Attended a birthday party and check-in was fairly smooth. Sky Zone has many options for individuals to use gross motor skills. The bday space was roomy enough and clean. The party hostess for the ever could not be found after dropping off food and drinks. She did come back to make sure bracelets were cut after the 2 hours of play ended. The facility is clean for the most part. Some hand sanitizer machines were not working and the bathroom can always use attention. There are plenty of places to sit and observe. The food items for purchase are overpriced for the quality, but that's typical. There is plenty of parking and would consider going back, but our go to is Urban Air bc the do not limit the time you spend there. read more

So much room for activities! A great price too! $29 for 90 minutes of jump time! There is a HUGE open parking lot so plenty of space. You have the option to book your jump time on their website or you can show up and they do it for you. If you sign the waiver before you show up it does speed up the process. The waiver is good for a year! They have lockers you can pay for or open cubbies available. You can also leave your valuables in the car. When you arrive you get a wristband and throughout the day an announcement will be made on what wristband colors are done jumping for the day. Let's talk activities! First they have a bunch of different sized trampolines. A few that go up the wall (a little) and a tumble track! They also have a small zip line that you can fall into a foam pit. They also have larger trampolines you can do a trick into the foam pits. They have a dodgeball area and ninja warrior course! I thought it was great options for everyone! The only problem is parents not watching their children. Sky zone does say please supervise your children but most parents were on their phones or on the other side of the area. I feel like they should have a 2 strike system for this. If employees see unsupervised children they need to tell/find the parents and mark their wristbands. This is strike one. Then of they have to tell them again that's strike two and they are out! I was on the tumble tracking about to do a trick, I looked around and no kids were there. I started my trick and out of the side of my eye I saw a kid running towards me. I bailed on the trick and could have really hurt myself and the kid. I looked around for the parent and sure enough they were on their phone. They looked up and said, "oh sorry...." Then walked away head down. Not safe for the child or myself. I understand this is the parent's responsibility but the business could enforce it a little more than an automatic announcement that plays every 15/30mins. Parents have to pay to get in the trampoline area and I'm sure they would be more diligent if their kid and themselves were to get kicked out with no refund. read more

