Arrived for a jump session we scheduled online. Check in went smoothly. We paid almost $17 for 3 pairs of socks to jump. It was pretty empty at the time of our visit. There were 3 employees and they all seemed friendly enough.

Here's them cancelling by membership but not refunding it or provision the path to cancel online within 72 hours in their own contract. Sad

On 10/6/2025 I was charged $29.04 for a Sky Zone Aurora (1400 S Abilene St) membership. I was not verbally told it was recurring; the terms were checked off by staff in person since I didn't have phone and only emailed after purchase when I called them about the recurring charge. I explained started a new job and didn't even have time to use September and I didn't want it to continue. Staff later said they reviewed CCTV and canceled my membership but still denied entry and kept the payment, without offering the 72-hour refund process in their own policy. They didn't even have curtesy to respond when I asked how to get cctv footage. I've filed a bank dispute and will pursue complaints with the CO Attorney General and FTC. I'm humiliated myself tonight asking Fidel at Sky Zone to either refund or honor access. He said I should pay double to get my son and daughter in for 40 minute time frame as only solution. These guys misrepresented, then failed to help get my money back per their own policy and just watched me be in distress and then humiliated me in front of my kids and ruined my one night off.

Pay attention because some of the pictures on Yelp aren't actually in the park anymore. First off, needing their socks as opposed to any other indoor trampoline park is just a money grab. I mean come on.... If you have them, use them. They are the same thing. We have plenty of urban air socks but we had to get a pair from a place we will probably never go back to. I had to fill the waiver out twice because it didn't go through the first time. Fine... whatever glitches happen. But then I had to wait in line again. Just wasted my time to be honest. But it ticked me off and I already wasn't particularly impressed with the place. Food is priced different for members (another source of irritation) so I walked away from the snack bar. I don't know if there are any other benefits to having a membership other than jumping whenever you want. Staff was nice. Place was clean. But no, I won't drive from south Lakewood to come back. Not just the drive but it wasn't worth it. I'll stick to urban air since it's a lot closer.

This location was perfect! We went on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't busy so everyone could basically do anything they wanted. They do have lockers that cost a couple of bucks but the way to get in and out of them is genius!! No key required!! It probably would be a fun place to host a birthday, my favorite part is they clean up after you!!

Great service! I was in the park with my daughter today around 1pm and a worker named Brian was very polite and helpful.

Ask the Community - Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Has anyone brought a kid under two? How was it?

Yes - but you should have a parent with the kid

What ages is the good for? Would a 3 year old have fun?

I don't think there is a designated child area but there's so much to do you'll be able to find an area not crowded or intimidating.

Are adults allowed? I'm basically only 8 years old.

Yes!

I bought a Groupon which allowed them full access to all of the attractions, including the go karts and the sky coaster and that's what they spent most of their time on. While management states prices may have changed overall, our visit still felt very expensive for what was offered. An attraction we previously enjoyed was no longer available, which noticeably reduced the experience for the kids. As other reviewers have mentioned, there are additional charges for many things, including socks, games, and prizes, so the costs add up quickly. The venue also felt extremely noisy, overcrowded, and in need of a thorough cleaning during our visit. Most disappointing of all, my son and his friends ended up sitting around on their phones for much of the two hours because there simply was not enough to keep them entertained. That was never the case in previous years. Sadly, based on this recent experience, we do not plan to return. (Edited to address the reply from Payson C.)

The owners are real people running a locally owned business, and offering GREAT service to their customers! They don't have all of the bells and whistles of the larger and more corporate trampoline/ninja parks, but the experience was just as enjoyable for our family! I have three boys and a girl aged 16 to 6. They are in gymnastics and are self-taught in Ninja obstacles. At first, the staff hesitated to allow my kids to try the advanced ninja obstacles (because it was our first time there), but communicated that clearly and considerately, while eventually giving them a chance to "prove themselves" under proper supervision. I appreciated their genuine concern for my kids' safety, while still being willing to cater to their desire to challenge themselves. My boys also appreciated the staff catering to them so they could enjoy the experience even more! Warrior Playground appears on the Colorado "Get Out Pass" which gets you a free session at the playground during Open Gym time on certain days.

