This place is so cool! Clearly a lot of thought went into the concept, especially the two private game rooms that are perfect for D&D or other TTRPGs. Came here with some friends to hang out and play board games. There's food and drinks, seemingly catered towards early 20-somethings. We just went next door to CDs Wings for dinner. The bartender was nice. I had a few cans of beer (they only have cans and bottles) which were maybe nerd themed? There's games for rental, though we brought our own, and all the tables have drawers and cup holders. Overall fun community space I'd be down to visit more often, especially when everyone wants to take a break from hosting!

I'm a nerd and so are all of my friends. My friend brought me here for a game night; we rented the forest room, a private game room, and enjoyed snacks and drinks. I had the loaded tots, cider with fireball, portal cake (cheesecake with fruit and glitter), pretzels...all kinds of things. My daughter had the cinnamon rolls and ice cream and that was great too. The staff is delightful and the tavern is so much fun. We were in the forest room, but both of them have decor, props and can close off for you to host a D&D session or whatever you please. My kids were losing their minds at the idea of bringing their own game groups here (as was I) and we had so much fun! We will be back. Often.

Very cool spot! They have tons of games to choose from and you just have to make a couple purchases for food/ drinks. They also have private game rooms if you want to host a bigger event. The food and drinks were pretty reasonable and good. Definitely a place to check out!

Thanes table is a great place to go and do something besides just drink, because they have such fun games. Today I had their gf tuxedo cake and the chai latte and it was yummy. Honestly all their food and drinks are kind of expensive but you are paying for the ability to play their games too. They started keeping most of their games behind the counter because people kept stealing pieces :( but the bar tenders are helpful in choosing a game and you can check one out with an ID.

A great new bar/restaurant/gaming establishment. They have two large tables suitable for RPG playing or board games. The smaller 4-6 tops have slide out trays for food so you can eat while you play!!! Prompt service and great food.

This was such a cool spot to visit! The employees were friendly and accommodating, the food was great ( we got the flatbread pizzas ), the drinks were fun and delicious, and the games were fun! We really enjoyed the atmosphere and will definitely return.

A great game spot with great accommodations. Fun menu items with thematic names. Even had a build your own flatbread by rolling dice to make your selections. Next board game night should be here. Support local business.

Went to thanes for the first time yesterday (June 2). I LOVED IT. The decorations and everything were amazing. We ordered several different drinks and they were all phenomenal. We ordered a bunch of food too and it was so good! I highly recommend the buttery beer, mana potion, and anything with brisket. It was also awesome how big the tables were so me and my friends could eat drink and play card games! Definitely will be returning

Their menu lets you know that they worked hard on your drink yesterday because they use technology that requires planning and uses custom refrigeration to serve cocktails at a perfect temperature and create dilution levels so they can do cool things to give you a balanced cocktail in a "matter of seconds." Always adventurous, I tried their Sour Cream & Onion Martini. Our server advised that I try a small sip first. I loved it. I can see why it would not be for everyone. The flavor notes were strong and intense but true to the name, so much so that it was like drinking a bag of Lay's Sour Cream & Onion potato chips. Yum! My next adventure for my palate was from the sour section, The Cherry Sour. Full of carbonated foam when first served, this cocktail was a nice and refreshing balance. Semi-precious provides a venue that is easy to nestle into, sip on some unique cocktails, and enjoy the company of friends.

That's when I came across Dearly Departed and I'm so glad I did. We arrived right when they opened at 5pm and were able to walk in and be seated immediately. The speakeasy is tucked into the underground portion of the restaurant, which adds to the charm. The space is beautifully decorated, moody, intimate, and effortlessly upscale. It truly sets the tone the moment you walk down. We ordered two spritzes and a charcuterie board, and both exceeded expectations. The drinks were refreshing, perfectly balanced, and felt elevated without being overcomplicated. But the real star was the charcuterie board. For $20, it was an incredible value, stacked with a variety of meats, cheeses, fresh veggies, nuts, and peppers. The freshly grilled bread was a standout touch, and the portions were more than generous. Every bite felt thoughtfully curated, and there was something new and delicious in every corner of the board. Between the ambiance, the quality of the drinks, and the impressive food, Dearly Departed delivered an experience that felt both cozy and refined. I'd absolutely recommend checking it out for the atmosphere alone. I'm already looking forward to going back and trying more from their menu.

Cozy spot for some classy bites and cocktails. I think I probably got off on the wrong foot when I asked for sparkling water instead of flat and found out it was $7 per personal mini bottle (and they don't have club soda). My first time encountering that in Denver in the last 14 years... The cocktail concept is cool: pick a classic, slightly updated, or super creative version from 5 categories (martini, old fashioned, sour, spritz, highball). The spicy mango sour (with mezcal) was awesome -- although I expected egg white on a sour. The martinis were ok... a bit of a let-down in today's collection of Denver martinis at other local spots (think anchovy, sour cream and onion, holy trinity, and old bay). The food was also hit or miss. We loved the cauliflower/potato Bravas with the slightly spicy sauce, as well as the croquettes and their sauce. The tuna crudo was super bland, which is disappointing for $19.

When I sat down and started looking at the menu and saw that there were so many different classics to choose from as well as some twists on new flavors. I was pretty excited to try this place out. I was not crazy about the chips and salsa. The chips are really hard. And the salsa is extra spicy, which is completely unnecessary. So we just didn't eat much of that. Put her food didn't come out quickly and it was hunt and it was very good. I had to cheese enchiladas and I cleaned my plate. My date had a burrito. Smothered and it looked. Super yummy. It was really good. I was very surprised at how good it was and how it hit home. I'm used to eating Mexican food in Mexico and in Texas and this was fabulous. I decided to take a nostalgic turn and asked for something inspired by an Orange Julius.
