I think this place would be a good option if you are near the mall and have kids five and under with you. But I wouldn't come here if it's out of your way. I believe Kids Empire, Lava Island, Sweetland, and Monkey Bizness are better options if you are willingly to make the drives. We had experienced a rude employee. I know that everyone had issues hearing the intercom announcements. To be honest I had no idea they were making announcements. It's a large parking lot and the company is located on the second floor midway down the hallway. It was my friend's birthday and she wanted to do one of the toughest escape rooms! The president's briefcase. It has a very low percentage rate of escaping so I was nervous. When we first arrived, our clue master was very energetic and excited to meet us. Asked if any of us has been to an escape room before and still gave the speech for those who was the first time. Then the mission began. Throughout the game, we were allowed unlimited clues. I thought our clue master was very helpful in giving us small hints or telling us a clue that would lead us in the right direction. We were able to finish with six minutes to spare! Overall, I thought the escape room was really well thought out and put together nicely, the clue master was very helpful and friendly, and overall just a great experience with this company!
