We had an early morning team breakfast here and let me tell you it's amazing. The food quality is top notch, service is killer, and the price is right. I mean they've just got a great combination here and you cannot go wrong. The only minor complaint is the hallway in the back let's in the worlds worst draft. Like, I'm pretty sure my hot tea turned to ice tea from it. Again, minor complaint given everything we came for was out of this world. You need to eat here. It is as simple as that. read more

While taking a drive west of Denver, we decided to brunch it somewhere. Pulled this gem of a breakfast/brunch place up. It's not easily seen from the street, but we knew it had to be the place because the parking lot was full. Yes, this was a Sunday so it wasn't real surprising that the parking lot was full and people were standing outside. All I can say is -- IT'S WORTH THE WAIT. The inside is bright and clean and gives off a fun atmosphere. It's nice they take your name and cell phone number so we could hang in the car if we wanted. We lucked out and got a seat at the bar. I've somehow learned of late that sitting at the bar, especially at a place unfamiliar to us, is actually a great way to be introduced to a restaurant. Often you get to see the inner workings of cooks and servers and dishwashers all at the same time. It sets the tone for the place. This tone was a magical dance of sorts -- cooks laughing with servers, who laughed with the guy changing out the dish cart, etc. A very fast & efficient magical dance at that! Delilah was our chief magical server who was wonderful! She helped us choose our food, and then brought it out so incredibly fast -- it's great when the food is so hot you have to let it cool a bit before putting the first bites in our mouths. The food itself is incredible. I understood immediately why so many were willing to wait 35 minutes for a table. Husband had the Brunch House Skillet while I had the Veggie Omelet with a side of the special pancake of the day -- ginger bread. Each bite of our meals were terrific. We both went with coffee--though I will say, the one drawback here is the lack of espresso drinks. Regular drip coffee it was. The menu offered a generous variety, blending breakfast and lunch options with a Mexican influence. Alongside classics like French toast, waffles, and seasonal pancakes, there were flavorful options such as breakfast tacos, a Mexican skillet, enchiladas, and more. We decided on the Mexican skillet and the breakfast tacos. The food arrived in good time, hot and beautifully prepared. It had that comforting, homemade quality--like brunch at your mom's house. The atmosphere was bright and open, with a hint of diner charm, and the staff checked on us frequently, which made us feel genuinely cared for. I am so glad we found this place! Great breakfast/brunch/lunch spot. All the usual staples, nothing really fancy. Simple, delicious food. I love smothered breakfast burritos and this place did not disappoint. The green chili is soooo good! I also love the chicken fried steak. It's hard to decide what to order since there are so many good options. If you get here early enough there isn't a long wait, but once the masses start coming, it could be while. The space isn't extremely large, but feels bigger with the high ceilings. Booths line the walls with several tables in the center and a small bar area. There are also some tables outside on the patio. The service is always fun and friendly. They go above and beyond to ensure you have a good experience. read more

Kestlyn (sp) and Manny were the best. I tried to get the attention of a couple of servers until she stopped to help me sitting st the end of the bar. She recommended the Mexican breakfast skillet and it was fabulous. Manny made sure to double back and bring me water. The two of them took great care of me. The other servers walked by me like I was nothing. Busy doesn't mean ignore a customer. They deserve accolades. read more

Ambiance parking is hard to come by at this location but it is a cute little restaurant, service is great greeted when walking in and serve was great, but be prepared to get on a wait list when walking in you will have to wait, however I believe good things come to those that wait and for us it was in the form of food most definitely. We will be back to try more we got a country skillet with scrambled egg ,with toast, we also had a ultimate skillet with sunny side up egg, tortillas. We LOVED them both . They had a very good experience with a great menu selection, friendly staff and of course delicious food. My tres leches French toast was stellar- I just wish it had a little more lechera so that every bite was appropriately coated. My husband had the country fried steak, which was a little too thin and overcooked. Service felt a little disjointed- the busser was also getting drinks, but when we confused her for our server and tried to order, she just walked away. Our actual server was very friendly, and did a good job. We were surprised at how busy they were on a Wednesday morning, so come early! KIND OF A DUMP! Ordered Eggs Benedict and it wasn't good. Thin slice of ham on a barely toasted muffin with mediocre hollandaise sauce from a can or jar or what ever. Egg was overcooked as well and the most insulting part was the small amount of sauce coming with the order. Had to ask for additional sauce and was charged extra without notice from the server for the tiny amount provided. Seems like this had no lemon which is a shame. No manager to complain about this meal.......zero help available to help with any kind of refund for the 4-5 tablespoons extra sauce needed to partially help enjoy myself. Been here twice now and have not been disappointed. Prices, serving size, and options are plentiful. I love how the options include a Colorado Mexican flare too. Both skillets have been amazing. And a side of pancakes is an option too instead of toast. Who doesn't love savory and sweet? Service has been great, especially sitting at the bar. Both times have been busy, so don't be surprised if you have to wait. People have found this place and appreciate it. Larger groups (6-8) may be accommodated but you may have to wait to move some tables around since the half of seating is booths or bar seating. Parking is shared with some other businesses but there is a lot. Starbucks is near by if you want a coffee while you wait. This is definitely a new staple for me. read more

Since I have type2 diabetes , I opted for a side of avocado instead of toast, tortilla or small pancakes . Their coffee wasn't too shabby. We also had the breakfast tacos, steak fajita omelet, corned beef and hash, the skillets and the biscuits and gravy. Everything was outstanding!! We had a party of six and we ordered Huevos Rancheros, Chilaquiles, Mexican Skillet, Brunch House Skillet, Eggs & Hashbrowns, meat & Eggs and Biscuits & Gravy, four coffees and two Chocolate Milks. The food is very delicious, I asked for my chilaquiles to have over easy eggs and steak. We added many extras to the dishes and still the total was $109.76 for everything. Everyone enjoyed their food and although the place was packed, we did not wait long for our table. The service was outstanding! Our waiter and the assistants kept asking us if we needed anything else. The ambiance is very good, the place clean and the people super nice. I strongly recommend this place!! read more
