Just moved to the area and thought what a good night for dinner and a movie. The Stillery just happens to be next to AMC so it was the perfect spot. Impressed by the service, both quick and efficient and extremely friendly and chipper. We had a Philly cheesesteak which I would rate a 9 out of 10. So good and my wife had a steak sandwich which I got to eat all the pieces of tender steak that fell out of the bun. It was overloaded (to my advantage). Live music playing and he was good and not too loud. Lots of tvs playing all kinds of sports. The Apricot Blonde on tap was a winner. What wasnt to love about this joint. I picked up a Togo order of the loaded fries and the dessert beignets. The fries described on menu, "3 cheeses,bacon, roasted jalapeños". The cheese was not melted enough. One of the cheeses was gunky, cold, odd tasting, almost like a nacho cheese or queso but not. Very little bacon and the "roasted jalapeños" were definitely canned green chilies which did not taste good. IF ordered HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASKING FOR SHREDDED CHEESE ON FRIES ONLY!!! And maybe some pickled or fresh jalapeños instead. The beignets were soft and came w a cream dip plenty for 2-3 people. They had a donut taste to them. I waited at the door for about 5 min for someone to grab my order and about 5 min to get my change but the staff was nice. read more

Well it looks like country wants its Colorado back. This place feels like a copy of what people used to describe country eateries in social media, and it was good. The place had some square dancing before the bands started kicking off. So once we got seated, the ebtertainment started. The band was very good, and had no reservations in sharing their patriotic views in front of everyone. I can respect that. Once our food came in, it arrived hot and quickly. Came here to get some lunch after seeing a movie with a friend. I had tried the other food spots in the immediate area but had yet to try The Stillery so I figured we could give it a go. First thing I noticed is that the vibe very much does match a place that you would find in Nashville. It had the live music going for it even during lunch (went on a Saturday) and by the end of our meal people were getting up and dancing near the stage. The interior is huge and I can imagine if you come here for drinks late at night, you will have a pretty good time. For lunch however, it left some things to be desired. Service was slow both to get a spot to sit (ended up doing the bar at my friend's preference) and the bartender wasn't too swamped but I felt like he didn't really get to us very often or fast but he was nice enough. It seems like a few regulars were there and he was chatting them up. Not a big complaint but does factor into my rating slightly. I ordered a beer and noticed right away that the glass was very dirty looking (could have been water spots only) but I was a bit shocked by feel and look of it. I'm not someone that notices this sort of thing often so take that as you will. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. He asked if I wanted it normal buffalo hot or Nashville style (supposedly hotter). I went with Nashville style. The sandwich came out and it was covered in sauce which doesn't strike me as Nashville style but the heat was decent. The flavor was not good though. It seemed like maybe it was a mix of buffalo sauce and Nashville spice underneath but that wasn't doing it for me. Also, they put lettuce and tomato on the sandwich which I didn't notice on the menu but maybe should have had a more watchful eye. Didn't seem very authentic for a place that is trying for Nashville as a theme. I wouldn't come back here for food ever or recommend it for food but I bet it would be fun as a late night drink spot. read more

I went in yesterday for a quick drink and a bite to eat with a friend. The restaurant was very quiet with only a few other people in. The bartender got our drinks quickly. We ordered one double shot, one double tequila soda, and a salad with chicken. The bartenders were doing a shift change, so the bartender asked if we can close out with her. We did and when I got the bill, I was shocked. It was $76. At first, I thought she gave me the wrong bill, but after looking it over this establishment charges their double drinks like we're in Vegas or a high-end restaurant in Denver. This is essentially a fast casual restaurant, pretty much gives dive bar feels and its right next to a movie theater in Westminster. When I asked about the prices the bartender became uncomfortable. The funny thing is I've actually been to this bar a few times before and always order the same drinks and I've never had this problem with the prices. From this experience alone, I probably will never go back or ever suggest anybody to go there. It's sad because they actually seem to have a pretty good menu and do live music. read more

