The venue sound level was much too loud for the amount of people (maybe 30) in attendance on 7-18-26. A professional sound technician would have known this! I had to put in ear plugs just to survive it! The price for a beer in a plastic cup was much too high! The beer was not as cold as it should have been! It should be between 36 - 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Is there a problem with the cooler? The bar was not well stocked! The table that we sat at was sticky! No one cares enough to clean things up? We sat at that table for several hours and no one stopped by to ask if we would like anything from the bar, so we had to get our drinks ourselves. I did see at least two waitresses serving tables close to the dance floor! Were we not important enough to have a waitress? I witnessed door men/women allowing their friends into the bar without charging them a cover! No, they didn't have wristbands. That's fair ... right? I witnessed bar staff drinking ... probably not a good business practice! The men's room clearly hasn't been THOROUGHLY cleaned in some time as the smell of urine was intense!!! The general cleanliness of the venue was lacking and if it is this bad at front of house, how bad is it in the kitchen? I like to add any positives that I see when giving a review ... just to be fair. The facility has been upgraded over the years with relocation of the sound booth, a MUCH better sound system, new stage lighting and new seating where the old sound booth used to be.
