Came here because we were sightseeing around the area and had some time to burn so found this place. We might have come during a busy time because parking was very hard to find. What was great about this is that while all of the shops and food kiosks are inside some of them also have windows to the outside for service. And when we arrived, they were setting up the outdoor area for a stage for live music, blowup kids play areas, etc. which I think there was something happening later in the day. Upon walking in, we did arrive around 10 AM and so I think some of the chaos were not open yet but closer to noon they did open up. This place is really expensive airy bright, and there's a lot to see. There's a brewery at the one end as well. There isn't a lot of seating unless you're happy with the picnic style bench, communal tables. I would definitely come back here again if I had more time to really see all of the businesses that were selling items as well as being able to truly see every menu of every food kiosk. As soon as you walk in the main entrance, there's a huge bar to the right hand side, and that looked pretty well stocked as well, but it was too early for a drink. Would definitely and have to definitely come back.

HUNGRY? THIRSTY? Edgewater Public Market is the place to be. This place was super cool. Reminds me a lot of Stanley marketplace, which I also really love. We got there too late to really enjoy the stores, but the food court was open with tons of unique & tasty options. We opted for sliders, but there were so many different cuisines feature we will most definitely be going back!

There is plenty of parking and food options here. A good spot to meet a big or small group of people with varying taste buds and/or dietary preferences. I ordered from Carnivore and the customer service could have been better. I ordered from a screen, but the chef hardly made eye-contact with me. Tacos were good. The market is kid-friendly with a lot of space, but no climbing structure. Bathroom was clean. There are a few retail shops to check out as well. Will plan to return in the near future and suggest as a meeting spot for friends.

The concept of Edgewater Public Market is so fun! The food hall consists of a bar, a brewery, lots of restaurants, and some shops! A group of friends met here for dinner and it was perfect, as there was no time limit to catch up and something for everyone! We ended up getting food from several of the restaurants and sharing, which is highly recommended!! Konjo Ethiopian, Yard Bird, and Barbed Wire were our favorites. I was bummed because the dumpling shop wasn't open, but that just means I have to come back!

loved the vibe of this place. so many good food options to choose from and lots of space for seating.

It was so yummy and not overly priced. my slider was so good. i got the shrooms slider which I personally think was the best one. My dumplings were underwhelming tbh. there was no garnish on it. my poke bowl was good and was hard to find at first. the man at the chicken sandwich station was super cool and was a great spirit to be around. Loved this place and the brewery at the end of the hall has bingo nights on wednesdays!

When I politely brought this to the staff's attention, instead of addressing the issue or offering a replacement, I was handed a bowl of sugar, as if that was an acceptable solution. I tried to explain again that the dish itself was not right, but the situation escalated unnecessarily. Rather than resolving the concern respectfully, security was called on me for simply voicing a complaint. The entire interaction felt dismissive and deeply uncomfortable, and it raised concerns for me about how customers are treated in that space. I'm sharing this because no one should feel disrespected or shut down for raising a valid concern about their meal.

There are a bunch of different places to check out inside, so everyone can grab exactly what they want and still sit together. It was super laid-back and chill, making it the perfect place to get out of the house for a calm morning. As it gets later into the day and through the weekends, I know it gets very busy, but there is plenty of random seating throughout the hall and even some outdoor spots if you prefer. Parking: Parking is going to be street parking. Make sure you read the signs, but it is usually free. Even when the market is busy, I usually don't have to walk more than a block to get inside. So it is a very convenient location for the RiNo area. Service: The customer service throughout the market is great. At Call Your Mother, the cashier was very sweet, and they even text you when your food is ready. Over at Izzio Bakery, everyone is super kind and helpful while you're looking at their amazing pastry display. Even with a line, you're usually only waiting about 10 to 12 minutes for your items. Food: The food variety here is incredible. I tried the Sun City breakfast bagel sandwich from Call Your Mother and the hot honey was the perfect balance of sweet and spice on a toasted bagel. For a sweet treat, I went to Izzio Bakery for the Dulce de Leche Queen. The pastry case there looks like something out of a movie. The pastry itself was perfectly crisp on the outside with a delicious yellow vanilla cream and cinnamon on the inside. Overall Experience: Overall, I really enjoy coming here and trying new places. It is a fantastic destination for groups or just a solo morning out. Whether you want a savory breakfast bagel sandwich or a beautiful pastry, The Denver Central Market always hits the spot. I'll definitely be back to explore more.

