    Ready to throw!
    Deidre L.

I was in town for a team meeting and we decided to go ahead throwing for our Team Building activity. We had a blast! Two hours of watching everyone's competitive spirit on full display. The staff was extremely kind and patient with explaining not only how to remain safe but also how to throw every weapon correctly. I highly recommend this business!

Such a fun space!! There's truly something for everyone. We tried the paint splatter, axe throwing, and rage room. We got coached by a pro ax thrower and truly learned so many cool things! The rage room had so many unique items to smash like a windshield, toasters, plates, and more! Would definitely recommend for anyone!!

    Safety first!

This was a lot of fun and really very cathartic. I went with a girlfriend and 20 minutes was more than enough. My only complaint would be I think they need to provide more items to smash. What came with the $100 package was not enough.

    After a splatter session!

We had so much fun at All Out Smash!!! I honestly couldn't decide between the rage room and the paint room at first, but I'm so happy I went the paint route. They give you a small canvas and four colors of paint and unlimited brushes, but for a little extra you can get water guns filled with paint, balloons filled with paint for the dart board, and more! We got a small and a big gun, and honestly it depends on your mission as to which I would recommend. The small guns are better for splattering the canvas, but the big ones are better for splattering your friends! They also give you coveralls, shoe covers, hair covers, and gloves so you can walk away looking your best. It's seriously so much fun. 10/10 would do it again.

Omg the BEST ever!!! The most satisfying experience!!! There's even a bar and many more things to pick from

From the ambience to great…read moreservice to unique wines to affordable food menu prices, my experience with this place almost 3 months ago was quite mesmerizing. Although I had waited this long to write about the place, everything I experienced back then still lingers in my brain. Hence, I am taking the time to write about it. I was going to utilize the "stand up bar tasting of however many wines you can sample" at the price of $20. Unfortunately, the bar was full for that. I was thus kindly asked to get a table and do a flight at the price of $10. What? Only $10? Sure, why not!?!? My waiter (young man in his 20's) was most welcoming and kind-hearted. I forgot his name after the passing of the time. His attentiveness was top-notch. After getting a few suggestions and advice from my wonderful waiter, I went with Roussanne and Orange Muscat as white, Malbec, Carignon and Cabernet Sauvignon as red for my wine flight. Let's not forget to mention. Balistreri's wines are all natural Colorado wines with no sulfites, no additives and are not filtered or fined. What's not to like about all that criteria that they can offer. For food, I got the cheese board ($18 as of May 2026.) I looked at other menu items and the prices for them were quite reasonable despite the fact that this place emits very high-end restaurant feel. After all, this is a family-run business that cares about serving people in the community. I feel that this is their way to say thank you to those who support them. In a neighborhood where three different interstates intertwine, unless someone told you about it, you wouldn't think such a place existed in this North Washington neighborhood. I discovered this place while ago. I am not sure why I had waited this long to visit and see it for myself. Better late than never. Palisade is a gem in the western Colorado but it's at least 4-hour drive from Denver. If you want to save some time and spend some quality time at a winery in a beautiful setting, Balistreri is within your reach.

The staff are amazing, and go out of their way to ensure that everything is explained and you are set up to have a good time. It was very busy the night we went, but that wasn't an issue since you reserve your space ahead of time. We did both axe throwing and a bay rental for an hour. Renting a golf bay is incredibly cost effective since the cost does not change based on how many people you have (you can have up to 8). And even though I called it a golf bay there are TONS of options to play. The food and drinks (which you can order through a QR code) are also great. We had some wings and they were delicious. TL:DR - an awesome option for a night out with built in activities