On 10/6/2025 I was charged $29.04 for a Sky Zone Aurora (1400 S Abilene St) membership. I was not verbally told it was recurring; the terms were checked off by staff in person since I didn't have phone and only emailed after purchase when I called them about the recurring charge. I explained started a new job and didn't even have time to use September and I didn't want it to continue. Staff later said they reviewed CCTV and canceled my membership but still denied entry and kept the payment, without offering the 72-hour refund process in their own policy. They didn't even have curtesy to respond when I asked how to get cctv footage. I've filed a bank dispute and will pursue complaints with the CO Attorney General and FTC. I'm humiliated myself tonight asking Fidel at Sky Zone to either refund or honor access. He said I should pay double to get my son and daughter in for 40 minute time frame as only solution. We have had our daughter's birthday parties at this location multiple times when it was Defy and they were fantastic. Now under new management we had a terrible experience. The service was awful and the location was unsafe, as there was a shooting on the premises while we were there. We were told over that phone the kids would have an hour jump time, an hour of party time with pizza, then back to jumping for an hour with the VIP package. Someone was supposed to call the week before to finalize details and amount of jumpers. No one called us. I reached out the day before the party on a Saturday and was told no one could help me outside of M-F business hours. We showed up at 1:30 on Sunday for our party, as directed, half an hour before the kids jump time. No other patrons were present when we arrived, but it took 5 min for the three people behind the desk to acknowledge us. They directed us to the party desk. At the party desk one solitary worker was in charge of checking in three parties simultaneously, one at a time checking people's waivers and giving wristbands. It took a full hour before our whole party was able to check in. We were then taken to our party room, which was set up for 12 kids and very small. We RSVPed for 20 kids and had 17 show. I was told that there was nothing they could do unless we wanted a refund and to leave... after 17 parents had left their kids with us. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there was no one else there and given a very generic email address. The room was so small we couldn't even bring in the large balloon we had bought for decoration because there was nowhere to put it. While I was trying to figure out how we could make the room work, my husband was monitoring kids jumping, since the staff seemed pretty checked out. He had to ask four teens to stop harrassing one of our 10 yo guests. We were supposed to get water bottles for the kids with the VIP pkg. I asked multiple workers if they could please bring water or water bottles as the kids were thirsty. They finally brought the water bottles well into the party, empty, and two small ice filled pitchers of water that were not refilled for the next two hours. We were supposed to get VIP passes, stickers, and a party favor for each child with our package. Most of the water bottles had VIP passes in them, not all. Two had stickers. One had a bracelet I assume was supposed to be a party favor. When it got close to the time we thought the food would be served we asked when we should gather the kids. They told us it was policy only to serve food at the end of two hours of jump time at 4:00, which was when many of the kids would be leaving and not what we had been told. We ended up serving our own cake before they brought pizza because the kids were starving. The only time our assigned party host proactively inquired about anything was to tell us twice that she was going to cut our kids' wristbands so they couldn't jump again, since they had eaten cake. She finally brought pizza when many of the kids had left and didn't clean up anything until we were gone, so we did all of the serving and cleaning ourselves. We ended up stuck with about 10 kids in a small concrete room for an hour who had eaten and weren't allowed to jump again. During that time there was a loud adult altercation outside our party door. Then the kids' parents ended up unable to come in and get them because THERE WAS A SHOOTING OUTSIDE IN THE PARKING LOT with multiple shots fired and someone being taken away in an ambulance. No one was allowed in or out of the building for about 45 min. At no time did a worker come check in with us about the situation or give any additional information. It felt extremely unsafe. When we left, a cop was heatedly interrogating someone on the curb about a foot from my car while I tried to herd children past as quickly as possible. I don't blame the few underpaid workers present for this madness. This place is mismanaged. I would never bring my child back here, let alone have a party here again. We were supposed to get a 3 month membership included with our package. I wouldn't even want it. What a waste of $700. We will be going to Slick City or Lava Island from now on. read more

First, the music is ridiculously and miserably loud. I am sure the employees will experience hearing loss. You can't even make yourself heard to people right by you. Second, all the employees are either rude or bored and disinterested. Clearly the concept of customer service is not part of their training. Third, the roving employees yell at the little kids for very minor infractions but completely ignore the bands of older boys who are running through the facility almost knocking people down and taking over stations younger kids were using. They get as much money as they can out of you and get waivers signed so no one can go after them for the inevitable injuries. read more

