This is the first time that I have gone to a crane game location that did not have other arcade…read moregames. I thought they had a great selection of plushies to choose from. The ones that I was interested in were the Pokémon and Spongebob characters. In December, I also tried to get one of the Rudolf and elf plushies. My husband spent his time at the Dragon Ball Z character filled machine. They also had characters from Inside out, Hello Kitty, Stitch backpacks, and superheroes that I noticed. The staff were nice. They helped us get a Pichu that we spent a lot of time trying to get. We are not very good at the claw machines to say the least, but we still left with two stuffed animals! We all had a fun time and did not want to stop playing! I would definitely bring visiting friends here.

Even though these changes all happened on the day of, they would not make any exception. Only offered the option of rescheduling them in the future by emailing the manager. The biggest downfall is having to buy tokens to play the games instead of just using quarters. I've never tried the food at any of the 1UP locations. I don't know what they were doing that whole time but the lack of responsibility they took for not being present where they needed to be was ridiculous. I will call back later and speak to the general manager and pay for the round we did but in my opinion, the kid working should be fired. The cash register was left unmanned, plus all the merchandise, the main door open, the self service card reader wasn't working, there was zero attention to customers. I work with high school students and 98% of them would be more responsible than this. It was completely unprofessional!