It's a great little rooftop deck/bar. - The indoor lounge space is cozy and inviting. - The two cocktails I had there were well balanced and delicious. Not overpriced, considering location and vibe. Cons: - The very first bartender we went to (shorter, older guy with a beard) was pretty rude. I understand they were extremely busy and this was probably one of their first services, but at one point while he was making drinks I asked him a question about one of the cocktails and he barked at me to please stop talking to him because he was trying to remember the ingredients and he would be with me in a minute. My friends and I were all kind of taken aback by that. I wasn't being annoying, I was very friendly... and it would've been my first drink of the night so it wasn't a great experience to start out. - This is definitely a bougier place. We were approached by the only other person at the pool and were harshly told what we can and cannot be doing. This person was a resident and told us that we couldn't even touch a lounge chair. It was very rude and unnecessary considering the 30 empty chairs all around. This person then contacted the waitress and manager and made a huge deal of it. We were eventually asked to get out of the pool. This seemed like a huge miscommunication handled very terribly. This was not a great look for the building as it is still leasing unit out.

Then when he did acknowledge me and I stated I would sit at the bar, it took several minutes for the bartender to acknowledge me. The staff was busy speaking to each other and doing side work. Once I was acknowledged, things started getting a little better. When I arrived during breakfast/brunch, I was informed they were in the middle of a menu change, so my choices were limited. Breakfast items include bacon and burritos. I started off with a charcuterie board (though I had asked for a fromage board). This was not only because I wanted some tasty cheese, but I was trying to kill time until the lunch/dinner menu started. The board was a great board, two different meats, three cheeses, a loaf of bread, some nuts and jellies. But it was 40 dollars! I had a few small plates (which was still a lot of food). I had a melon and cucumber salad, which was a good palate cleanser. I also had the roasted king mushrooms, which were underwhelming with no seasoning, and they were a little chewy. The best thing was the wild boar meatballs, which were seasoned really well and in a savory, delicious marinara sauce. All the cocktails were fruity (but not sweet) and refreshing. I had one that was carrot based (Kiss my Carrot with tequila, cointreau, carrot, orange, and ginger), one that had pineapple flavor (paper boat with rum, falernum, aperol, lemon, pineapple), and the smoky smoke and flower (hibiscus mezcal, cointreau, pama, rose water). This spot is a winery, so they have a large wine list. They have handhelds like burgers and flatbreads. Starters like artichoke dip and bruschetta. Some of the current entrees, which might change, are hanger steak, chilean salmon, cauliflower steak. They had a gnocchi dish I was interested in, but it's already been removed from the menu. The restaurant is classy and just like a winery is expected to be. The food is pretty good. But the service was really subpar.

The racing simulators are incredibly immersive, allowing you to compete head-to-head against everyone in your group. If you've never done anything like this before, don't worry, the attendants do a great job explaining everything, and the simulator walks you through the controls before the race begins. It was easy to pick up and an absolute blast. The venue also has a bar-and-restaurant atmosphere, so you can grab drinks or a bite to eat before or after racing. Just keep in mind you can't eat while you're actively racing, so it's best to plan accordingly. Another nice bonus is that F1 Arcade offers a military discount, which we always appreciate seeing. Whether you're a racing fan or just looking for something different to do with friends or family, F1 Arcade is a fantastic experience. It's very expensive to play the games. I was at a group event, so I didn't have to, but I would not go back and play a $10 per race car game that's only a couple minutes long each. The minimum is about a $50 charge, you can't go alone/have to have at least 2 people, and online it says that's 5 games & also says that's 45 mins. There's also a lull reload time in between games, so you're also paying for that time not racing and just waiting. They do have a happy hour, so that's cool. I wonder if they get busy for that, but it is only M-F from 3-6. There is currently beer, wine, and a couple of cocktails for $5 - $8 and a few snacky food items for $8. I guess they'll always have the restaurant and corporate packages, if that's enough business. As a regular person, it's a pretty expensive night out between the game package price, food, drinks. They even have some cocktails priced at $23+, come on, people! Why don't we just charge $50 a drink? I don't know how people are affording to go out at the full prices anymore. I'd def hit it up for happy hour again, but that would be it for me.
