I have been curious about Ana's Mexican Grill for a while and finally had a chance to check out their food. I was raised in New Mexico so have a fairly high standard for mexican food and they met it! I ordered the chile rellenos for dinner and it was ok but seemed to be missing cheese in the relleno. The side were all great so I was ok with the meal and also ordered a chile relleno burrito to go for breakfast the next morning and so glad that I did. That relleno in my burrito was delicous and had plenty of cheese. The tortillas were solid and not sure if they were made in house but were great. I am eager to go and try another dish although I am definetely still getting the chile relleno burrito to go! read more

Good as usual. I tried something different this time. I usually get the fish tacos but, this time I ordered the Mexican Hamburger. I wish I had stuck with the Fish Tacos. I don't take the time to comment on these kind of platforms, but I do believe this needs to be addressed. The food my friend and I had tonight was good, no complaints. But when people enter into your restaurant, and you stare at them like they are aliens from another planet, that affects the tip you will receive. The word has gotten out about Ana's!! It's a neighborhood favorite of ours. Small restaurant with fun colorful decor. The servers are always friendly and everything we have tried has been great. Their fajitas, fried tacos and Huevos con chorizo are our favorites. Great Margaritas too!! read more

The food here is just not good. It's all dry and has no flavor. The service is never great. Just don't recommend.

We visited a few of the restaurants in this strip mall. Our first choice was phò but they used MSG which is not a good thing in my mind. In addition there were no patrons in the place during the dinner hours. There was a curry place but hubby is not big into that flavor. Again there were no patrons here either. That left Ana's Mexican grill. The place was packed, a good sign for a Friday night. We got the 2 enchilada dish; mine with chicken and my hubby's with ground beef. We both choose the meals with mild red sauce. The meal included rice, beans and green salad. The grill would have gotten 5 stars but the noise level was very high. Free chips & salsa with your order. Both meals were hot and tasting good. The enchiladas were filling with gooey cheese and protein. I could only eat one with leftovers for the next day. Nice friendly server. The food is always good at Ana's we drive all the way from Castle Rock just to eat here. Today was even more special because of our waiter, Junior. Great personality, attentitive and a pleasure to have serving us. You're awesome Junior! We will be back!! The waitress was very rude and unfriendly she looked at us all confused when we were ordering it's very strange that you order a burrito and ask for chicharone she ask where you want it ???? in the burrito duh! She made us feel like a bother poor customer service skills and rushing us is unacceptable! Never eat there again or recommend to anyone! This place was decent. I ordered the fish soup and asked for the spiciest level of hot and it wasn't even spicy but the flavor of the soup was still delicious. The carne asada plate was tasty and the meat was cooked perfectly like we asked for. The white sangria was not too sweet which is how I prefer my drinks. The jalapeño margarita was a slap very good! Ordered a simple chicken salad for pick up and they charged me $16.00. When I opened the container there was hardly any chicken. I called them and asked for a discount he said bring it back for a refund so I did. I was not at all happy about it having to drive all the way back. I said I want a refund on this crappy salad. One employee goes off saying you don't talk to me like that. He went on the entire time I was there saying that. The owner comes out and points to the sign that says the police will be called for disturbances in this business. 1. As a business you are supposed to de-escalate when a customer is unhappy. 2. You could have offered to add some chicken or negotiate the problem. 3. You don't want to call the police on your unhappy customer because your customers who see this will remember your establishment for what you did and will most likely not return. You people need to learn to treat you customers with respect. And tell that one man that kept going on and on how I should not speak to him that way that if he had just stated I am sorry you are unhappy with your salad, the rest of this encounter would have been much different. Was really excited to try this restaurant because of the proximity to my home, however my experience was quite dull unfortunately. First thing I would say if they recommend the "guacamole salad" decide if you want to pay $11 for guac on lettuce and didn't give me extra chips to either for them......I ordered the avocado tostadas and was very disappointed when they arrived at the table, I instantly knew when I saw them I wasn't going to be eating that, poorly put together nothing what I expected. This place is overpriced OK Mexican food. You can definitely find better quality Mexican food down the road into broomfield for less $$$. Sorry. Won't be back. read more