The top floor also has a few additional beer options as well as food options. I decided to go with a barbecue option which I got a brisket sandwich which was really good as well as a side of fries and some of the barbecue sauce. I also got a beer on top from one of the local breweries. It was a chilly day out, but I still wanted to sit on the patio on the top deck, so we sat by a fireplace. They have a ton of different fireplaces, all throughout the top deck as well as the lower deck as well so sitting outside was an option for the time of the year that I was there which was March. I am familiar with food halls at home in Boulder that I like and frequent regularly. This was nothing like them in so many ways. It was obvious that this is lived locally but in a holiday it was so ham packed that it was unpleasant for a newcomer to negotiate. Yes, for beer lovers the concept of self serve from the many taps and pay by the ounce Baxter so many in stock is novel, but I don't drink beer or margaritas and I could not find a simple ice tea. There were sodas from a machine which also did not suit me either. The concept of the scan card seems good for the cafeteria atmosphere and the beer supply but the food places did take credit cards, where at least you see the receipt etc. you leave the card in a box when you leave and they charge the credit card you entered to get it. No real review apparently by the customer. Most of the food I saw in menus and the tables were not my style either, huge portions of mediocre looking food. My husband had trouble figuring it part of the ingredient in the biggest burrito I have ever seen. He could not pick it up fore the crema decorating the tortilla which was thicker than any I've ever seen. On the other hand, my food was fairly good though grease dripped out at every bite. It was a Gordita made with crisp little corn cakes and the al pastor filling was tasty. The others in the group all had large portions of unappealing to me food so I did not taste and far too. Big for a healthy lunch. While we were eating at compared communal tables , the restrooms across from them were propped open for the steady stream of users. But on a holiday weekend a prime lunch time when we arrived, it was the only option. The entry line to get the pay card was nearby and the line went up the stairs to the entry with at least 20 to get and register the card, many with children in tow. Our guest knew where to park so that was no problem jf you are willing to pay to park for a meal. We were, but would have lived a quality meal and not a madhouse. The only staff person I spoke with because her food was dessert and not peak season for ice cream was so friendly and helpful and mad a custom snack size of her New Zeland style treat. She saved the day for me. I will not return but others in our party might should the occasion arise and clearly the locals who are regulars keep them well supported. I will stick with my local more intimate and curated food hall kitchens.

The Wednesdays that are not comedy nights are live TV Game Show nights where you can play Family Feud, Wheel of Fortune, etc. for free and win silly prizes. This also starts at 8pm. These are super fun events to just drop by after a movie at Alamo.

So, funny thing . . . I had been wanting to write a review of Barfly for a few years. But, my…read morebrain kept having me entering "Bar Fly" (two words), and it could not be found on Yelp. So, with no check-ins, I never received a "write a review" reminder. One of those oddities of life I guess. This place slaps. I only learned that phrase in the last two years, so it still feels odd to say. For those unhip, unaware, or older than me folks, "Slap" is a slang verb meaning "to be excellent or amazing." I guess, this is the new amazeballs, which I actually once enjoyed using as a descriptor. Barfly (yes, as I type it, I keep hearing "Barf-Lee", which is less than appetizing), is great. This is the lounge/big bar/small stage/event area just to the left as you walk in to the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Sloans Lake. Which is my favorite place to see films. If you do not like Alamo Drafthouse, you are probably one of those terrible human beings who enjoy talking and texting during films. Which if you did not know, may be fine for your living room, but is trash behavior in a movie theatre. Feel free to fight me on this. Barfly has comedy. It has game show night. It hosts groups showing horror films. It has live music. It has trivia. It has drag queen bingo (hmmm, why is there no "drag queen trivia"?). It has a full bar with solid beer offerings. It has the entire Alamo theatre menu available. It has hard working staff members (Rae and Sam are extra awesome). It has varied seating (stools, chairs -- both high & low, leather armchairs and couches). It has big televisions. It . . . it . . . it . . . slaps.
