Super fun place to play games have drinks and a bite. The people working here were so good to us and made sure we were able to cool off from the heat outside and made sure we had some extra water to bring with us on our way out walking back. Also make sure you check out the secret room in the back. Check out all the cool games and the fun art all over the walls. And they have plenty of NA drinks as well too so lots of options to choose from here. A real delight!

3.5 stars. I used to go to the vegan place that Secret Level replaced! I never checked out the arcade in the back of the restaurant, so it's cool to see games take over the whole spot. Came here with my partner and played pretty much everything - there were some machines that seemed to eat our quarters, but oh well. Maybe they were just old. The cocktails were weak and very sweet, and they ran out of prickly pear, which is what I wanted. I'm guessing they're catered towards a younger crowd. Think capri sun and flavored vodka. But the Pickle Fries were AMAZING. I wonder if that carried over from the vegan restaurant menu. Customer service was alright. Overall glad I checked it out once!

We ended the night at Secret Level or a cocktail and some games. We entered and noticed it was a small location with limited games until we realized there was a room in the back with tons of pinball machines and other games. The bartender was attentive and made a good old fashioned. You can get $10 worth of quarters at the bar to use for the games or you can use the coin machine for smaller quantities. A fun place to do something different in Old Town Arvada other than drinking and eating.

I had the opportunity to stop in and say hello and check out the place. I remember it from back in the day that used to have live bands in there even a DJ sometimes times of changed. It's still a nice place to hang out, but there was no food there was no band the bartender was amazing. We chatted for a little bit which makes for good company when it's only yourself and the bartender, I will try to go in there again if you're in the area stop in and say hello and have a cold one. Thanks For The Read Until Next Time......

Came in to play some pinball. Cool place. Not sure what makes this place an "Arcade" other than the fact that they have some pinball machines and arcade games, but not really more than your average sports bar. The bar area is small, the arcade is small. Nothing wrong with it, but this place is tiny.

Gen-X and Millennial nostalgia that's kid friendly. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. The menu, while understandably limited at this time, is delicious! We had the waffle fries and chicken nuggs, each came with a sauce that tasted as though it were made in house. The kids (8 and 4) had a blast and we enjoyed showing them the video games of our youth. Vintage games run around $0.25, while pinball and two player Mario Kart are $1.00; rolls of quarters can be added to your bar tab. Don't fear the small venue when you enter, as there are 50% more games (mostly pinball but also pong and team PacMan!) in the somewhat hidden back room, beyond the bathrooms. We visited at around 1:30 on a Friday during the Holiday week and so I would imagine that later in the evening it's less kid friendly (again understandable with a full bar in Olde Town.).

Just outside the bar there's also seating outside and there's also another game you could play - Outdoor patio of Secret Level arcade bar features seating, string lights, and a Jenga game on a table, with neon arcade signs visible inside.

They have a lineup of fun classic arcade games in the front area near the bar, and then there's a larger space with pinball and other arcade games in the back.

Get thee to T Birds for the pork cutlet!…read more Seriously, this Midwest treat is executed perfectly, 8 oz of pork tenderloin pounded just enough to give the perfect, crispy, tender unctuous bite dressed with pickle and diced white onion. Fried at the perfect temp it's not oily, just juicy deliciousness. And OH MY WORD can you say pepperoncini aioli!! Yes please!!! But wait, there's more- dress the whole thing with a spicy, vinegary slaw and you have the sandwich of my dreams. Seriously, this is the first time I've encountered this sandwich in Denver and I'm so happy I did. We also tried to pulled pork sandwich which was nice but a little on the lean side. I almost wonder if they're shredding pork tenderloin for the pulled pork because it did miss that fatty gooeyness of a pork shoulder But very tasty. Yeah I'm sure the fries are hand cut, tasty "mom" fries (like moms kitchen). Maybe not super crispy, personal preference, but who cares, because again, pepperoncini aioli! I'm not sure the cocktail program is quite dialed in yet. The drinks sounded great but lack balance possibly because they're being served in a pint glass instead of a rocks or a Collins glass where I think they would benefit from not trying to make up extra volume with mixer. Lots of great beer choices Service was excellent. Staff was friendly. We would definitely go back. Monday is all day happy hour, Sunday They do NFL specials and they have a normal happy hour from 3:00 to 6:00 and live music on the weekends. Definitely get your a$$ over there, support a local business doing something creative and cool

Being raised in Iowa, this sandwich is a staple. The sandwich was good, not great, but way better than not having the sandwich! I wish the bar had a wider selection of beers on tap other than the Buds, Coors bland options. The whiskey cocktail my wife got was delicious. I'll definitely go back!

Be aware though, it is not one of those manufactured dive bars seeking to draw in the youngsters looking for a prefab thrill - the Rose is very much for people who want to escape the craptastic churched-up over-priced swill joints and enjoy the company of hard working blue collar/no collar men and women who are not interested in anything but chillin' like villains. There is plenty of parking in the back, and a large, comfortable smoking patio. Noticed a few signs posted inside advertising a potluck Thanksgiving feast this Thursday so if you have no place else to go maybe you can stop in with a side dish to share (or at least a veggie tray). Don't be a dick though, as it appears bad behaviour will definitely not tolerated. Pro tip: This is a local watering hole, everybody apparently does know everybody, which might imply some familial serving priority by the staff. That is not the case though, as they proved to be friendly to new faces and if you courteously ask the barkeeps for their names and offer yours, chances of exceptional service increase.
