This place is amazing. I am boring, just the classic with crispy bacon, and sourdough toast. But it is all made just right. If you TELL them exactly what you want they WILL do it. Lots of menu items are spectacular and the celebration pancake is fabulous. The splash of orange is almost straight champagne but some color for the nadderig naybobs of negativity. Been at least 15 times, never disappointed, except they don't have Mr. Pibb or Dr. Pepper. But the atmosphere, the staff, the decor, all excellent. I was staying in the area and wanting to pick up breakfast to-go, and Snooze seemed like the best option! I've been to other location in the U.S. before, so I placed an order online first pickup. It said it would be ready in 12 min, so I walked over with my dogs. When I arrived, I called the host stand to see if they could bring it out to me (that way I wouldn't need to figure out tying the dogs somewhere) and they were nice enough to bring it out. I ordered a latte and a breakfast sandwich (the Sandwich I Am), which came with hash browns. When I opened the package, it looked like the sandwich had been deconstructed (it possibly shifted when I was walking home), so I quickly put it back together. We so enjoy coming to this location. We have been to a number of them throughout the Denver metro area as well as out of state. This one has always been our favorite. This morning we went to our location in Westminster, to be seated at the booth that was just fine by us. We were of course greeted at the door. I asked for a booth for the two of us, and that's exactly what we got...a huge booth for the two of us. We were then greeted by our waitress/server. Her name was Charlene R, who was magnificent. Thanks to her for taking such good care of us, and kudoos for doing such a great job. The food was just how we like it: well prepared, warm to temperature, and very tasty. The coffee was excellent. I had decaf, which many times is a little strong to my taste, but this time it was well brewed. I had the biscuits and gravy, which is one of the favorites at many restaurants. If I can be somewhat critical (and not a part of the food and service), I am a little concerned about the tables, the booths, and the total atmosphere of the establishment. The booths in the front and around are showing a lot of wear. Something needs to be taken care of for future business. I wouldn't want to see a loss of business because these aren't being taken care of. This is mainly why I didn't give 5 stars. read more

Update: Apparently I was far from alone on the disappointment about vegan options going away, and Snooze opted to keep the vegan pancakes. They also have tofu scramble and plant-based chorizo on the menu, which you can sub to make a ton of their options vegan. I'm including a photo of the Sweet Potato Veggie Mash-Up with tofu replacing the egg. This is after I already ate some, so it's not plated as well as it was out of the kitchen. Food is still great. This place is nice, trendy and friendly. Was looking for a breakfast spot since we were staying a hotel near by in the area as we were from out of town. The food here was okay. I was kind of disappointed in my "chorizo" burrito as I was expecting actual chorizo and not Soyrizo. Also the eggs inside looked like they were from a carton. It was okay but just not for me and for what I expected. My uncle had a their pancake breakfast platter in which he said it was good. It's a nice place inside overall, very trendy and nice. But most of all he was personable, his demeanor was delightful. He really enjoys his job and it reflects in the service to his customers!!!! The food was hot when it was served. The single pancake I ordered was the best pancake I have probably had in my entire life and I've eaten a few. Joseph S. did such a great job with our breakfast on Friday that we had to come back before leaving town on Sunday morning to try the Pancake of the Week. We joined the waitlist from my phone before leaving our hotel and arrived at the restaurant to be whisked past the long line of people waiting and were seated instantly. Taylor was our waitress this time and she did a great job and was very friendly and personable. We very much enjoyed our experience with Taylor and the food was amazing. What a lovely experience! I'm in Denver visiting family, and my sister brought us here. We got a "flight" of pancakes for the table, and they were incredible! We also had multiple allergies at the table, and the manager Kristyn came over to verify our needs. I appreciated her attention! Overall, and most importantly, we had delicious food and awesome drinks. The cherry on top was our kind server, Taylor B, who was absolutely awesome. The ambiance is cozy and friendly. Visiting from out of town and was recommended this place by a friend of ours. First walk in and there are various lgbtq+ signs and flags at the hostess stand. In a world full of unnecessary hatred, already I loved this place for that. The menu looked incredible, as an extremely picky eater, I wanted at least five different dishes. Our waiter, Joseph, was very kind and friendly & helped me pick out what I would enjoy the most. He even brought us the best hot sauce after we asked for some that ended up tasting incredible on our eggs. I was so disappointed we came here on our last full day in CO. So disappointed that we decided we would go back the next morning before heading to the airport. I love this place! Everything was very good, their pancakes are delicious but is super sweet! It's very cute and cozy in there, and everything is quite healthy. They do cage free eggs, as well as a lot of other options for food. There isn't much option for gluten free though. Their matcha is very good as well as their chai tea. Our favorite dish from that night is 100% the biscuits and gravy. There's something in their gravy I haven't been able to get from anywhere else. It's amazing! So yummy, and super filling. It's very cold in there, so please bring a jacket as well. I saw multiple others freezing their butts off! That's my only thing, because sometimes it can make eating hard because you're just shivering and not focused on anything else :) read more

Be warned, it is best to make a reservation when you're going for brunch because it gets really busy and expect to a long wait if you're just walking in.