I just had a visit at Ana's and boy am I disappointed in the business. I know they charge $1.00 for flavoring of frozen margs but I was charged $1.50 for it being FROZEN! It is a frozen pre-made mix that you see once you walk into the restaurant and I go often, this has never happened before. So after paying $9.75 for the drink, I then had to pay $2.50 just for flavoring and it being frozen?! I don't know if it was someone knew as this has never happened before, like I said we go often, but I will not order from them without confirming prices beforehand. read more

There are a lot of Mexican restaurants around us so we decided to try this place for the first time. From the outside it just looks like a small strip mall type restaurant and the inside was a little tired. However the food was fabulous and we would definitely return. They brought out the traditional chips and salsa but an added bonus were what appeared to be pickled onions, carrots and jalapeños to put on the chips as well. My husband ordered the combination platter with chili relleno, enchilada and burrito and I tried the fried tacos. Both are dishes we had tried elsewhere and both were really good here. We commented on the portions being really good sized and left really full. We were there on a Sunday right after noon and they offered both a brunch and lunch menu. Other Yelp reviews had mentioned the service may have been lacking but we did not find that the case. Once we ordered they were very attentive and never had to try to get their attention when we needed something. This was definitely a good find in Broomfield and we will return to try some of their other items on their extensive menu. read more

Ana's Mexican Grill is a casual Mexican Restaurant that serves affordable and traditional Mexican Food. The restaurant does a very good job at social distancing and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. They serve a very good salsa, it's fresh and slightly spicy. I ordered the Asada and Carnitas burritos, with red and green chili sauce. The food came out very fast and hot. The food was tasty and portions were large. Nice customer service, but the food is horrible. Doesn't taste fresh, the chips were stale. Tacos shells stale. Chicken dry. The rice tastes like dollar general rice, like plastic. We have been wanting to try Ana's for a while now. We heard great things, and we love supporting the Mexican restaurants here in the community. Tonight we decided to give it a shot.... mistake... we walked in, were greeted and shown to our table. We sat there waiting for over twenty minutes to get service. A server walked by so I asked if we could grab some drinks. She just walked by and held a stop hand signal in our face! When she walked back by she completely ignored us! Completely uncalled for, and rude. So we just got up and walked out! We decided to go to El Mirador for quality Mexican food and true service! We won't be back to Ana's! read more

YUM! My husband and I were looking for a new Mexican joint when we lived in Westminster. We found Ana's, and were VERY pleased! First and foremost...I am a mason jar kinda girl, and the margaritas were served up in the cutest (biggest!) jars ever. Super appreciate that. They were strong as well! :) We ordered the queso to start, asada burrito, and combination #17. All of which was simply amazing. My first time at Ana's and I was very pleased with the quality of the food. I had grilled chicken strips with onions, jalapeños served with rice ,beans and tortillas. The Salsa and chips were excellent, nice spice and warm chips. I only have one complaint and that was service , it was okay but never refilled my drink and didn't check on me. The severs were too busy talking to each other behind the bar. I still highly recommend Ana's because of the high quality of food. read more

Food was ok but WOW the service was terrible. We had a server named Gustavo who practically ignored us the whole time we were there. Getting a drink took forever because he just never came back. We had to flag him down after ten minutes of waiting and he'd still forget to come back and give us our stuff. The drinks were so terrible that we all just decided to not order another one after trying two kinds and both being watered down. Any time we needed something we waited a while then eventually had to flag him down again and he's just look annoyed. Later, We asked to split the bill and he "couldn't" do it and instead made us all math out who's was what. We then waited 20 minutes for him to come back and eventually had to stand up and say "hey can we please pay??" After doing so my husband told him thank you and he just walked away without a word. So my friend left his portion of the bill in cash (which we all counted) and left. The guy then came out yelling that we were short. No way to prove it my dad paid it just so we can leave. All in all this was a terrible experience for all of us and as long time customer's, we most definitely will not be coming back. read more
