This is my favorite golf course grill in Denver. Their burgers are off the charts . Their service is excellent. Great daily specials.

This isn't even the restaurant in picture. This place is over priced and the service sucks.

This isn't even the restaurant in the picture. This place is overpriced, the staff rude, and sticky glass rings cover the tables.

Wreck Room is an interesting place in a somewhat difficult to find location. You can follow GPS…read moreuntil you arrive to the strip mall then you have to go to the back of the building where you will find it on the basement level. Overall, it's not really a dive bar but not a "regular" bar either. It feels like someone bought a bunch of pool tables, found a large business spot, and set up a bar without much decoration or a theme or anything else. Not saying it's a bad thing, but the place is interesting. The drinks are cheap and service is good. However, I wasn't a big fan of paying for $12/hour for pool especially on a weekday.

The establishment should have more than one employee working, especially on a Saturday night. It took a good ten minutes to order drinks and reserve a table. The bartender was polite and accommodating, seeing how obviously frazzled she was. The table was awesome, much too good for how horrible we played, haha. They have a full bar and a large selection of beverages, all well done. We didn't grab any food, so I don't know how the food fares. I wish they had a website so the place was easier to check out. We had no idea what to expect. Chad thought it was a little eerie, feeling like a random, large storage space with pool tables, and that's pretty much it. They do have a couple of skeeball machines and a golf video game, but other than that, it's a poolhall, what else would one expect?

Who knew that Christmas and Metallica could make such a fun combination, but there you have it. So much to look at you could be entertained for many rounds of beverages. We arrived for an early dinner on a weekday so things were pretty calm; good given the size of our party. I can't say it was the best old fashioned I'd ever had, but our hummus, fries mushrooms, and babaganoush were all tasty. For dinner I opted for a gyro (came with fries) and cleared my plate. Good portions, tasty, and fairly priced. I can say I've never been to a spot like this before and had a very enjoyable time!

I was torn but left my choice up to the bartender recommendation for the main, augmented with falafel. I was not disappointed. If you get stuck just flip a coin and it'll probably work out. If anything the worst part is the shopping center where the nearby stores throw you for a moment before you commit to the eclectic variety bar. Their interior decorations are a ridiculous blend of whatever holiday they have left up, and a death or 70-80s heavy metal bar. It is whimsically metal? Hard to even compare it, it works. At the bar you can get rock concerts on top of sports, again - a mix you don't get everywhere.

The games are well priced. It feels like you actually get to play games and enjoy for the amount you pay. There are so many machines and I gotta say, this place is a lot cleaner than other arcade bars with sticky floors. My favorite part of this establishment is the speciality drinks named after characters (Kirby, etc.). It makes it so fun! I also feel like the drinks are reasonably priced. I thought the servers were nice, but getting drinks took a while.

I like that it's quarters because you could bring your own stash or if you don't use all of it, you can save the quarters for next time or use it in the real world. There's a variety of games from fighting to Mario kart to a ton of music beat games. We liked the drum and this one near the bathrooms. Lots of fun games (I just don't know the names). They're very loud and colorful. If you're new, they have tutorials which is nice (also makes gameplay a little longer). Most games are like $1 for 4-5 rounds - except for Mario kart which was kind of a scam. Overall, it's a lot of fun for dates or hangouts or to play something different than pinball machines. I did see a lot of toddlers and it's not a place for toddlers. Most toddlers would ask their parents to play a game but they would get bored or confused and leave after the parent inserted the coins to play said game. Take them to Chuck E. Cheese instead or like Malibu jacks nearby.