I witnessed something on 5/16/26 that makes me never want to go back. Staff were all outside drinking (in their uniforms) partying, being loud. I have witnessed other staff in the past being drunk on the job as well, he called himself Guadalupe as he was literally stumbling at 11am on a Sunday. Watched him take additional shots during that shift. Didn't say anything then, because no patrons were assaulted. I had to speak up this time! Now for what happened on 5/16/26 From what I saw, kids were at the top of the parking garage throwing water balloons. The first round of balloons didn't seem to upset anyone besides a man with his dog. Then the second round was much different. The kids threw the balloons that then hit the fire pit, causing another patron. He left, came back and let them know he was burned, I watched him turn around, show them what looked to me a hole in his pants and said he had a burn on his leg. The response of the staff was "kids will be kids" they did not acknowledge he was burned, did not offer anything to him, Just basically laughed in his face. In my opinion, this is absolutely unacceptable, a liability, unprofessional and so many other things. The staff did nothing to help this customer and he had every right to be as pissed off as he was. I agree with the other review posted in regards to food, disgusting. No back to Nashville, you should be called "The Roadhouse" with this kind of behavior at the Westminster Promenade, a family friendly area. I will NEVER be back. I hope others read this and avoid this place, next time it might be not be a water balloon, but a hard object which could be deadly. read more

Went a few days ago while visiting Colorado for a softball tournament. Got a cheesesteak sandwich..... one side had ok amount of meat but the other half had 3 small slivers of meat. I was in to eat tonight with my two uncles. I ordered the hot chicken salad wrap with no tomatoes or onions. It arrived with everything on it. The hostess ran our food so I asked if she could please send our waitress over. She didn't arrive for 15 minutes at which point my uncles were done eating. I asked that she just remake it to go. I didn't realize until I got home that it was wrong again. She didn't give a discount or offer to comp the wrong item, and I had to sit there while the rest of my table ate. We tried a few of the regular brunch places around Westminster but the wait was sooo looong for Sunday brunch at 11am! A quick call to the Stillery to make a reservation and inquire on wait times yielded a laugh and a reply of zero minutes... So turns out the Stillery has a short but good brunch menu, zero wait, and great service! The ambiance is large sports bar and grill casual. But it was just fine for brunch too. We all enjoyed our brunch and the fast and free refills on coffee. Recommended! (minus one star due to the crap hot sauce choices. Note to chef - I was offered 4 hot sauce choices, including the house hot wing sauce, all of which were nearly identical. Heavy on the vinegar and salt, very sharp heat with no flavor or subtlety. One or two hot sauces that are the same as Tabasco are plenty. Also, IMHO, Cholula and Tapatio are crap. How about something with more flavor and depth, and less vinegar and sharp heat?) read more

We went to eat with a group of 8 before a movie. Our server was friendly and great throughout the meal! However, I had a frustrating experience with the payment process. As a party of 8, and when it was time to pay, our server brought over a handheld tablet with each check already pulled up and ready for payment. We were not given itemized receipts, and nobody mentioned that gratuity had already been added. Because of that, ALL people in our group added additional tips without realizing gratuity was already included. In my case, I tipped an additional $10 because I believed I was tipping on a $23 bill. I later discovered the total already included gratuity. As someone who has works in a restaurant that uses gratuity myself, guests should be shown an itemized receipt or informed that gratuity has been added before being asked to tip again. When I called the restaurant to ask about it, I was disappointed with the manager's response. Rather than acknowledging the concern or apologizing for the confusion, he seemed irritated and simply asked me for information about the transaction. He's lucky I'm really nice the way he was talking to me was so unprofessional. I'm not upset that gratuity was added to a large party check, that's completely understandable. My issue is the lack of transparency during the payment process. If you're dining with a larger group and paying on a handheld tablet, I would recommend asking whether gratuity has already been included before adding an additional tip. Again our server was awesome and deserved a good tip but it shouldn't have gone like this. Manger should def handled that with more grace than he did. read more

