Buffet breakfast
Souzana V.

I was so stoked to go try this place when I looked it up, but I was a bit disappointed. Apparently, since Covid, there has been changes to the menu and they are slowly opening back up. Anyways, I got to this place first and got a table for me and the girls. The whole entire time I waited, the waiter never even came by to ask if I'd like something to drink while waiting for the others. I was thirsty. I started looking at the menu as I waited and I was not very impressed. Finally when the girls arrives and the waitress finally came by with water, we asked what the other food was that looked like a buffet. She said we could order from the menu or do the buffet for 20 per person. At this point, I told the girls it made no sense to order a sandwich for 14 bucks when I can have more choices from the buffet for 20 dollars. So, we all did the buffet. The buffet was only ok like any other hotel food places. The eggs, sausage patties, and fruit were good, but the hash browns were a bit too salty and the toast was edible. The only thing that I liked here was that we were not time restricted so we can chat all we want. Overall experience was ok. I think the wait staff can improve on their attentiveness. Hopefully, in time, this place enhances back to their menu.

Wagyu beef burger and fries! Delicious

Stayed the weekend for a spiritual retreat of sorts. Ate breakfast twice, dinner once and enjoyed 2 evenings drinking wine. Wait staff was incredible and the did was delicious. It's a bit pricey but I felt worth it for the quality and convenience.

Met some colleagues for dinner while visiting Westminster. Our team enjoys Tiller's when we are in the area. Great service and food at Tiller's. We also enjoy the atmosphere. Are you a chicken tender fan like i am??? If so, i highly suggest you try the tenders here. Arrived piping hot, not a ton of batter on them (the way i like it!), and the honey mustard sauce was awesome!! Actually my friend and i shared an order (so that we could save room for dessert!). Dessert was blueberry cobbler, topped with vanilla ice cream! Yummy! Other items our team tried and enjoyed: prime rib french dip sandwich and the fish and chips. Calamari was ok, weird portion size??? Brussel sprouts were very good - watch out, they have a kick! The biggest wow i heard at our table was for the tomato soup! Who would have known this soup could make a man so happy, but it did! We will be back!

Caramelized Pork Shank

Really pleasantly surprised. Our server Fabian (who was excellent and very attentive) recommended some great dishes. We started with the BLT deviled eggs which we were told were just like a comfort food but with bacon and that description is spot on. Then the spinach and avocado salad which had an excellent Greek yogurt dressing and was very fresh and light. The main course though was what really surprised and delighted. The pork shank was fabulous. A ultra tender, fall off the bone, giant shank with a wonderfully salty & tangy ginger soy sauce and served on a bed of mashed potatoes that were fabulous. Really satisfying meal. Super friendly staff, fast & attentive service, nice background music, and great eats. I'd definitely recommend checking this place out.

THEY CHARGE YOU FOR ICE HERE! Besides the most IDIOTIC thing I've ever come across. The food is acceptable. A bit on the salty side but it's in a hotel. It'll get the job done.

Big fan. They allow cigar smoking on the patio. Very comfy and firepits and firetowers to keep you warm. Service is top notch. The folks here are genuinely happy to have you around. It makes the place so friendly and projects a laid back vibe. The decor is modern and functional. I rarely eat in the hotels, but I find myself eating breakfast and dinner at Tillers. I hope they take good care of the staff here, they are the key ingredient to a successful bistro / bar.

Nice atmosphere, quality food, wait staff needs some work or just more of them

Quick note though, they do not pick up their phone. I called three times before heading over and it just rang straight to voicemail each time, so don't count on getting ahold of anyone. We walked in as a two top and got seated in the back room. At first I wasn't loving it since it's kind of cut off from the rest of the restaurant and the ambiance definitely takes a hit back there. But our server Tristen completely turned that around. Super knowledgeable, funny, kind, and quick. He also paid close attention to my girlfriend's allergies and made sure she could order without stressing, which I really appreciated. Food wise, everything hit. Classic steakhouse vibes in the best way. My ribeye was cooked perfectly and the mussels we started with were actually great, which you don't always expect out here in Colorado being landlocked. All in all, aside from the back room situation and the phone issue, this place delivered. Honestly feels like that space should be reserved for private events or opened up a bit. Huge shoutout to Tristen though, he alone bumped this from a solid 3 to a 4 for me.

What's a bit of a drive when you're driving to delicious shepherd's pie?…read more I thought you'd agree - totally worth it! Their scotch eggs are banging too. In fact, we didn't eat anything that wasn't well seasoned, cooked to order and authentically British. Not an easy find, if you ask me. We sat at their bar, chatted with the bartender - who was really friendly and checked on us often. The place was packed, but we got in quickly and you'd never know they were popping. Their cocktails were amazing and after some chit chat about what I liked and didn't, the suggestions were fabulous. Loved the British decor as well. Such a fun place. It was a lovely evening and we hated to leave, but we'll def be back!

The location is kind of in the middle of nowhere but that's not a bad thing. Lots of parking and outdoor space to wait for a table or pull up a chair. The service is a little stiff and slow but what can you expect from a pub style restaurant. It can get pretty busy inside especially around holidays so definitely make a reservation if you plan on having a big party or don't want to sit at the bar. As far as English/Irish food goes this the only serious contender in the area, i haven't found another UK restaurant that quite mimics the pub atmosphere as well as this one. Check it out for some stick to your ribs goodness!

Okay Chop Shop, I see you!…read more We stopped in on a random weekday evening and ordered a couple spicy margaritas, the Pork Carnitas Rice Noodle, and Bacon Ranch Chicken sandwich with Mac 'n Cheese. The Mac 'n Cheese was super tasty and my hubby enjoyed his Bacon Ranch Chicken sandwich. My Pork Carnitas Rice Noodle was bomb! It was a unique flavor profile, a little sweet, a little sour, and probably a touch oversalted but really yummy. I really liked the spice level and everything was cooked perfectly. The veg in it gave a nice crunch next to the noodles. I will definitely be back to try some more menu items!

This is a fairly small space but there are a few tables in back, which is where we sat. There were 8 of us so we split up into 2 tables. We placed all of our orders, got our drinks, and sat down. The soda fountain offers soft drinks from the Real Sugar Soda Co. It was far superior to the 2 main brands that compete. I enjoyed the change of pace. For dinner, I ordered the Crispy Fried Chicken "Specialty". The "Specialties" are basically a bowl with all of the ingredients listed stacked on top of one another. Mine had white cheddar polenta, Swiss chard with bacon, crispy chicken with gravy and chipotle honey drizzled on top. I also got a side of the tator tots that came with a spicy aioli. The meal was outstanding! I loved the variety of tastes and textures of the bowl. The honey on top was an added sweetness with a hint of heat. It was so good, as were the tator tots. The spicy aioli really added a kick and while the heat lingered a bit, it wasn't overpowering. We ended the meal with their donuts. They are cream filled with caramel drizzle. They are not too sweet and the perfect shareable dessert. If you are looking for something new, definitely try this place. I highly recommend!
