Tried to tell the person at the door and was told to call the manager. Called manager multiple times and then asked to speak with someone else. Long story longer -- never heard back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Had to ask the ppl sitting at our "reserved" table to move and they ran to management to complain. Our "other" table was also full of ppl. Waitress never acknowledged us but served other tables. Won't be back and telling everyone about our experience.

The venue sound level was much too loud for the amount of people (maybe 30) in attendance on 7-18-26. A professional sound technician would have known this! I had to put in ear plugs just to survive it! The price for a beer in a plastic cup was much too high! The beer was not as cold as it should have been! It should be between 36 - 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Is there a problem with the cooler? The bar was not well stocked! The table that we sat at was sticky! No one cares enough to clean things up? We sat at that table for several hours and no one stopped by to ask if we would like anything from the bar, so we had to get our drinks ourselves. I did see at least two waitresses serving tables close to the dance floor! Were we not important enough to have a waitress? I witnessed door men/women allowing their friends into the bar without charging them a cover! No, they didn't have wristbands. That's fair ... right? I witnessed bar staff drinking ... probably not a good business practice! The men's room clearly hasn't been THOROUGHLY cleaned in some time as the smell of urine was intense!!! The general cleanliness of the venue was lacking and if it is this bad at front of house, how bad is it in the kitchen? I like to add any positives that I see when giving a review ... just to be fair. The facility has been upgraded over the years with relocation of the sound booth, a MUCH better sound system, new stage lighting and new seating where the old sound booth used to be. With that said, Rob and Lori should reconsider the current state of their business! I remember Friday and Saturday nights at Cheers when it was standing room only, GREAT music and smiling faces!!!! Thank you for your attention to this review!

We all had a fun time! My husband really enjoyed the level of competition and sportsmanship. On the sidelines, everyone was friendly and there was ample space for my baby and I to spread out, play with toys, keep our stroller undisturbed, and walk around if she was fussy. Bathrooms were spacious enough to bring the stroller in one stall with me and there was a changing table. Loved how family friendly it was! My only qualms are 1) the website is not very clear on directions to participate in any competition format. I got the scoop when I called so it was fine, but wording could be better and 2) I'm not sure "food" should be in the name here as I don't think any was for sale besides chips. Totally fine to be a pickleball joint with a bar, just felt a little misleading with the name. All's to say, we will absolutely be back!

The staff was college students, so don't expect a mind-blowing customer service experience. Pro tip: If you're staying for less than two hours there's usually some free parking across Broadway.

You get a table for an hour! And for only like 6 bucks. Much better than waiting for a table downtown for half an hour, only to play one game. If you're a decent player, like myself, you could easily play 6 games in the hour, a dollar per game... unless you decide to play against a noob. The tables are also larger and slicker than the tables you'd find at the pub or at sundown. There's only 6 tables though. That's pretty good in comparison to the pub, but it's a shame to show up to a full house, albeit's never happened to me. Don't spend a dime on food or drink here though, it's outrageously overpriced. Far better to appropriately pre-game before arriving is my suggestion.

Seems like a good place to watch a game on the weekend. Considering who was present, playing the absolute dumbest, worst purple drank brain rot hip hop made absolutely no sense. I ordered some wings. They were cooked fine, but the dry rub was so salty it burnt my tongue and I ended up having to peel much of the crispy skin off which was annoying. The raw carrots were all white and curled, meaning they'd been sitting around a few days, at least. The fries looked gorgeous but oddly had zero flavor, and ironically not nearly enough salt. Seems like a chill local hang out spot for some working bros but no reason to come here for any other reason.