Very overpriced and poorly managed party experience. I would not book a party here again! & from…read moreone parent to another...Save Your Money Mom & Dad! I paid over $350 for a party reservation, and in reality I barely received an hour of actual room time. Our reservation was from 2:00-5:00 PM, but when I arrived they told me and my guests the room still needed to be prepared. We were standing around until 3:23 PM before we could even enter the room, and then they told us we had to be completely out by 4:00 PM. That is completely unacceptable when you've reserved and paid in advance. Communication with the business is also very difficult. If you try to call to ask questions about your reservation, it's impossible to speak to someone directly. Most communication is handled through text messages, which makes it frustrating to get clarification on important details. They advertise a "party assistant," but in reality that person is helping multiple parties at once, so there really isn't any meaningful assistance. I also brought balloons for my son's themed party, but because we had to wait so long for the room to be ready, I did not have time to decorate. The food service was also disappointing. Our pizzas took about 20-25 minutes to come out. When I politely asked about them, I was met with attitude and told "we're really busy, someone will take it once it's ready." If you have a reserved party, food should be prepared and prioritized so it doesn't cut into the limited party time. Also, the pizza portions are misleading. I received two medium pizzas that they label as "large." Also I previously added more pizzas to our party that were not brought out. So of course all my kiddos ate but the adults didn't. Another issue was the guest list and charges. I had already accounted for the kids on my guest list, but they re-added some of those same kids and tried to charge me additional fees. Make sure to triple-check your guest list and final bill at the end of your "hour" party. They even charged for my pregnant guests, which is ridiculous considering they obviously weren't using the play equipment. Overall, the entire experience felt like a huge rip-off. Between the high price, the delayed room access, rushed party time, lack of real assistance, slow food service, added charges, and difficulty communicating with staff, it was extremely disappointing. For a kids birthday party venue and indoor playground that charges hundreds of dollars for a birthday party package, families should expect much better organization and customer service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because the experience did not reflect the value of what I paid.

Best Birthday Party Experience Ever -- for Kids and Adults…read more We hosted Stella's 4th birthday party at Bounce Empire, and it was hands down one of the coolest places we've ever had a party. What truly sets Bounce Empire apart is that it's not just for kids -- it actually considers the adults too. So many kids' birthday venues forget about the parents, but not here. There's a full bar, massage pods, a movie theater room with recliners to watch sports, chess tables, and a beautiful outdoor patio with mountain views. It felt more like a resort than a kids' party venue. And the bounce houses? Definitely not just for kids. All the adults had an absolute blast too. They even have DJs! We were there for an 11 a.m. party so we didn't get to experience the DJ that day, but I've been here before for a late-night adult girls' party and it's just as fun for adults as it is for kids. Now I have to talk about the event planner, Ariann -- because she truly made this experience unforgettable. As a mom of two, getting somewhere early to set up balloons, cups, decorations, food, cupcakes, candles... it's usually stressful and exhausting. This time? I didn't lift a single finger. Ariann handled everything. Setup, food, cupcakes, candles, décor, and even cleanup. I was able to just be present and actually enjoy my child's birthday party -- which honestly almost made me cry. That kind of care and support is priceless. We never felt rushed, the party flowed perfectly, and it was by far the most laid-back, fun, and stress-free birthday party we've ever had -- for our kid. Is it a bit pricey? Yes. Is it 100% worth it? Absolutely. I would recommend Bounce Empire to anyone looking for a birthday party that truly caters to everyone -- kids and adults. We will definitely be back.

The games are a mix of games you can find at your local Dave and busters, to some that you'd find at an abandoned garage sale. The only problem I had, was after hitting a few ticket jackpots, I noticed that the card never registered my tickets. I spoke with a nice worker and she promptly loaded some of the missing tickets to my game card. Just sucks that the game cards/arcade games are pretty unreliable and I wish they had a better system. Overall, the prizes were great but expensive for the ticket value they were listed at. On the contrary, the games were all 1-6 nickels as opposed to 1-6 quarters at a normal arcade which honestly was amazing and hard to find in today's economy. The couple of plushies that I was able to redeem and take home was enough for me to remember this fun and family-friendly arcade.
