I came on a Friday evening hoping for happy hour but there was none. However drinks weren't expensive but I just moved here from Las Vegas so not sure what cheap is here. It was very busy and only had 1 and then 2 waitresses. People really enjoyed the karaoke that starts at 6pm. read more

PLEASE BRING BACK THE CONSISTENTLY GREAT FOOD!!!! First, I want to mention that I have many great memories shared with great friends at this place! Lively atmosphere and fun vibes with the family too. But I want to provide an honest perspective of my recent experience: Historically, I have enjoyed some excellent food and service here, but sadly my most recent dining experience about a month ago wasn't even decent - we ordered a ton of food and drinks but didn't eat 3/4 of the multiple meals we ordered due to poor taste, quality, appearance, and weak portions. The food looked like it was thrown together poorly without care, overcooked, or sat in the window for a long period of time. Our server was very sweet and prompt with our drinks so we didn't even think to complain, but the takeaway on food was disappointing for this particular visit. I excused it by assuming the kitchen either had new staff or just were overwhelmed with orders (although it wasn't terribly busy). Things happen! One day I will give the food another chance in hopes it was a one-off experience, but strictly with goal of getting the same outcome I have enjoyed in the past. Seriously, when it is good, it is GOOD! Another thing to consider, they are a seeming regular spot for karaoke groupies and connoisseurs, so if that's not your jam you may want to scope their schedule before visiting. Although we are not super fans of karaoke, we have been pleasantly surprised in the past by some performers (while we enjoyed the hot wings!) Check it out! Fingers crossed my date night was just a fluke of an experience, because this little spot is a good time and I really want to enjoy some grub there again soon! read more

*GREAT SPOT* I've been coming here for about a year now and every time is a good experience. The staff is extremely friendly and kind, the food is incredible, and the prices are very reasonable. Myself and a few coworkers come by for lunch at least once a week, and I've visited a couple of times in the evening and on weekends for karaoke when this place transforms into a lively atmosphere of fun, drinks, and good times. read more

The food was not good and some of it was even a little burnt...it wasn't terrible tasting but i wouldn't say it was exactly good. It also took a pretty long time. The service wasn't so bad. Some of the waiters weren't very nice but most of them were decent. The views were bad. I mean there wasn't much to look at through a small window. The lights looked cheap but they did the job. And there wasn't very many plants or any nature things like that. read more

the bartenders were GREAT even when busy and expressed that and doing their best. DJ.. terrible. I waited an hour to sing and then told me he wouldn't do my song since someone had already dang it that day... my friends and I have been at this location well over 4hrs and had not hear that song. He would not let me sing unless I picked something else and how he handled it was just plain tacky I WILL NOT COME BACK. Karaoke should be pure fun and he was not read more

Park Centre Lounge is the Best Karaoke Bar Westminster Denver metro area. It was established in 1984 and is still going strong because of the great service, food, and energetic atmosphere. We advertise that we have the Best Restaurant in Westminster and the Best Karaoke bar Westminster Denver because this is the feedback that we hear so often from customers. We are known as the "hidden jewel" and have been a local favorite restaurant and bar. This is the kind of place you go to if you want to feel comfortable and have a blast. Great menu options The menu has so many choices to choose from. It was kind of hard to read the menu. They had a large variety of draft beers, which was very cool for a small spot. They did have an open patio, the waitress that we ended up with did not seem very friendly with us, checked on us once, and left us alone after that... I don't if it was because we are Mexican but she did not seem very friendly at all! ME personally, it doesn't matter if I'm there to eat or drink if I'm helping pay your way you need to come and check on our table periodically ! I said goodbye, as I always do when I leave in establishment that I've been at and got no acknowledgment whatsoever, and there was no music playing. There was no loud TVs. I was a regular here for a decade until things changed. If you're a female and want to be sexually assaulted ... your chances here are the highest. I will never go back. It has not only happened to me by a complete stranger during a visit, but I have witnessed this same foul behavior to other women and other random patrons at the bar the same night. (like another review states he witnessed as well) This place's vibes are way off now. This is a specific Park Center Lounge issue; other bars are nowhere near this extreme or as often. Creeps are everywhere but the enabling of these creeps is why it is so bad here now. This is a choice that Park Centre Lounge makes. I told the manager what happened since I had a witness to the assault. The witness who was also a stranger to me said he saw it and wanted to help. After the assault the "guy" then found me and then started harassing me verbally. With all that info and a witness to both events - the manager decided to do nothing. What the manager did was get aggressive with me and threaten to kick me out. At minimum the manager could have spoken to the witness who saw the assault, or gotten the bouncer. The manager instead was more interested in aggressively threatening and silencing me. His mind was made up. Stay away from this place. Park Center Lounge consciously chooses to be unsafe place and harmful for women. The manager is scum. If you value your worth, a women's worth, and safety, I would stay far away from this place. read more