I mean come on.... If you have them, use them. They are the same thing. We have plenty of urban air socks but we had to get a pair from a place we will probably never go back to. I had to fill the waiver out twice because it didn't go through the first time. Fine... whatever glitches happen. But then I had to wait in line again. Just wasted my time to be honest. But it ticked me off and I already wasn't particularly impressed with the place. Food is priced different for members (another source of irritation) so I walked away from the snack bar. I don't know if there are any other benefits to having a membership other than jumping whenever you want. Staff was nice. Place was clean. But no, I won't drive from south Lakewood to come back. They do have lockers that cost a couple of bucks but the way to get in and out of them is genius!! No key required!! This place is great and the membership is worth it if you go twice a month. The 3 month commitment is annoying but it's in our path and we've made good use of it. The different obstacles have improved my son's confidence and agility. He is easing into speed, heights and flips at his own pace. He always leaves happy and mentally energized and physically worn out. It's as clean as the guests will allow it to be . If the staff would enforce their own rules I would give it 5 stars but there are little groups of tweens that hang out in the foam pits on their phones or dig huge holes so the kids can't use that area. Also keep the food and drink away from the entire park. Some of these adults are just as bad as kids. It's a fun place and I appreciate the staff for looking out for the littles and keeping the place safe. My daughter loved the Ariel silk area. They also told me that they change things out frequently as well. We did try the pizza and it was actually really good. I still think this is the best trampoline park in the Aurora area. It is the cleanest in Aurora. I really liked DEFY Thornton, which is a little nether but an hour away. The reason the kids like this place is that it's not JUST trampolines. There is an obstacle course, mini zip line, swings and basketball and dodgeball. They took down the circus ribbons, assuming because you can't sanitize for COVID. Now that being said, you definitely can't go here if you have COVID fear. No one sanitized anything anywhere in the two hours we were there. Kids are everywhere. Most adults are wearing masks but only half the kids, masks not really enforced. But it's super fun and my kids love it here. The Wi-Fi wasn't working which was a huge disappointment for the non jumping parent but I survived. They spent most of the time playing dodgeball and jumping off into the foam pit. They tried the obstacle course, but they were too small to finish it. It's $3 for socks because they have the nonstick on them so keep them for next time. We went before 3pm and there was a good range of young kids. A grandmother had an 8 year and said she loved it except when the teenagers were there because they weren't careful with little kids, which is understandable. This is easily the best trampoline park in the Metro Denver area. There's a small parkour zone, ANW-style obstacle course, climbing wall, Olympic trampolines (must be 7 years or older), swing/trapeze, basketball hoops, zip-line, trust-fall platform (did I just make up this name?), trampoline foam pits, and of course plenty of open trampolines. They always seem to automatically give BOGO pricing for adults, maybe for kids, too. The only reason Spider Monkey gets 4 stars is that even with BOGO pricing, it is still a pretty expensive activity. read more

Honestly they are the exact same thing (dotty grips on the bottom). They other kid was wearing original spider monkey socks and we were also forced to buy him a new pair. I did what every mother would do, and I dove in after it. The six feet of large foam blocks and the trampoline like floor below, sucked me in like quick sand. The staff told me to stop my search and return after closing at 9 pm. I tried to obtain help from kids around me, offering a monetary reward for finding my son's phone. Some helped but it was not located. We returned later that evening, and sat watching a baseball game on their tv ceiling, for 90 minutes, while I watched Al Rocker on my phone, getting hit by waves, as he reported on hurricane Ida. Yes there are certainly more serious things happening in the world but we just lost a new phone, and I work hard for my money. After closing my son and I raced upstairs to the area of the lost phone. After interrogating him about his Tarzan swing, I calculated the trajectory of his fall, and after digging two rows of large foam blocks down, found the missing device. Getting out of the sea of foam was like swimming in a rip tide. My son was overcome by my determination, which made him silly and throw foam blocks at my head. Let me say they are not light weight foam blocks, and it nearly knocked me out. They feel like they could stop a freight train. I think they are also used to stop runaway trucks that have lost their brakes on the mountain roads. While I stewed over that, my son with perfect aim, ran off to tell the staff that we found our phone. I closed the sea of foam back together, and nearly fell over as I picked up the thrown foam blocks from a trampoline basketball court nearby. We were given an hour and a half to find our lost phone , and I had miserably anticipated looking for it all night. All I can warn you is: don't have anything of value on you when you attend this trampoline park. Give your keys, phones, wallets to a responsible family member, and have them sit on the benches by the entrance. You must sign a waver when you enter because they are not responsible for injury or lost items. Never in a million years did I anticipate this. Their seas of foam are over 6 feet deep and quite dangerous for anyone caught underneath while someone lands on you from a high jump. They should have signs about instructing jumpers not to bring cell phones. Honestly, a simple trip here can be quite costly if you do. One has no idea of the depth of these foam pools until you need to dive into them. But of course on our way home that night, my son talked of returning, although I will need to remove the grey from my hair, and the fright from my central nervous system before that happens again. Truly I feel exhausted. read more