This place is great for the live music. If you have a fish food allergy DO NOT EAT HERE. They fry everything in the same oil that they fry the fish in. I've eaten here multiple times and came home sick every single time I had their French fries. I wanted to love this place but heir food is extremely hit or miss, and after getting sick a few times and finding beard hair in my Philly cheesesteak on another occasion.... We brought a group of 44 to the Stillery on a Sunday night of a holiday weekend. We had a hockey team and all of their family in town for a tournament. The staff set up the team at one big table and parents nearby at a bunch of smaller tables. They took orders according to player number so they could easily split checks at the end. We had about 1.5 hours to eat before our next game and the Stillery had us in and out in record time. The food was varied enough to accommodate everyone and we had a great time listening to live music. The kids even danced a little. OK so we've been a few times now and the service is usually great. This last time was a little rough. Servers kept walking by and we had been seated for at least ten minutes. Finally someone walked over and noticed we didn't even have water. She was super apologetic and even though we weren't in her section she took care ofuis for the night. We are very understanding people. Sh*t happens and we would never take it out on the server. Some people on here are so quick to jump in give a horrible review. Give people a chance and instead let's tell them what's they're doing right. The bacon jalapeño rangoons are a must! It's like a popper in a fried wonton. So good I'm going to make my own version on game day! And we recommend The Sticky Sweet pizza. Pepperoni, jalapeños, feta, and hot honey!Delicious combination of flavors. Went on a Sunday, place was dead. They had live country music which was really good. Even though the place was dead it still took awhile to get seated, weird... I had the pimento cheese burger which was not very good, meat tasted like it had freezer burn. My daughter had a Caesar salad which was awful, honestly it tasted like a lemon fish salad... My wife hade the chicken pesto sandwich which she said was good. The service was not bad. I will say I left feeling dissatisfied with the overall experience. Any of the salads can be done in oversized wrap. Way good and excellent idea, huge wrap. My wife got the salmon, prepared perfectly and full of flavor. Came here around noon on a Saturday for lunch and had a great time! We must have come at a good time because it was not busy at all but the place filled up by 1. Our server also told us that the place gets filled up by night because of the live music. The live music was amazing too! We ordered the nachos for the table and they were AMAZING. Met some friends there for lunch, at my suggestion. Probably will not go back. I ordered the Asian salad that was supposed to come with shredded chicken and a ginger-sesame dressing. It did not come with shredded chicken. It came with chunks of chicken that had been marinated in red pepper chili sauce. The menu does not mention the fact that the chicken is marinated in a spicy sauce. Fortunately, I'm not allergic to chilis, but if I was, it would've been a problem, so I am the builders to why they would invite that kind of liability instead of just having an accurate description on the menu. There may have been a lovely ginger-sesame vinaigrette, but the spicy chili sauce killed the taste. In addition, I am not fond of chunks of chicken. It reminds me of the machine separated chicken, like in Campbell's soup. Initially, service was lacking, possibly because we were the only table on the patio outside. I had to go inside to the bar to ask for water refills, and for someone to take our order. I can't remember who ended up taking care of us, but she was very good. Stopped by the Stillery this evening. I only purchased drinks so, I cannot speak on their food. For a weekday night, there was a decent crowd there. The bar service was fast and friendly and they had live music. It was very clean and nice inside. I was honestly expecting a little more from the decor and overall vibe. Besides the one neon sign, there are no decorations or anything making it seem 'southern'. I was surprised just because they advertise as a Tennessee distillery. It was kind of boring inside and more fancy than I expected. No pool tables, no mechanical bull, just a bunch of tables. There is a small dance floor and patio. We were there on a Saturday afternoon. Food was great. Service was great. We ate inside, and there was live entertainment which is nice, but it made it difficult to talk and hear each other. I felt like the prices seemed a little higher than expected. I had the Thai Chicken Salad. It was excellent and so large that I could not finish it. The Jalapeño poppers were great.