After buying a round for my friends and another drink for myself, on my third order, the bartender accused me of stealing my drink. I had given her my card, and she had scanned it. This is clearly shown in my bank records, as she later refunded the drink I never got. She must have lost the receipt, leading to our argument. When I attempted to clarify that she must've lost the receipt, she had the bouncers roughly remove me from the bar. One called me a "faggot." They threw me to the ground on the hard concrete, and I received head injuries. I have never in my life been so treated at any business or bar. I went there for the karaoke, ignoring the seedier element of the bar, but I guess if you lay with dogs, you get fleas. I would warn others of this place and its unprofessional, hateful staff. To further point out their ignorance, I'm straight and married. I am an educated professional from Broomfield, CO, and I find it deplorable that any business would be this incompetent and abusive. Update: They actually charged me for the third drink that I never received. Classy place. How they managed that if I stole it, I'll never know. Be warned. read more

This place used to be awesome. I loved coming here with coworkers after a rough day and letting loose. Unfortunately, I believe the sons of the previous owner took over a few years ago and this place continually goes down hill since that change. They try to sell overpriced, poorly made cocktails, when all anyone actually wants is a bud light. The food has changed, and it's definitely not worth how much they charge. Employees seem to never to stay. Some of my long time favorites aren't there anymore. They used to have some pretty good karaoke guys, but it seems they let them go as well. It makes me wonder what those new owners are doing that makes everyone leave. This is a dive bar. Quit trying to be something you are not. read more

Terrible service, rude staff, and weak, overpriced drinks. Even worse, the food made my wife and I sick. This bar has karaoke and almost nothing else to offer. The atmosphere has not been updated since the early 80s. It is crowded and this makes the service spotty at best. Had my 30th bday here and it was an unforgettable (even after taking shots) experience!! I was able to easily make a reservation online for 15 people! I visited here for the first time tonight with a friend because he had said their would be karaoke. He was right, since they do karaoke every night after 8 pm. There was a pretty long wait to sing, but I had fun anyway. The service was very attentive and kept a clean place. Will definitely go again. read more

I did see at least two waitresses serving tables close to the dance floor! Were we not important enough to have a waitress? I witnessed door men/women allowing their friends into the bar without charging them a cover! No, they didn't have wristbands. That's fair ... right? I witnessed bar staff drinking ... probably not a good business practice! The men's room clearly hasn't been THOROUGHLY cleaned in some time as the smell of urine was intense!!! The general cleanliness of the venue was lacking and if it is this bad at front of house, how bad is it in the kitchen? I like to add any positives that I see when giving a review ... just to be fair. The facility has been upgraded over the years with relocation of the sound booth, a MUCH better sound system, new stage lighting and new seating where the old sound booth used to be. I appreciated the initial apology, but being charged for something that was offered as complimentary--and then being unable to reach anyone to resolve it--left me with a very negative impression.

There are TVs, that's fine, but there is no other decor inside. The walls are bare and adding some decor inside would make the 1st floor much more appealing - granted they want you upstairs for the great views of the front range. Every employee we encountered was friendly and kind, and made sure to take care of us as we enjoyed our time. We'll be back for sure, and next time with some friends.
