They also offer up ping pong tables and axe throwing - so go ahead and try something new! ++ The fine folks at OverFlyte offer up a drool-worthy table-side food and drink menu. Renting a golf bay is incredibly cost effective since the cost does not change based on how many people you have (you can have up to 8). I wouldn't mind this spot for another social or other types of events. I feel like I have to put feedback... probably the restrooms feeling a bit cramped, but I assume they try to accommodate a lot of people who use that space for celebrating and drinking... which leads to you... you know. I organized a company function in the Wright Room for just over 200 people. Since I am not local,…read moreeverything was done by email or text in the months leading up to the event. Johnny was easy to work with and let us come in to walk the space when we arrived in town to get an idea how we wanted to set up the room. The easiest way to get to the Wright Room is going in the main entrance at the Masonic Building and taking the stairs or elevators up to the second floor. You can also get there through the Appaloosa Grill, but will have to walk through the restaurant and exit through the back door into the atrium of the Masonic Building. Our event took both rooms and there were 2 complimentary screens and a Mac to use for our presentation. There are 2 bars; one on each side which helped keep our guests from waiting at the bars. The food was set up reception style with hot stations and heavy appetizers throughout the space. Again, this ensured our guests weren't waiting in queues to get food. Johnny and staff did a great job making sure the music was at a good level which allowed everyone to talk at a reasonable level without shouting. Our event was supposed to be from 5pm-8pm...but everyone was having such a good time many stayed later than that. Johnny gave me a heads-up towards the end of our event that we were getting close to spending our estimated proposal amount and whether or not we wanted to continue with the open bar which was much appreciated. The next day, our guests raved about the food and atmosphere! The room was setup with high tops, and a few couches and tables on the outskirts of the room for those that wanted to sit. We had two types of pasta, tomato crostini, shrimp cocktail, brussel sprouts, beef brisket, southwest salad, sausage puff pastries, and some desserts. It is stressful putting on such a big event, and Johnny's staff made it so much easier on me by setting up the room, preparing excellent food, getting the A/V system running for our presentation, and handling the music. Overall, I would highly recommend hosting an event here!

They have a very flexible return policy where we were able to get money back on unopened alcohol; we also found the pricing to be fair. The wedding itself is beautiful and intimate, exactly what we wanted for our big day. They were also very accommodating to ensure the venue was arranged how we wanted for the wedding day. We would highly recommend utilizing the Parkside Mansion for both weddings and general events.

We came here on a Sat for a wine tasting and found it easy to make an online reservation. The…read morelocation was easy to find, and parking was a breeze. We weren't quite sure where to enter from the back parking lot, but we saw a "Wine Tasting This Way" sign that led us through an area being set up for a wedding...whoops! Not sure if the sign had been moved or simply hadn't been moved for the wedding. Once we made our way to the tasting area, it was extremely busy and we had no idea where or how to check in. We eventually asked someone who came up to the register to check out another guest, and they promptly got us checked in. The tasting itself was nice, we tasted about 20 diff wines, and we had a lovely girl serving us. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was as first time visitors, we weren't given any info about how the tasting experience worked. It took about an hour and a half, and we didn't receive the advertised tour that was included. After the tasting, we were ready to purchase some wine and waited behind another couple who was checking out. However, no one ever acknowledged us or came over to help us check out. I think this place is probably great, but the disorganized check-in, lack of clear signage, and inattentive staff made the experience more difficult. As first time visitors, we would have loved a little more guidance.
