    Split pea soup

Branched out of Boulder to try Hickory and Ash. Overall greeted by friendly staff and nice environment. Great bar area. We dined on endive salad which essentially was a Ceasar salad with some endive but gave it a nice fresh taste. My son had the split pea soup which he said was delicious and some Jerk chicken which turned out to be the favorite of the meal. My steak frites was a tough piece and chewy so prob would go for the filet next time. Blueberry panna cotta for dessert was good. Overall a solid choice.

I've heard great things about this restaurant and I'm so glad we finally checked it out. The service was superb. Everyone was friendly and kind. Shout out to our server Nathaniel! He was great! The restaurant is cozy and inviting with a warm ambiance. Perfect for a date night or a fun dinner with friends. Our food and drinks were great! My husband enjoyed an old fashioned while I had a lemon drop martini. We started our dinner with a wedge salad and subbed the green goddess dressing it comes with to a traditional blue cheese. It was so fresh and delicious. I had the hanger steak with frites. It comes with an herbaceous chimichurri that was so flavorful but it did not overwhelm the steak. The steak was tender, well seasoned, and cooked perfectly! My husband enjoyed the NY strip steak with macaroni and cheese. His steak was just slightly cooked more than his liking. The Mac and cheese was so good! We definitely want to go back again!

What could have been a good thing, destroyed by Green Goddess dressing.

What the h##l happened to this place? Arguably the worst Wedge salad on the planet! What chef decided they could improve on a classic by replacing bleu cheese dressing with Green Goddess?! The sides are absolutely miserly. While the New York strip steak was done to my satisfaction, one in my party, who like me had expressed disappointment in the bizarro wedge, ordered Salmon entree, and I swear this to be the truth: it was covered with Green Goddess dressing! Another quit on her Mac and cheese dish after two bites! This place has gone down the tubes since I wrote a glowing review two years ago, is overpriced, a huge disappointment, and I won't be back!!

What a great find! I'm already looking forward to coming back! This place offers an upscale dining experience that's surprisingly affordable for the quality. A few standout dishes made the night truly memorable--our waiter, Chau, recommended the tartare, and it was fantastic, definitely one of my favorites! The filet mignon and lamb were both cooked to perfection, and the red velvet cake for dessert was the perfect sweet finish. The ambiance is lovely, adding to the whole experience, and I'd suggest making reservations to ensure a spot. Everything went smoothly, and we all left happy and satisfied. Highly recommended! Happy eating!

In town for 2 days for business. Great happy hour food however it was completely empty. I tried to eat dinner told no seats available unless I had a reservation. First available at 8PM?? Kinda a bummer since it was 5:30 and nobody eating at the time? At least All staff was pleasant and personal they are near an office bldg so I suppose it gets crowded?? I left went to Vinca and had a lovely time see that review as well

    Great menu!

The Service, food and atmosphere. 5 stars earned and 5 given. Limited hours and very much worth the visit. I will be back.

My husband and I went here during Denver Restaurant Week, so the food we had was from the special menu. We enjoyed our experience! The server was very friendly, the style and ambiance of the restaurant was super cool, and the food was delicious, if a bit rich. Definitely a nice weekend dinner date spot that we will return to! It felt upscale and classy without being too fancy. The richness of the food and the price point make this a nice occasional spot, but not a weekly place for us.

We stumbled upon this gem and found it very welcoming and comfortable. The food is simply exquisite. A full blast of flavor in all dishes and artfully plated. We did not have reservations and sat at the corner area of the bar. It was easy for conversation and offered built in entertainment as many creative drinks left for the tables.

If anything the worst part is the shopping center where the nearby stores throw you for a moment before you commit to the eclectic variety bar. Marta took cared of us and did a splendid job. We really appreciated her recommendations and looked to her for advice on the dessert menu as it was extensive. The steak was cooked to perfection with just right amount of seasoning. I didn't need any additional sauce but I heard the blue cheese crust and the bone marrow butter were both amazing, really added to their steaks. Most of us ordered the 10oz Wagyu New York. One of my favorite sides was the truffle frites that looked more like potato cubes, fried to perfection, so crispy and tasty. We also ordered the whipped potatoes and broccolini, also very good. The mood lighting is definitely adding to the upscale-ness of the restaurant, we were seated next to a cozy fireplace. Forgot to mention, we really loved the fried alligator and the beef Wellington bites as appetizers. The escargot was delicious but the snails were small without shells. Love that they added a small piece of pie crust or phyllo dough on top of the escargot to pick up the herb butter. The only thing, if I must complain, was the water. It reminded me a little bit like the swimming pool water, maybe it's PH balanced and my peasant palate was not used to it but our whole crew picked it up. The water at another fancy steak place was similar experience, so not sure if it was a steakhouse theme or just driving ppl to order other beverages... either way, it wasn't bad enough to take away a star, but be forewarned on the bleach-y water. The house made cheesecake, the crème brûlée, the biscoff mouse were all super tasty! Want to come back to check out their most ordered lava cake. Cheesecake "took the cake" for me, dense, creamy and fluffy at the same time... I know, contradictory descriptions but you have to try it to understand it. We walked through the booths which looked really nice but were sat in a different room towards the back. We ordered a bottle of wine and the mini beef Wellingtons to start. The meat was very tender. We split the 20oz ribeye steak and had the garlic whipped mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. We had ordered the steak medium well but I feel that it was well done when we got it. The sides we ordered were great! We did order the truffle butter to go along with the steak (additional $7) which was ok. The steak itself was ok. It wasn't anything to bash about. We ordered the Nutella triangles for dessert and it was too sweet for me, very odd for me to say since I have a huge sweet tooth! Our waiter checked on us a couple of times. It wasn't that busy but it seemed that service was a bit slow. As far as pricing, I do think it's overpriced for what it is. There are 5 other steakhouses that I think have better quality and are not as expensive as here.
