Love a local neighborhood spot! The staff is so friendly here! We sat on the patio and enjoyed some beautiful weather. I ordered an Iced Coffee, the Jalapeño Biscuits and Gravy and a side pancake. I would want the jalapeño gravy to be wayyy spicier! The side pancake was okay but I would've liked more fluff. Overall, everything was tasty, and it was extremely affordable which is definitely refreshing these days. I will definitely be back as this is super close to our place! read more

The experience at Hollan Dazed was good. Service was very kind. The only thing I'd be critical about with the breakfast itself was their hash browns were not really crispy at all. Usually I ask for hash browns extra crispy but I didn't this time but I wasn't expecting it to just not even be crispy at all. Friendly and inviting service. Nice selection on the menu. My one hold back was the eggs Benedict. The hollandaise was practically tasteless. It need some zest or dill or flavor. This is a solid brunch spot in Broomfield. We went on a Saturday morning and waited about 20 minutes for a table. Our server was very friendly and the food came out in a reasonable time. The menu is huge, so there is something for everyone. I ordered the french toast breakfast and our server recommended to try the Apple Pie french toast and it was delicious. This is located on our corner near our home so we are glad we have a good breakfast spot nearby. They are always busy on weekends, and not empty during the week. They serve consistently good food with good service. The same ladies have been working there for the past few years. They are all friendly. They always run old Price is Right episodes on the tv in the corner, which I love. My favorite item is the Holly omelette. Bacon, spinach, mushrooms, onions, Swiss with hollandaise over the top. Red potatoes on the side and pretty decent coffee. My only complaint is they give everyone a straw with their water. This is very wasteful, I wish they made them optional. I always forget to ask for no straw. read more

What a FABULOUS brunch!!!! Food was fresh, yummy and well priced for the portions and quality. The pancakes were homemade, I had the chicken w country sausage gravy, fresh fruit and my friend had the veggie egg scramble. Both outstanding!!! Another plus was the waitstaff. Everyone in this place was SO HAPPY!! There was an amazing energy that added to the experience. I met Mauve, an owner and congratulated her on her restaurant. The water has a taste....It's copper, I had multiple glasses of water reissued to me and they all tasted like they came out of a leaking pipe from the apocalypse.I highly recommend this place if your body can survive without water....Also if your taste buds got burnt in a tragic freak accident during your youth.I came here with three people and one got a cinnamon roll ,the other got biscuits and gravy and I had gotten the country biscuits. I'll start this part off by first saying everything we got was honestly disrespectful to put on a plate. The cinnamon roll was dry and taste as if they had bought the pastry across the street at king supers then served. All the biscuits AND all the gravy were cold and tasted like nothing while also being dry at the same time.Honestly impressive. This on top of the toxic waste they called water created a pretty darn bad experience for me and my family. read more

Our second time here and it was just as good as the first, the first time we came we got the jalapeno biscuits and gravy, my husband isn't usually a fan of chorizo (I am) but he loved it, and so did I. This time we got the Mexican Benedict and a side of jalapeno bacon. This place has more than met and exceeded our expectations. Stopped here for a quick lunch break from work w/ my s/o because the reviews were top tier. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint! I got the Caprese Panini & he got the Monte Cristo Panini. My wife & I had breakfast the first time at Holla Dazed today. No wait on a Monday morning @ 9:00, welcoming staff and large menu. It is a large enough restaurant that you could easily meet with 10 people for breakfast. Clean and bright, the front is all glass, assuring plenty of sunlight. My wife had a waffle meal which included eggs to order (she had scrambled) and sausage for meat. She was very satisfied with both taste and quantity of food. I had the strawberry French toast meal, including 2 medium fried eggs and sausage. Again, very good taste and ample quantity. We both thought their coffee was really good, too. It was better than the standard brands of coffee that many places serve. Our server was pleasant and attentive, checking on us soon after we began eating and returning twice to refill coffees and water. One of the owners checked on us at the end of our meal. It is locally owned which is always a plus to me. We thought it was great and will be back. read more
