felt a little disjointed- the busser was also getting drinks, but when we confused her for our server and tried to order, she just walked away. Our actual server was very friendly, and did a good job. We were surprised at how busy they were on a Wednesday morning, so come early! My husband was irritated that they charged a 4% charge for using credit cards.

Exceptional! The green chili here was off the charts! Robust. Spicy. Super filling. Service was playful and frequent --- my coffee cup was never empty.

Visiting Denver, went to The Brunch House. Amazing service, delicious food, attentive staff. If you like your breakfast with some Hispanic influences, this is the place. The Breakfast Enchiladas were awesome. Three cheese enchiladas covered with two over easy eggs, green chili and pan fried potatoes.

In fact, we didn't eat anything that wasn't well seasoned, cooked to order and authentically British. Not an easy find, if you ask me. We sat at their bar, chatted with the bartender - who was really friendly and checked on us often. The place was packed, but we got in quickly and you'd never know they were popping. Their cocktails were amazing and after some chit chat about what I liked and didn't, the suggestions were fabulous. Loved the British decor as well. Such a fun place. The service is a little stiff and slow but what can you expect from a pub style restaurant. It can get pretty busy inside especially around holidays so definitely make a reservation if you plan on having a big party or don't want to sit at the bar. As far as English/Irish food goes this the only serious contender in the area, i haven't found another UK restaurant that quite mimics the pub atmosphere as well as this one. Who knew that Christmas and Metallica could make such a fun combination, but there you have it. So much to look at you could be entertained for many rounds of beverages. We arrived for an early dinner on a weekday so things were pretty calm; good given the size of our party. I can't say it was the best old fashioned I'd ever had, but our hummus, fries mushrooms, and babaganoush were all tasty. For dinner I opted for a gyro (came with fries) and cleared my plate. I was torn but left my choice up to the bartender recommendation for the main, augmented with falafel. I was not disappointed. If you get stuck just flip a coin and it'll probably work out. If anything the worst part is the shopping center where the nearby stores throw you for a moment before you commit to the eclectic variety bar. Their interior decorations are a ridiculous blend of whatever holiday they have left up, and a death or 70-80s heavy metal bar. It is whimsically metal? Hard to even compare it, it works. At the bar you can get rock concerts on top of sports, again - a mix you don't get everywhere.

This is maybe the most convoluted review I've ever written:…read moreWe were happy to get a spot here on OpenTable for Mother's Day. Fortunately, it is close to our home and the reviews looked great. When we arrived, we redirected from the main dining room to another space the restaurant owns 2 doors down. I wonder if we may have had a more attentive experience had we been in the original? The first disappointment was that our meal took 40 minutes to arrive from the time that we sat down. Our waiter consistently forgot that my husband had ordered a Diet Coke or to refill the drink when he had offered. The tables around us seemingly were served earlier, even though we all placed our orders around the same time. I ordered the Thai Pork Belly Benedict, which was absolutely delectable and definitely something write home about! And the country potatoes side was perfectly seasoned and crispy. I would absolutely go back for this, just maybe on a weekday brunch due to the wait. I thought it was extremely unique how the children's menu was plated in a muffin tin, with 6 different food choices for just $12. Great deal! My husband had a Belgian waffle topped with fruit, which was really unremarkable. Reminiscent of something that you might self-make at a hotel breakfast. Unfortunately, his waffle was cold, and he requested that they remake, which our server made sure was done in a timely manner. All in all, our meal was very reasonably priced at around $43. I just wish it hadn't been such a long wait, both to receive the initial order and for drink refills.
